Bromer Energy Ltd has been praised for its solar panel and air source heating installations, with reviewers noting that installers were polite, tidy and friendly, and kept them informed.
Justin and Craig were recommended to us by our heat pump engineer. And what a recommend! They were brilliant as we were deciding which set up to go with, providing all the information we asked for. They kept us informed re the install date and turned up when they said they would. The install team were a great bunch of guys, all polite and super tidy. The install itself is also really neat with no straggly wires left around. They have advised us re tariffs and talked us through the system once installed. We have signed up for their annual maintenance too as having had a heat pump for over 10 years, we know the maintenance for these systems is worthwhile. The actual kWh production is astounding (even on cloudy days) and has dropped our grid usage right down immediately. I have already been verbally recommending Bromer to anyone who wants solar, and would highly recommend Justin and team to anyone reading this review. They were honestly brilliant, knowledgable, trustworthy and friendly. Couldn’t ask for more. Thanks guys!
Justin has been out to us a couple of times over the last couple of weeks. Very professional approach and always friendly and polite.
Justin was excellent. Really friendly and polite and couldn’t do enough for us. It wasn’t a straight forward job but he made sure we were kept fully informed. Would definitely recommend him

Next energy Excellent company. Had no problems at all. Would highly recommend and use again
Solar panels and battery fitted. The installation team were very polite, tidy and friendly. Very little information on the system at point of installation due to the Fox app not connecting (This was not the installers fault), appreciated the follow up remedial phone call. Good customer service.

Thrilled to have my new solar panels and air source heating system through the ECO4 scheme. The teams sent in to do the fitting worked very efficiently together, sorting out the inevitable glitches and oddities of my property with good humour and patience. Communication was brilliant during the whole process. Thanks to you all, especially Steve and Dave, who were here throughout.
