Wrights Electrical Ltd is praised for friendly communication, knowledgeable staff and professional, speedy service. Reviews describe the team as helpful and recommendable, although one customer reported being unable to reach the advertised 24-hour service during a fire alarm emergency.
Had a false alarm in our apartment building. Fire alarm went off for about an hour. Called the '24 hour service' 9 times, leaving three different messages. Nothing. Note: this is the number we have on the fire alarm for emergencies. Very disappointed. We got the alarm turned off by an on call electrician called 'Mark the Spark' from Alectra Limited. He was amazing and helpful.
Excellent professional service.
Great service. From the friendly, helpful communication to the professional and speedy service. Would definitely recommend.
Would certainly recommend this Company. Very helpful and knowledgeable.
