He came over very quickly, immediately sorted the problem with helpful advice and only charged for the work he needed to do, sometimes recommending I try to sort things myself. Tom was really helpful with a weekend emergency (at a very reasonable call out price). He got a temporary solution up and running very quickly and was able to get my essential power & heating back on there and then with a couple of additional visits to solve the issue.
