Responsive and professional service, thanks Adrian!

I contacted AA Eleectricals at midday on a Sunday following a report from a vulnerable tenant that her power had totally failed and she was without lights or heating. Adrian took my call and agreed to be on site within two hours. He was open and honest about his emergency call out rates when I asked him. He got slightly delayed but notified me and advised of his new anticipated arrival time. Once he arrived he got straight to work. He was polite to both myself and my tenant and very respectful of the property. I really couldn't have asked for more. He discovered the problem, following meticulous checking, which was amazing as it was a trapped cable shorting out which was hidden behind a kitchen wall cabinet. Once he eradicated the problem the lights, heating etc came back on and faultless. Great result. I shall not hesitate in calling on Adrian if i have ANY electrical issues in the future.

I recently hired this electrician for some work at my property, and I’m very satisfied with the job. The work was carried out professionally, efficiently, and to a high standard. Communication was clear throughout, they turned up on time, and everything was completed exactly as promised. The final result was neat, safe, and well-finished. It’s great to find a reliable tradesperson who takes pride in their work. I wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and would happily recommend them to others.

Fabulous service. Super quick response. Arrived within 20 mins of the call. Very thorough. Excellent fault finding. And great value for money.

Checked the whole house to ensure everything is in right order

The worker was calm and attentive. He clearly knew what he was doing because he was able to identify the problem within minutes of arriving at the property. He also assisted us with our alarm battery, which had been making an irritating noise. This demonstrates that he cares not only about his specific task but also about the safety of the people in the house. He also offered limited advice on what to do and what not to do with electrical systems stuff.

Great service, quick to respond, was at my property to fix the fault within 30 mins! Highly recommend!

Great service and very respectful engineer. Adrian sorted the lighting issues out at short notice (on a Sunday!) for my very elderly parents. A very professional service.

Adrian visited my property to fit my cooker. Tried to support with my bulb. Very helpful👍

I can't recommend A.A. Electricals and Adrian highly enough! I initially had a well-known electrical company (one of the "giants") fix a socket, but unfortunately, they unknowingly knocked out power to another one in the process. When I called them back, they claimed the only solution was to install a new fuse box before they could do the work—an extremely costly fix! Thankfully, I reached out to A.A. Electricals, and Adrian came to the rescue. Not only did he quickly diagnose the issue, but he also managed to restore power to the other socket without replacing the fuse box, saving me a huge unnecessary expense. His professionalism, expertise, and honesty truly set him apart. If you're looking for an electrician who actually knows what they’re doing, doesn’t upsell unnecessary work, and delivers top-quality service, Adrian is the one to call! I’ll be using A.A. Electricals for all my future electrical needs. Highly recommended! 🚀🔧⚡
