Tectonic Digital Systems Ltd

Nigel was fantastic, very helpful service all round. Tectonic got back to us with support as soon as we put in an enquiry, they have been great.

Thoroughly happy with Nigel and his team. From start to finish they were professional but friendly, reliable and very knowledgeable and unbelievably helpful, sometimes it's hard to find good tradesmen, not this time ! I totally recommend this company. Thank you so much !

Did an install of solar panels, Libbi battery, and Eddi heater. Very knowledgeable and professional. Everything installed very nicely and neatly. Very reasonable quote, great value. Would highly recommend.

Just had 2 - 5 kw batteries added to my existing solar panels. The work done was neat and precis. Very expertly built, also had mains linked smoke detectors fitted again no mess indoors. A very clean all around job. A big thanks to James who has been amazing at helping me set up my app and Nigel Thanks I would highly recommend this company

The team at Tectonic provided and excellent service, from the initial enquiry and price to the install, very knowledgeable and made me comfortable that the install would be done 100% correct and to a very high standard. A+++++

Recommended Tectonic to a local church who were having issues with their hearing loop system as NIgel has a lot of knowledge in this area. Would recommend Nigel & Tectonic for all TV, audio and electrical works.

Tectonic have just fitted 4 outside PIR lamps for me. James turned up on time , looking smart and cheerful. The work never seems to be a problem. Speedy, clean and organised. The same as the last time. Will definitely use again.

Absolutely rude receptionist, outrageous that somebody would be that rude to a customer, needs more training

I had an excellent experience with Nigel from Tectonic. He mounted a TV on the wall for me, hiding all the cables perfectly so the setup looks really clean and professional. He took great care in the house, protecting the floor and furniture, and left everything tidy when the job was done. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard, and he was friendly and easy to deal with throughout. I’d highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled electrician.

Great service, fitters very conscientious 10/10

I had a home battery fitted approx 3 weeks ago , very happy with the service received , and the communication , recommended by me.

First class experience from start to finish. Great advice given and professional engagement throughout

James and Nigel, did a fantastic job of advising and carrying out extensive work on our house renovation. They were able to carry out any job to a very high standard, with a courteous and professional attitude. Whether its a big hi-tech installation or just wiring a switch, I would have no hesitation to call them.

I have been a Tectonic customer for the better part of ten years now, for my home and my rental property. Their services have ranged from landlord safety certicates, new oven circuit, new consumer units, to additional power sockets, new outside lights, replacement power diverter for the solar system, and repair of a TV satellite system. Nigel and James are prompt, professional, and highly skilled. They are very good at explaining what's going on and what needs to be done. Rhian in reception/admin is always friendly and helpful. All in all I can't think how they could be better.

James did our electrics for a kitchen renovation project. We were very impressed by his work but also he was so through, polite easy to deal with, responsive and very tidy. I thought his charges were very reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

Great service! Fire alarms replaced efficiently with no mess. Timely service, friendly and reliable. Arrived when expected. Happy to assist with other services. Would recommend without hesitation.

Another first class job completed by James today, installed our cctv, James worked hard all day hiding the cables, and installing the app on to my phone, this is the 3rd time for us using Tectonic, can highly recommend the company.

We had an issue with our Paxton door system contacted Tectonic they came out within the hour investigated the issue and resolved it,not the first time we have used Tectonic I cannot recommend them enough. The staff are very professional always cleaning up behind themselves and happy to help. Time keeping is excellent its so nice to have good honest tradesman will continue to use them Thank you for a job well-done

Tectonic Digital Systems Ltd have done work for us on several occasions and always go above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. Highly recommend them.

I asked for a quote and spoke with a very nice man on the phone who was very down to earth non salesy and polite. The same gentleman came to my branch and was really clear and explained everything to me. he then said I would receive my quote today and I did! I'm really happy with this service - thank you

James came to move a cable to enable work to be carried out on my conservatory. Pleased with the work that James did and I will certainly use this company again.

