Steve visited us today to carry out a maintenance check on all of our fire extinguishers. I thought we only had 6 but we actually had 10. Test the extras were not a problem for Steve. He also explained what we needed to become compliant and that was really helpful. He also offered suggestions for a better solution to keep the extinguisher which again was really helpful. Our business is banking therefore security and discretion is paramount - Steve acted with confidence and was mindful of his soundings ensuring he didn't cause any inconvenience for us. We look forward to Steves next visit.

We’ve been using PTS Compliance for the past two years for both our PAT testing and fire extinguisher servicing, and the service has been consistently excellent. They’re reliable, well organised, and very easy to work with. All testing and servicing is carried out efficiently with minimal disruption to our sites, which is important for us operationally. The engineers are knowledgeable and professional, and the reporting is clear and easy to manage, helping us stay fully compliant across the business. Overall, a dependable, hassle-free service and a company we’re happy to continue working with. Would definitely recommend.

Despite being a long standing customer we have been charged a cancelled appointment fee of £720. We booked in the work but weren't given a time and the engineer didn't call ahead so we had no idea when he was turning up. When he did arrive, we were unable to allow access as we had a vulnerable client on site for the next hour which we would have told him, if he had called. The cancellation fee is 25% higher than the cost of the work. We will not be using them again

Great service from Nick today. We were originally quoted for around 300 devices, but it turned out we had over 700. Nick still managed to get everything tested in a single day, and he handled it all with no fuss. Really impressed and would definitely recommend.

Amazingly helpful team. Keion and Nic went through my Art Studio systematically and found and tested every electrical appliance. (there were many!) Their professional demeanour was very reassuring and to my surprise, when they found a couple of plugs on foreign appliances which were not compliant with UK standards, they explained exactly why and replaced them free of charge. Amazing! I cannot recommend this company highly enough. they are friendly, efficient and quick. I would definitely use them again.

I was very pleased I chose PTS Compliance to perform my EICR and PAT testing. The initial communication with their office was very professional and gave me confidence to proceed. On the day of the inspection their engineer, Louie Scott, was punctual, communicated well throughout the visit and I felt was very thorough throughout the process. Call them now as I experience an issue with my main circuit as I experience an erratic reading on the main , I was refused the job as I was told that ‘this is what they can’t help with’ without giving me any explanation about it. I feel I was pushed around, and maybe they deal only with minor electrical issues.

I recently had electrical works completed at commercial premise I manage , and I was very impressed with the service provided. The team was professional, efficient, and responsive. very quick and effecient service

Unwilling to compromise service time. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my Monday appointment. They said they were charging me (which I understand) I messaged them back (3 minutes later) to say that I could alter things my end, of which they said the engineer has been sent to another job! So they organised this in 3 minutes???? I disputed this and the return email mentioned that the engineer was outside the building, which was an obvious lie as I saw nobody outside. The appointment was at 10:30 and the engineer was there at 9am... I think not. Strongly avoid and I will be using another PAT service. ——————————— This matter was Resolved. And the service was quick and efficient. Mark was absolutely fantastic thank you forgetting back to me and understanding the predicament.
