Superb company. Fast and responsive. Always a well detailed report of the before and after. Quick on call outs, happy to take calls and go through the job. I wouldn’t use anyone else. I stick to what I know unless let down which I never have been by Imperium. To help our business run smoothly we need jobs done by organised professionals. Don’t look elsewhere is my recommendation to anyone new.
We recently used Imperium Group to provide us with an EICR certificate, and the service was excellent. They arrived right on time and were polite throughout. Highly professional and reliable – we’ll definitely use them again for any future electrical work!
Bad experience with Bradley and his firm. He is very charming and great until you have any issue after you’ve paid him. We spent a lot of money with him 2 years ago and after he left another electrician was contracted to do works in my house asked for copy of the certificates as they had installed a new fuse box In my garden room. This is when Bradley became defensive and hostile, we had to literally beg for certification which he should have been completed by law. He did provide this but it wasn’t prepared willingly. The garden lights started tripping last year and worse this year so I messaged him whether he would have a look at the bulbs or fittings and he refused as he was not happy I asked for certification last time ! So basically be aware that aftercare is missing and not honouring the warranty of the products fitted. Another firm Positive Electrics said they would help resolve even though they didn’t install or get paid for the job. This is my experience so if you use Bradley make sure you get the certificates and warranties as a lay person we wouldn’t know their job or the law and Bradley may not be willing to give the above.
Bradley is very professional and efficient. He installed some lighting in the living and dining rooms and had no issues dealing with him at all. He was also able to accommodate us on short notice. Will definitely use his services again in the future.

I cannot recommend Imperium enough! Phoned them on Thursday, they came out Friday and all done and dusted in less than 24 hours. Clear concise communication, efficient with time and a great service. My landlord has used imperial group three times. The first time was when a plug was tripping the kitchen electrics, then they did my electrical safety check and today they carried out 4 and a half hours of work refitting lights, switches and some work on our fuse box. What a fantastic team of people. Communication from start to finish is consistent, efficient and transparent, they tell you exactly what they're going to do and how long the work will be, they're on time when they turn up and wouldn't even know theyd been, they left my home spotless. I had josh all three times and another young man today and they were both so professional and so polite. Over the moon with the work done today and the previous times before. I had an emergency yesterday when my power went off. An electrician turned up an hour later. He sourced the issue and had my power back on in good time.
