Saif was my main contact at TNS - very helpful with booking and rescheduling and managed to support with my concerns over payment for a swift and positive resolution. Omar was the electrician and although not timely, did a great job.

Hamza is such a great technician. He replaced our fuse box with accuracy and efficiency. Everything works well. He did a thorough check list to make sure things work. He also put our boxes back after he had moved them to work. He also explained the whole thing to me.

Our neighbour from above flooded us and we had no electricity in the kitchen and therefore no hot water. All the companies we called said that it would be necessary to wait min. 48 hours to try and work anything and provided us with an extreme price only for a check-up. Chris came and saved the day and now we’re sorted with an additional report for the insurance claim. All for a very reasonable price in comparison to the hours they spent here! Another colleague came for extra assistance to ensure the best possible result. Had a really smooth experience with TNS, they did my EICR certificate super fast and fixed the 1 minor problem I had in my bathroom and I received the test quickly. Great service and super helpful too!

TNS installed web based heating controls in my 5 storey house with 5 separate zones. All the people I interacted with, in the office and on site, were helpful, polite, competent and professional. I had to call them back after the installation as it needed some minor adjustment and they came quickly and without charge. Prices fair, people knowledgeable. Couldn't ask for more

Taha has been great! He has done a brilliant job! Quick and clean - he tidies up after himself. He has been professional at all times. First class service. We would certainly have him again!

TNS were brilliant from start to finish. I needed an electrician urgently on the same day to get some work completed, and they were quick to respond and get someone out. They sent Zak over, who was spot on. He arrived exactly when he said he would, got straight to work, and was professional throughout. Communication was clear the whole way through, and the standard of work was excellent. Really smooth experience from beginning to end. Would highly recommend TNS and will definitely be using them again.

We had a very positive experience with Omar, who came out to help us after our RCD switch tripped. On his first visit he carefully checked everything, explained that it appeared to be a nuisance trip, and made sure everything was safe. A few days later he returned to replace the RCD switch itself. On both visits he was polite, professional and clearly explained what he was doing before getting on with the job. We are a clinically vulnerable household and really appreciated that he immediately put on a mask and shoe covers when asked, without any hesitation. Chris was a great help today. They came in to sort an issue with our bathroom lights and did an amazing job. We’ll have him back in to do some more work soon.

Good friendly service at very short notice from Fahan and his apprentice Jay. Job was quite simple so £100 call out fee expensive for the job.

Daniel was here all day and worked really hard to discover the source of my problem. He achieved the primary goal and hopefully will be sent back to track down and fix the fault ASAP.

Excellent Commercial electrician. They have identified our electrical fault within 15 minutes although we do have a very complex and modern heating system combining signals from Daikon and Crestron. We are strongly recommending the engineer called Nasser, who has an expertise with hearing interchange units (HIU) and an advanced heating technology.

Avoid it. Their service, they charged £360 for EICR which regularly costs 150-250 After when remedial works has been completed by qualified electrician, they should come back and check it , but they want to charge £360 again, this is not fair.

Very good service. They were quite fast in offering support and very patient.

Their admin's dishonesty caused trouble for me with my landlord. They claimed they'de been unable to contact me, which was untrue. However, claiming this to my landlord led to a very unpleasant letter being sent. This kind of behaviour makes a company like this seem very unreliable. Maybe their electricians are good, but company admin are letting them down.

As a supplier to TNS Electrical Solutions, we cannot fault him as a customer. Always so upbeat and full of life when he comes in on the counter, making everyone laugh and gives great advice if anyone has an electrical issue. After seeing some of the work he has done, the quality and the way it’s done also, I’d highly recommend him for any electrical jobs you may require. Very respectable well run business!

Really liked Taha, and very good service. Nothing is too much work for him and he and his team are always courteous
