Alex was able to find the source of our problem and rectified it quickly replacing the outside socket box and inside providing a new back box to a damaged socket. Alex replaced an old fusebox with a new consumer unit, and tested everything thoroughly, fixing several small problems and producing a detailed report. He clearly knows his stuff, and did a professional job, even staying an extra couple of hours to track down and repair a loose earth wire hidden behind a built-in cupboard! I was delighted with the service Alex provided regarding a job he did in a rental property of mine recently. Even though it was a relatively small piece of work, he was happy to do it, and was efficient, thorough and provided a quality service throughout.
