My Safe Electrical LTD - Essex Electrician's

Really pleased with the work carried out by Jim and his team. They fitted my outside security lights and did a great job from start to finish. Professional, friendly and tidy, with everything completed to a high standard. I would definitely recommend them.

Done fantastic work clean and tidy would use them everytime

Jim and the team were great to work with throughout the whole process. We had a full rewire and a new consumer unit fitted in our new home. We had no idea what to expect and what would be required but they took the time to explain everything and worked around some challenges in the property. During the process we had some unexpected challenges arise, but Jim kept in contact with me and we found good solutions to get everything completed. The price for the volume of work was fair and I think the quality of the work was brilliant. They did try very hard to avoid as little damage to existing walls as possible. Although we did opt to still fully skim all walls after the work anyway. I would definitely recommend using my safe electrical and will certainly get them back if we need anything in the future.

Jim came to us to help sort a small lighting problem. He was excellent. Had it done in no time and even offered to put up a couple of light fittings while he was here. Went above and beyond what we expected. Would certainly recommend this company to anyone. Well deserves five stars.

Recommended by our plumber and couldn’t be happier with the work. Extractor, new light and LED cabinet fitted in our bathroom. Both workman were polite, cleared up thoroughly and ensured our dog was safe when they needed to work outside.

Jim and his team knew exactly what to do and how to do it after assessing the work and carried out the job in a professional manner. Once all the work was done they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves too leaving an excellent job well done. Can highly recommend them and will definitely use them again!

Very happy with the service from start to finish. They booked us in quickly, arrived on time, and the team were friendly and professional throughout. The work was completed to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Jim and Jake are very professional. My mother had a problem with her shower. We were not aware until Jim arrived how dangerous it was. Jim advised shower had been installed incorrectly by previous electrician, they had crossed over the polarity causing the neutrals to be live and the wiring not protected by a fuse. I have used them on 3 separate occasions, others being fitting outside light and installing power sockets.

This company was recommended to us by a friend. They turned up on time, completed the job within the agreed time frame and tidied up afterwards. What more could we ask? We'd fully recommend them and the price was very competitive too.

The best electricians ever. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. Jim was super helpful and put himself out to make sure to fit in some difficult work at short notice where the previous electricians had made a mess of things. The team were very professional, lovely people, and communication was absolutely top tier. Everything was explained to me so that I could understand it and I was updated regularly, and the work was priced very reasonably. At a point where I had reached despair, they really did save the day and gave me back peace of mind. I would choose them a million times over. Thank you all SO much!!

Jake and the boys were very professional and efficient. Done a load of sockets and ceiling lights, very quick and tidy. Could not fault them at all. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Absolutely lovely fellas who turned up and explained the work they were undertaking. Great communication and fair pricing. Wouldn't use anyone else moving forward. Cheers guys

I recently used My Safe Electrical for some work at my shop, including the installation of new plug sockets and trunking. The electrician arrived on time, was highly professional throughout, and completed the job efficiently. What particularly impressed me was his initiative in installing data points around the trunking—something I hadn’t requested—and doing so at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture demonstrated a genuine commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend My Safe Electrical and will gladly use their services again in the future.
