Ian and Paul have just completed our full house renovation, having started in April 2024. From our first meeting with them, when they came to assess the job size and cost it for us, we were impressed by their attention to detail and their communication with us. They were genuinely interested in our thoughts and ideas and gave us more ideas for improvements to our plans. Ian is amazing with organising every detail, planning who would be doing work and when, deliveries and skips etc. These plans had to be adjusted along the way as we raised additional requirements that we didn't know we had at the start. Nothing was too much trouble to plan in. Ian was honest with us around timeframes and how our additional requests would change these - along with any additional costs - before we signed off on them so we could budget and plan carefully. Paul is brilliant with the build itself, doing so much of it himself. He made suggestions as the project went on regarding the sections he was working on - sometimes these cost us less than originally quoted and sometimes nothing was different in the costs, so these suggestions were never made with the aim of getting more money from us. They both take such pride in their work and it has shown in their everyday dealings with us, the neighbours - who they were considerate of - and the quality of the finished house. Thank you guys for all you have done for us. The house is amazing and it's been everything we hoped it would be. We love living here and will continue recommending Ultra to other people.

This is the second time I have had the boys from Ultra Developments completing work in my house. Ian and Paul are exceptional at what they do. They have great communication from the outset in terms of planning the schedule of works and what to expect. They then deliver on those commitments and complete the work to an exceptionally high standard. Nothing was to much trouble and I am over the moon with the finished result!! This wont be my last time having the boys in to complete work and I can not recommend them enough!! Thanks again to Ian and Paul!!
