MJB Electrical Services LTD

As a Landlord of multiple properties I have used MJB for years. I have found the company to be amazing and helpful, whilst he is very good at ensuring things are compliant, he is also great at helping us to do the changes the most cost effective way, its never seems to be about the money but the safety and good down to earth practical ways to resolving things, highly recommend them.

Great customer service and work carried out to a high standard. I would 100% recommend to family and friends and would be my first port of call if I had any other electrical issues again

I was recommended by a friend and I know why this electrical company is her go to person. He was quick at responding to messages and provided guidance. Also, he came and fixed my lighting at a lower rate due to it being a few minutes service. Definitely recommend!

We’ve used MJB Electrical Services a number of times now and have always been extremely happy with the work. Always professional, polite and reliable, with very reasonable prices. What really stands out is the pride he takes in his work – he takes the time to make sure everything is done properly and explains things clearly rather than just rushing through the job. We’ve never had an issue with any of the work he’s carried out for us. Most recently, he came out on a Sunday evening at short notice to deal with a problem, he identified the issue and got everything sorted quickly and professionally. It’s great having an electrician you know you can trust and call when you need something doing. Would happily recommend MJB Electrical Services and will definitely continue using them in the future.

Superb service. Super professional and friendly. Immediately felt at ease that the job would be sorted. Highly recommended.

Mujib has done a few jobs for us now, and has been excellent every time. Clear quotes and communication, comes on time, good quality work. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Mujib for the electrical works. He attended on the same day and completed the work within a couple of hours. His attention to detail, quality of workmanship, transparent pricing, warranty on materials, and communication were all absolutely top-notch. Everything was explained clearly, and the work was completed to a very high standard. It’s difficult to expect anything more from a contractor. Highly professional, reliable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend Mujib for electrical works.

Searching around looking for someone who can do a EICR for me and came across MJB Electrical Services. Glad i found this company. Customer service from beginning to end was outstanding. Kept me updated throughout the process and provided the report in less than the timeframe Mujib advised. Definitely will use again. Highly Recommend.

Such a lovely gentleman, nothing was too much trouble. Went above and beyond, clearly explained how the work would be carried out. Overall great experience!

Rang MJB and spoke with Mujib. We ran through the issue and Mujib managed to diagnose the issue over the phone which was an appliance issue rather than an electrical wiring issue. Could have easily pushed to come on-site and charge for the diagnosis but was honest and most helpful. Would definitely recommend MJB and Mujib as he knows his stuff.

Booked MJB for urgent work and extremely pleased with the work done by Mujib. Professionally done to a high standard

Fantastic service. Mujeeb agreed to install an extractor fan, arrived within the agreed time frame, completed the job really fast, was very polite and friendly.

Excellent service from start to finish. Even before attending, he spent a lot of time giving helpful advice and explaining the possible causes of the fault. He was honest, professional and never suggested any unnecessary work or unreasonable charges. He carefully investigated the problem, explained everything clearly, and even reduced the original call-out charge as a goodwill gesture. I really appreciated that he always considered what was best for the customer. I would highly recommend MJB Electrical Services.

Very pleasant man who got on with the job and was gone within the hour. Would I have him out again? YES. Due to it taking him a little less in travel time, I also got a 20% reduction in the cost too…an added bonus! Thank you Mujeeb

My Landords inspection highlighted numerous problems to be resolved. They were all explained very clearly to me and the quote received promptly. The work was carried out carefully and all cleaned up afterwards. I was shown the progress as it went along. I was given options where I could save a little money without compromising the job. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for your electrical work. I am a lone female and felt extremely confident and and relaxed while the work was carried out.

Power had gone to the house and needed someone to come out and repair the fusebox. Called MJB and spoke to Mujeeb who was fantastic from the moment he picked up the phone - knowledgeable, talked me through every step in a way I understood (I am no electrician!) and transparent with the time he was taking and cost. We went from potentially starting last week with no power and going to family to having power restored within hours and all the problems we'd been having sorted. Highly recommended and will be using Mujeeb again in the future.

Really knowledgeable electrician. You pay for what you get. Have recently used a few times. First time replace an old ceiling light fan in conservatory and also to look into a socket showing no earth. Got him in a 2nd time to fit a 2 way outside light, fit new electric oven, install additional socket behind tv so no wires hanging, find a way to fix earth cable issue and upgrade a single socket to double socket. Keeps you informed all the time of what options also sends GPS location so you know when on way. After drilling to put up trunking they clean up mess. Overall good experience compared to others I used previously. Reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

After trying six other Electrical companies I came across MJB Electrical Company. The reviews were amazing to good to believe. But I gave them a ring. Mugib arrived same day gave me initial quotation for EIC report. £175 cheaper than the only other quotation I received. The following afternoon that turned up on time carried out inspection at the same time repairing my alarm. He then quoted for all repairs and 14 way board. Turning up on time as agreed 2 days later he carried out all the repairs plus extras my wife added. He did all this in one visit he had all the parts to hand. No going back to stockists. He explained everything to me as he went along. Since carrying out the work I have received all paperwork. He as got in touch to make sure no problems with the work. My apologies to all other people who left reviews they were right his work is excellent. I could not recommend him enough and will if needs arrive use him again. Thank you Mujib.

