We called Peter for an emergency electrician call our as all of our appliances had stopped working! Instead of driving out and charging us, Peter chatted to me on the phone and helped me sort the problem myself, at no charge. A genuine, fair tradesman. Thank you so much!

The initial thing I noticed with Peter Whiting, was the genuine feeling of friendliness, which put me at ease straight away, I needed a replacement ceiling light fitted, all my questions were fully answered, not just by one or two word answers. He arrived on time, and he started working immediately, and produced a super clean and tidy job, which I can say, was not overpriced, I have placed him on my speed dial as my default electrician. I can safely recommend him. 5 star +.

Peter came to replace 2 spot lights which seemed like it should be simpler than it was! He came on time as arranged and completed the job quickly efficiently whilst being very personable and polite. Will save his number down and recommend to anyone.

Peter fitted a new circuit for our new induction hob, as well as replacing some other electrical fittings. He discussed the options for the new circuit and explained very clearly how it would be installed. All the work was completed as described to a high standard with any issues highlighted and agreed throughout the work. All relevant certificates were issued quickly. Peter is a friendly and helpful chap willing to give advice on the best way forward without any obligation, and I would thoroughly recommend his services.

Great electrician and a lovely man too! Definitely recommend him as he’s knowledgeable, efficient and polite. We had a few quotes on the job and most of them were just over inflating their prices whereas Peter was very fair with his. If you need an electrician he’s your man.

No wonder all Peter's reviews are 5 star - highly deserved and the reason why I contacted him to upgrade our mains intake consumer unit plus other improvements such as an external socket etc. His communication throughout was excellent, he is very professional and hard working but also personable and trust worthy - an excellent sense of humour as well! His costs were more than reasonable for all the work involved and he was respectful of the property and tidied up well before leaving. I highly recommend him for any electrical work and we will definitely be using him to re- wire each room as we re -decorate.

Peter managed to fit me in last minute to fix a broken circuit breaker. He kept in contact throughout the day and provided a friendly and professional service at a good rate. He explained what he was doing while he worked which was really helpful and quickly restored the power. Would highly recommend him.

Peter did some electrical work for my sister who had previously had a bad experience with another electrical contractor. When she contacted him he was absolutely great! He was not only understanding but very compassionate towards her situation and professional. He rectified her electrics with immediate effect, which eased her mind. She also did not have to wait as Peter was efficient and undertook the work immediately. Due to my sisters positive experience employing Peter I also have used Peter to undertake some electrical work. I contacted him quite early in the morning and he instantly contacted me back to arrange a time he could undertake the work. He came on the same morning and rectified the problem. I can’t emphasise that Peter is not only professional in his demeanour but also very compassionate. My sister and I will definitely use Peters company again in a heart beat.

Peter was quick to respond, friendly, experienced and knowledgeable. The job he did – fitting twin outdoor sockets – was spot on. All paperwork perfect. He even hoovered and swept up the mess at the end! Very professional service. Would definitely work with Peter again!

I asked Peter to quote for a small job. He came and sized it up and said quote will follow in the next week....I never heard from him again. It would've been courteous to decline regardless of reason. Sadly I was left thinking 'typical tradesman'.

Peter was friendly and professional - we had several plaster ceiling roses and light fittings installed and very happy with the result. Would definitely recommend.
