HK Electrics is widely praised for providing reliable, fairly priced electrical work, with clients frequently returning to Dan for his friendly manner and helpful advice. Common jobs include troubleshooting electrical faults, fitting alarms, and installing indoor and outdoor lighting. While reviews are overwhelmingly positive, one customer reported poor communication and raised concerns after finding their alarm unit locked to other engineers.
Hk electrics turned up on time, talked through the job thoroughly and then agreed on an install date that was suitable for me. I cannot fault Dan at all. Brilliant guy, listens to what you want and is very happy to make it happen. 100% recommended.
Excellent service quick to respond to my call great job
Dan is a hero. He professionally fix our electrical problem quickly and then flies away. Very fair priced, definitely recommend and will be using again!
Dan did an excellent job changing outside lights, fitting outside plugs and sorting out the loft lighting. He had quoted me for another job, which on closer inspection was not feasible. This was removed from the bill. I can recommend Dan 100%. I will definitely tell my friends about the service I received and use him again without question.
Just fitted our alarm, quick and reliable service. Used him for years for our office alarm and will be using Dan for our home alarm also!
I rang this company at short notice as I got a fault on my Alarm and I was going away the next day with my family. Dan turned up as promised and fixed the problem. Extremely happy and a great price. Whilst speaking with Dan, I could tell he was a genuine man who actually wanted to help people. Thank you and I will 100% recommend and use you again.
Recently we have used the services of Dan Bell again and he never disappoints with his reliability, excellent workmanship, value for money, great advice and friendly personality. Would not use anyone else. Would recommend him to everyone. Thanks Dan.
Third time we have used HK electrics, very professional workmanship , Dan goes above and beyond also giving us advice on other ideas Does more than he says on his van 😀 would recommend 100%
Fantastic service and excellent prices A genuine company who you can trust 100%
Plenty of underhand tactics going on with this guy - locked the alarm so only he can service it or unlock it, can’t believe this is actually legal ! Never answers the phone, customer service none existent. Avoid at all costs !!!!!! Would’ve left a lower score but google won’t allow it. Even other alarm companies have said locking the unit is very underhand !!!!
We have used HK electrics on multiple occasions. Always professional and polite, completed all work as described. Goes above and beyond to provide a five star service. Will be using again and definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
HK Electrics replaced my house alarm with a new unit. The main panel, sensors and bell unit were all fitted, replacing the faulty old unit and it was all connected to the Wifi and phone app in about an hour. Amazing service. Highly recommended.
Power went out on all sockets, called HK and managed to fit me in 2 days later. Issue found quickly... And... Its not often you get to say this but it was an absolute pleasure to meet Dan and have him in the house, really nice bloke 👍 10/10 would definitely recommend!
Great service. Would definitely recommend!
