He answered our questions with patients and provided in depth answers when we asked for them. He also took the time to talk us through the whole system, how to use it and fault-finding. His installation was fantastic, he was tidy, we provided him the space and time he needed to do the job, and we will definitely be using his services again for other electrical jobs around the house. He always turned up on time, carried out the work required within the time-frame he had promised and was a pleasure to deal with - always responding to texts promptly. He changed over my very old consumer unit(fuseboard), did all the electrics in my new kitchen and swapped over all the old sockets in my house for new sockets. He provided an electrical safety certificate for the work he carried out which is vital for any landlords and I can now use this to give to the agency managing the renting of my property.
