Very knowledgeable and professional little chap, he talked me and the Mrs through exactly what was going to happen and roughly how long the job would take, put our mind at ease, Jack is a smashing lad and would definitely go with him again for any future works. He definitely doesn't go anywhere without a ladder though I noticed, bless him he must only be about 4ft 9.
