The price was excellent and included everything I needed plus a few extras and plastering/making good at the end. Jordan was always prompt and really friendly, stayed in touch throughout the job and finished well within time. His team looked after the house and left it tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jordan and use Tico again in future.

Installed all 5 sockets, no fuss, no hassle, just got on with it, made sure to tidy up afterwards as well. All round good service

Looking for a lekkie because I needed some small odds & ends sorting, I chose Tiko because of existing good reviews. I crossed my fingers and hoped for the best. No doubt about it - Jordan deserves 5 stars. He rang to say he was on his way, arrived promptly and inspired confidence from the off, friendly and very helpful. Nor did he try to oversell me: He looked at a couple of issues I was concerned about and reassured me: no action needed. He investigated, cleared out and replaced a halogen bulb which had exploded, leaving broken glass in the fitting, and gave me some good advice for the future. He dissuaded me from having an extra socket in the living room due to the complexity (and cost) of doing it -wood floor - and instead suggested I move a few things around to better use the existing socket. So I did, and it actually looks a whole lot better! As he said, he was doing himself out of a job, but he didn't hesitate to be straight with me. Checked an upstairs socket which needed replacing, and as he didn't have one in his van, he promised to replace it when he next passed by. Cost: nil! Not even a call-out fee. A thoroughly decent guy, and obviously knows his stuff. Kind too. They were only small jobs but often that's the acid test - whether they just can't be bothered to come out, or actually take the time and trouble nevertheless. I'd recommend Jordan to anyone, and he'll be my go-to lekkie from now on.

Jordan did a great job at a reasonable price and incredibly quickly. Thanks Jordan!

Small electrical job. Done quickly and just what was needed. Jordan - top worker with help from daughter Evie, fir the day 👍👍

Jordan is fab! We came across Jordan when we moved to a completely new area & needed an electrician to do the electrics on our house renovation. What a find Jordan was! He has done so much. The house has been re-wired - lights & sockets removed, relocated or added. He’s put in spotlights, fitted outside security & got electricity to the shed. He even drilled through a 2 foot thick wall to to install the bathroom fan! Jordan is a ‘Cheeky Chappie’ who is down to earth, respectful and always does a good, professional job at a reasonable price. He listens to what you want, suggests best options and is always on the end of a phone when things go wrong. I highly recommend him.

Jordan installed an EV charger at my home - really happy with the whole process - great communication, friendly, informative, able to fit me in at fairly short notice, great quality work and really good value.

Jordan did a great job from start to finish. First tradesman to reply to my request online, lowest quote given out of 6 gathered and actually asked which brand of charger I preferred and wanted for him to install rather than just give me what he may usually use or the cheapest model around like some tradesman could have done. Work booked in and done within a week with no issues experienced with work done so far. Would highly recommend Jordan based on the experience I’ve had and will also look to use in future too

Jordan is my new favourite electrician! Turned up quickly, did a grand job, very pleased with the work. Went above and beyond, giving me loads of advice about the electrical system in my new house. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant job and brilliant person. Did a great job! Jordan was honest, friendly, reliable, polite and professional. Jordan is my ‘go to’ electrician from now on. I’ve been messed around by so many others tradesmen, so it’s refreshing to have met Jordan. He fully cleaned up afterwards too which is always bonus. My dog is scared of men and he even took time to reassure my dog he was safe and gentle, 100% recommend!

Fab and friendly service, left everything clean and tidy after. Would use again for any future electrical work.

Jordan was extremely responsive and a true professional. Respectful to my property, and explained everything in an easy to understand way. He connected a hot tub for me, gave a supply to my garden, and installed extra sockets. Highly recommendable. 🙏

Fast and excellent work, cleaned up beautifully. Really happy with the result.

Jordon took on a job that no one wanted! Fitting a venting extrator NOT on an external wall, nothing was easy about this job but he found a way around it. It turned into a monster and most people would have given up and walked away He organised other trades that were needed and managed the project. Would highly recommend him for any electrical work large or small.
