Brilliant! Nathan took on a couple of small electrical jobs in my home. He was really helpful in explaining things in a way I would understand. He completed the work quickly and tidily. A friendly and honest person who did a fantastic job! Very reasonable price. Would 100% recommend!

Hired LiveWire to install full Ring security suite, uninstall the previous system and to replace an exterior light fixture. All interaction was professionally managed. The engineer was familiar with Ring and helped through the set up too! The company had no issue with me supplying the Ring equipment myself. (I have known other companies to insist on using their own accredited solutions)

Could not be happier with the work Nathan did for us. We had been having lighting issues for well over a year, so contacted Nathan, and he managed to get everything working again for us. He explained everything, was very open and honest about any damage that might follow the work, and was just such a lovely guy. When realising he needed some extra parts, we organised a new date for him to come and fit the new lights, but after a cancellation, came straight back and fixed the problem for us. Set up a time for Nathan to visit and at the last minute he asked to rearrange but he did not show for the second time and no further communication or response to calls or texts. Seems to like ghosting people which is all a bit weird. Update: Nathan contacted me after I posted my review to tell me he is on holiday and asking me to remove my review. The facts are that I contacted Nathan on 27th October and he suggested coming to see the job on 30th October. He contacted me a short time prior to the appointment to say he could not make it and later that day he sent me a text asking if he could come around on the 31st October. He did not show up on the 31st and did not respond to two texts and one voicemail. I am not sure why its relevant that he is on holiday - I have no issue with that but why suggest a time to come see a job if you knew you could not make it? Why waste peoples time and then pressure them to take down negative reviews. I would avoid this guy.

Nathan completed a number of projects for me, the quote provided was thorough detailing a breakdown of all the costs. installing new lights throughout the house and LED spotlights in the kitchen. Nathan also installed new ring cameras around the house replacing an old camera system. Nathan was very knowledgeable and professional in his work, even cleaning up after completing the tasks. Would highly recommend.

Nathan fitted Ring security cameras and a bathroom mirror/light. Communication was excellent, it was easy to arrange a date for installation and ask questions about the process. Nathan was friendly and professional, clearly explained how things would be done, the costs and process. The work itself was excellent, everything was completed quickly with the minimum of damage to install cables and equipment. Nathan is reassuringly obsessive about things being tidy and neat, with cables out of sight and everything being properly lined up and level. He tidied behind every part of the installation, vacuuming any mess and filling in holes for the cables as much as possible. Great service, easy communications, good value and very high quality work.

After Nathan initially failed to turn up to our flat for an inspection, I should have had my guard up more. As it was, I kept trying to reach him until, a few weeks later, we finally met and he was able to see what needed doing and send over a quote. The price was better than nay other I'd been given by some measure, so I leapt at the chance to save some money. My second mistake there. We had a date agreed to get the work done a few weeks down the line, and today that day arrived. So, you can imagine my surprise to receive a text from Nathan at 8am saying that , actually, the work would be more expensive and take more time than he thought, so he wasn't going to do it. I tried texting, calling and emailing throughout the day , trying to find out what had changed, what the sudden new cost was, but didn't receive any answer til gone 5pm. So I guess he bailed on me for another job today, and left me out to dry with zero notice.

Livewire installed and commissioned a new Samsung Frame TV. They were most efficient, tidy and helpful. Would recommend them for similar work without hesitation.

I would recommend Livewire without reservation. Nathan and team were reliable and totally professional; they responded quickly; and they communicated at every stage, outlining problems and offering solutions. I was really impressed - I don't often write reviews!

The job was to supply mains to my garage and intall an EV charger. First they took the supply for the garage from the wrong side of the trip in the meter cupboard so that the only protection that cable had was the 100amp fuse where the supply meets the property. This was corrected by a third party electrician who was changing our meter. Secondly they fitted a Podpoint EV charging point with an output of about 2Kw rather than 7Kw, that is less than my kettle. It turned out that Podpoint have changed their design and they can increase the output remotely after the electrician sends a few photos and other documentation to confirm that the job was completed correctly. However, even after I guided Nathan to the required infomation on Podpoints website, he gave up and is now refusing to complete the job.

UPDATE: Hi Nathan. Why won't you issue a completion certificate for the works???? Used Livewire for new kitchen install including complete rewire. Nathan came up with some great lighting design ideas which really take the whole thing to the next level. The boys turned up on time every time and Nathan always happy to answer my questions. Very highly recommend. (Except they won't sign off on the work and won't return my calls or emails)

This has ranged from installation of new wiring, to replacement of equipment, to annual PAT testing and certification. After a DIY attempt to correct a previous electrical problem I was unable to fix it simply, so I called Nathan as I knew he would have the answer, he did and I preferred to engage his services as he is a seasoned pro and knew how to deal with the problems of older electrical systems.