Had to turn off electric at the board, felt very unsafe and desperate for assistance. MJB attended quickly with great communication and sorted the issue in no time. Also very reasonably priced, unlike other OOH services, I feel they did not capitalise and take advantage on the issue needing fixing on a Sunday evening. Would not hesitate to use again!

Emergency call out today (Sunday) super fast response, quick and efficient diagnostics and repair, very reasonably priced for a call out. Electrician was super informative and helpful. Will always recommend.

We used MJB to fit two bathroom extractor fans. They did an excellent job very professional and tidy. We are very pleased with results and would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Called and was quick to answer. Total loss of power at property. I explained what the problem was and he advised us to go and make sure there was electric showing at the metre. He told me this as we would have to pay the call out fee if it was a supplier issue. He gave me the number 105 to ring and it was a power cut affecting a number of properties only. Now he could have come out, charged the fee and it would have been an easy job. Instead he was helpful, honest and it wasn’t any trouble. Now that’s what I call a tradesman. His number is now in my phone in case I need an electrician

Professional, quick and thorough. No-one seemed to be able to solve our problem guy came in and solved it in an hour.

Had the pleasure of meeting Mujeeb today with the recommendation from a neighbour and did not disappoint. I received a call back from Mujeeb at 1pm and he was in attendance at 2pm. He did not disappoint when it came to quick response. My situation was resolved within an hour at a really good price for the work that was carried out. He even sorted out my spot lights which wasn't anything to do with the original task at hand. If you want an electrician who is reliable, professional with excellent customer service then look no further.

Fantastic service. Came out really quickly and took the time to explain everything too, super professional and a great service!

Great vaule for money! , I got 3 lights fitted and they look amazing! Just what I wanted! I will definitely be using again soon! He fit me in as quickly as possible no long wait time for appointment which is excellent, is reliable ! My lights look fantastic thank you!

MJB installed a electric towel radiator, a fuse spur and new electrical wiring. Mujib also replaced my battery in my house alarm. Got a quick response and arranged a suitable date to install. He sent a text to give me an hour slot of when he would arrive. Professional, friendly, knows what he doing and leaves your house clean and tidy. Second time I have used MJB and will use again in the future.

Do not pay him cash! He will never give you the electric certificate! He will ask for cash and come walk around the house for an hour then say he will do the certificate on the laptop at home but actually he’ll never send you the certificate! He’s a scammer! Avoid!

Excellent job to fix upstairs circuit lights and providing us with fixings where needed. A quick job to fit me in after working day for immediate fix; very polite and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to others and use again!

Muj is an honest good hard working person. Highly recommended!

Muj saved me from a nervous breakdown last night. For several weeks I’d been having problems with the power tripping and three other electricians had failed to locate the fault. Muj was so thorough with all the checks he carried out and eventually traced the fault to a socket that was shorting intermittently and replaced it. I can’t begin to tell you how grateful I am because I’ve been living on tenterhooks for some time and now I have peace of mind again. Muj was very friendly and worked nonstop until he’d located the problem. I’ve already recommended him to an acquaintance. Thank you so much.

Very reliable service and great work provided. Would use again and reccomend to anyone. Great value to.

"Muj" arrived at 15:30, 20 minutes after my call. Completed the job efficiently with no drama working straight through until 01:00. Such a refreshing change to find an honest, hard working electrician who knows his job and doesn't cut corners. I would definitely recommend.

Mojeb came out to site on very short notice, work completed with great knowledge & expertise.

Mujib is an excellent pleasant worker. He responded to my call and was there in 10 minutes. His work was efficient, reasonable and efficient. He is very knowledgeable. Mujib quickly identified the fault in my lights in my front garden, sorted faulty work done in my house by three previous workmen and gave me excellent advice about my circuit board. He not only explained what the fault was but showed me the problem. Unlike some workmen, Mujib didn't try to get work from me but although I intended to change my circuit board he told me that it didn't need changing and stopped me giving him unnecessary work which I was told by previous electrician needs doing. I will highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. I will also be using him in the future. I highly recommend him as a highly skilled electrician who is conscientious, reliable, trustworthy and someone who does an excellent job.
