Watts Electrical East Anglia Ltd

Super grateful to Ryan for coming out to me today, my RCD burnt out and half of my house didn't have electric. Ryan was here within the hour and had the job done quickly. Highly recommend 🙏

Couldn’t be happier with the work that Ryan and his team competed at our home. They turned up at the time they said they would, installed some spot lights in the kitchen and mains smoke alarm’s. Highly recommend and will use again.

Promptly attending my home to conduct initial site assessment. Then starting work within 4 days, Ryan and team picked up worked started by another electrician, who sadly passed away. Quickly, professionally assessing/testing what had been done, and what was needed to complete the job. Within a few hours the all lights, switches, sockets and consumer unit in our new extension were fitted and working perfectly. Very grateful will definitely recommend and will be using again. Thank you

Contacted Watts Electrical through our new home builder. Ryan came over to look at what Electrical work needed doing and also advised the best way to install the work. Ryan arrived on time completed all the work the same day, was very professional and cleared up after the works. The lights and switches etc were all of good quality, and the price for the job was reasonable! Would thoroughly recommend Watts Electrical Services to any one.

Ryan and Jack installed my car charger at very short notice after my new car was delivered unexpectedly. They provided a high quality tidy installation and I will be using them again for my electrical needs, I can highly recommend them.

Ryan and team are all really friendly. They get on with the job and are really conscientious about details - double checking that the heights of sockets etc are practical around the furniture. It makes such a difference when things like that are considered! Will definitely be using again!

Have used Watts Electrical a couple of times now. Once for an installation and once for a repair/replacement. No complaints, good service and would happily use again.

We used Ryan for full electrical first and second fix on our self build project. Ryan was professional, friendly and helpful right from the outset making suggestions for lighting, CCTV, Ethernet cabling etc as we didn’t really know where to start. Communication was completely open throughout, nothing was too much trouble (including helping with non electrical deliveries on site when I was unavailable!) and any snags after the job was complete Ryan or his boys (Jack/Ralph) were round in a heartbeat to resolve. Would highly recommend and any future electrical works we need doing we now wouldn’t use anyone else.

Outstanding customer service, cannot fault anything that was done. Certainly reccomend and re-use Watts electrical again for future work. 5* in every aspect.

I used Ryan and his team and I wouldn’t use anyone else now , running my own building company is difficult to find good reliable tradesmen to help you compete all the works to a high standard. Knowing I can leave Ryan and his Team to carry out the electrical works on all my projects lifts a big weight off my shoulders and would recommend his services to others.

Ryan offered and delivered an excellent professional service. He carried out his work in an extremely tidy manner and left the rooms thoroughly clean. He was courteous and polite. We would without a doubt recommend him and will use him again.

Very efficient, helpful and professional. Would highly recommend.

It’s often said that when looking for services there will be a compromise between Speed, Quality & Expense, with one or more of these criteria suffering as an attempt to satisfy another. A referral from Colman Plumbing & Heating (exceptional service also), put me in contact with Watts Electrical EA Ltd and suddenly the scales balanced - FAST, EFFICIENT & AFFORDABLE! Communication was brilliant, they turned up when they said they would and got the job done - polite, friendly and just genuinely good people as well. I come across A LOT of trades people in my line of work and I can honestly say that these folk are worth every ounce of your attention and custom. Thanks to all involved.

I used watts electrical on a small refurbishment job I was doing they responded super quick with a fair price and a date confirmed , carried out the work and left me and the customer more than satisfied with what had been done , no nonsense approach to getting the job done and a tidy and professional finish , what more could you ask for? Will most definitely be using there services again.

Professional service right from the start, came out to survey when they said they would, offered a wealth of advice for our installation, and we received a prompt quotation. They arrived on the job when they said and carried out the work to the highest standard highly recommended

Watts Electrical were absolutely superb and can't fault them one bit. They were polite, friendly and very professional they constantly made sure they made no mess as they worked. Even on the day of work being started we said we had a few more jobs to add the the list and they were more than happy to take on more. We were extremely happy with everything we had done and would highly recommend Watts Electrial to anyone planning to have work done.

We have used Watts Electrical since moving here last year and they have been a great. Would highly recommend.

Ryan and his team completed all 1st and 2nd fix electrics to our new garden office. He was very helpful in the planning process and always available for advice in the early stages of the build. I couldn’t be more happy with the end product. All of the work was carried out to an excellent standard and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ryan and his team to anyone that is looking for quality electrical installations at an affordable price.

Top quality workmanship, highly reliable, definitely use again and will recommend going forward

I used watts electrical to carry out a full rewire, from start to finish the service they provided was top quality

Ryan and Jack supported me through the grant application, worked around my work arrangements and completed the job on time in full. Would definitely recommend

We used this company to do all our electrical work through a major renovation. They have surpassed our expectations, not only are they excellent tradesmen, they are hard working, very considerate to their customers and always clean up after themselves.
