Extremely poor and unreliable service - avoid We had the worst experience imaginable with HH Electrical. We called them because our boiler was making strange noises. The technician came but did unnecessary work leaving it broken as it was why should I pay when the work is not done can you please tell me?

Contacted HH for an emergency call out and I’m extremely satisfied with the customer service and everything. HH was was professional friendly and explained everything to me very clearly. The problem was sorted (and to a really high standard I must say). Pricing was fair and reasonable. He made sure everything was safe before leaving. Had a serious electrical fault that three different electricians couldn’t diagnose or fix. Called HH Electrical and he identified the issue straight away and had it fully fixed in under an hour. Professional, knowledgeable, and clearly very experienced. Highly recommend if you want the job done properly the first time. TOP LAD!!
