Had them 'insulate' a flat roof on my property. Within a few years what little roofing felt there was blew off in a high wind revealing that there was just plain wood on top with a bitumen kind of paint. What a swizz this company are. On the plus side, the birds like pulling out the insulation to make their nests warmer. In the loft it looks like someone vomited the shoddiest type of insulation (doesn't even look like a brand new product) into the roof cavity. Update: Our flat roof has been now been put right by IHI's contractor to what looks like a very high standard. The roofer chap (Chris) who did the work could not have been more understanding of the problem, more conscientious in his work and polite to me.

On Behalf of Tony Abery My dad has a number of rental properties and all of them (7) have benefitted from the addition of solar panels. This has been totally free and has resulted in a reduction to electricity costs for all of his tenants. Lewis's team have been efficient and professional. Dad's happy, tenants are happy. Lewis and team carried out installation of several ECO4 technologies including cavity wall, loft insulation & solar pv. From surveys to installation & commissioning was seamless. i would recommend IHI LTD to anyone seeking potential fund and grants for improving home efficacy and lowering energy costs

Chap that came round was fantastic and really polite and helpful. 1 start for customer satisfaction, apparently we qualify for too much of the criteria so we're unable to get the work done? Just makes no sense. Due to the survey, it's clear that there is a lot that could be done to help us reduce living costs, but because we qualify highly for support that rules us out for any help what so ever? Ok 😂 will just freeze over winter with our bad radiators because you don't want to spend too much money doing the insulation too? Crazy. Edit. We have qualified, we've qualified for help in every aspect of improvement during the survey, it's not our fault the government want you to pick low hanging fruit. Edit 9th April 2024. Just had a full refit, roof, extension, solar, heat pump, insulation free of charge and completed by GRS Insulation. Our main contact, Laurence, coordinated the project from beginning to end and the installers of gas central heating, wall insulation and loft insulation were polite, helpful, did a good job and and left the property tidy and fully decorated in a timely fashion. No complaints from me.

Was passed to IHI through my local council in regards to a new heating installation. Cannot commend there professionality and efficiency enough. After a through yet friendly assessment, the associates communicated with the professionals to get the installation completed in a very quick fashion. An outstanding company and very professional staff. Received a call to offer free boiler and interior wall insulation, which initially you think is too good to be true. A few months later I now have a full complete Combi Boiler + Radiators and system all installed by IHI via a grant, no cost to myself. Also, complete interior wall insulation, including plastering, again no cost, via a grant. I would highly recommend IHI , not just because the services provided were from a grant, but mainly because of the professional staff employed, all so helpful, friendly and real professionals. I've already passed on their details to friends.

They turned up offering funding for insulation , extraction and new storage heaters , insulated loft , put extraction in (still not wired up 3 months later ) I took my heating system out in anticipation and they haven’t been back so left with no heating , only reason got 3 stars is the lads are great

Top service from start to finish. I had loft insulation from this company and they were progressional and courteous throughout the full process. I would really recommend and would be interested in getting any further work installed if possible in the future.
