Had a false alarm in our apartment building. Fire alarm went off for about an hour. Called the '24 hour service' 9 times, leaving three different messages. Nothing. Note: this is the number we have on the fire alarm for emergencies. Very disappointed. We got the alarm turned off by an on call electrician called 'Mark the Spark' from Alectra Limited. He was amazing and helpful.
