The home's single RCD trip had been going with increasing frequency. Unable to find a source of the issue, I phoned a few nearby professionals. Sean offered to visit the next day (a day he doesn't usually use for working). Clearly knowledgeable, honest, and talks through what he's doing and discovering at every stage. He located a couple of faults but singled out the one likely affecting the stability of our active circuit. Repairing the faulty sockets, Sean also fixed an integrated power connection that literally burned out over the Summer powering the conservatory AC, sorting it entirely ready for next year's Summer (previously had asked another so-called AC professional to fix this, who claimed the socket was fine but the AC had blown). After replacing both sockets the readings from the consumer unit were miles better. Problem solved? Won't know until enough time has passed. So far, 30 hrs later, the home hasn't had a cut out. Sean even thought to message me the next day (definitely not a working day) to ask if the RCD had held up. Regardless of what happens next and if the dodgy sockets were the culprits, Sean's attitude and service is second to none. He made it clear three times he's "not walking away" just because he'd done the work, and that I must contact him if there are further problems - while anticipating there won't be any.

Very pleased to say my own experience of this firm has been positive. After he answered a plea for help , came and quoted for me a very reasonable charge. Came when he said he would and did a great clean job. So no hesitation on using him again for some more electric work I needed doing. Very pleased to be able to use him again and another great job done. Highly recommend .

I contacted Sean after seeing a lot of recommendations for him on The Leyland Hub. I needed a new shower installing after it being temperamental for a couple of months. Sean got back to me straight away, communicating in a clear and professional way. He even messaged me back late at night (sorry about that 🫣) He turned up the next day, when he said he would and fitted a new shower for me! Couldn’t recommend him enough, will definitely be using him in the future.