Have used this company for some years now and their knowledge, experience and work standard and ethics you will find hard to beat. Today I called them with a problem, they came out on the same day, fixed the problem with my CCTV camera and even fitted another for me, nothing was too much trouble for them and in this day and age this level of customer service and standard of work is becoming very rare! Again thanks to Nigel and James for all your help😎

Alway reliable and professional! Anything related to electrical or tv I know I can always rely on Tectonic! This business has now carried out the wiring of my extension including rewiring old system, a satellite installation with four feeds to lounge kitchen and two bedrooms. Another great job done by Nigel ,James at tectonic digital systems ltd .

We have used Tectonic for over 20 years and the quality of service is excellent, we have now had our CCTV and WiFi upgraded and the whole job has been completed by Tectonic, Nigel and James were very professional and clean and tidy, if you want an electrician in Eastbourne then I can truly recommend Tectonic.

I had an old TV aerial taken down recently (June 2024). The lads from Tectonic were on time, friendly and took the old metalwork away too. A job well done.

We had strict, complex regulatory requirements on security to meet. Tectonic not only advised us but also implemented an excellent solution. Their workmanship was second to none; from the discreet and tidy installation to the support. Not only can we recommend them, but they are now our preferred supplier.

Came and fitted a new light tube and connectors in our kitchen. Polite and quick to respond and get the work done. Done a great job and now we can see in the kitchen. Many thanks

Very pleased and satisfied with the excellent response and service provided by this company this week. After our enquiry call on Thursday pm an appointment was speedily made for the engineer to visit on Friday pm. Problem located, replacement parts fitted and checked all to a high standard . Would most certainly recommend this local company in Eastbourne.

Very impressed with Tectonic Digital Solutions Ltd. They did a fantastic job from quote to finish. Both Nigel and James were really honest and good guys that made the process both enjoyable and easy. Nigel even commented on my house and DIY skills which was nice of him. Really impressed and would recommend there services.

Highly recommend Nigel for all electrical needs whether it’s at home or business related. Tectonic is a one stop shop for electrics, lighting, tv aerial and satellite, cctv, EV charging point installations and more. I like to be able to use a local Eastbourne business who can provide multiple solutions all at once without the issues of contacting several people. Helped me numerous times with our TVs and electrics and now looking at EV charger to be installed and I know who I’ll be calling. For a local, friendly, reasonably priced electrician in Eastbourne who provides an excellent service look no further. The perfect one stop shop.

Although one expects any business to be polite, helpful, professional, timely, and communicative, nowadays few rarely are. It was an absolute delight to deal with a company that delivers exactly what it promises, at the time it promises, and to a great standard of work, without making any excuses. If only all companies were like Tectonic

Super impressed with the team at Tectonic! We contacted them to arrange to have our fire alarm tested and to help with a detector fault. Rhian listened to our requirements and liaised with us to organise a site visit. Nigel gave us lots of useful information during the site visit and a quotation followed the next day. James and Nigel serviced the alarm system, detected the fault and repaired in and were very considerate of our business trading whilst they were on site. Thanks Tectonic, we'll be in touch for some more work soon!

Nigel and James were great They were very professional and the advice they gave us at the beginning about how many solar panels to get and through to the fitting and explaining at the end about how it all works . They advised us to get less panels not more . They also listened to what we wanted regarding the batteries and routing the cable Brilliant all round service

Always reactive and positive suggestions

Lovely people, great service, good job done, sensible prices, thanks Tectonic.

Arrived on time and fixed my problem very well

Tectonics are so knowledgeable and helpful. The entire team work very efficiently together. They are a pleasure to deal with. I have total confidence in their work. I have used them for TV installation, CCTV installation and IT issues.

First class support again from a truly reliable company, always impressed by the quick response and high quality workmanship. Thanks again to Rhian and James.

Amazing work

Tectonic installed an EV charger and upgraded some electrical circuits to add some future-proofing. From the initial survey to the completed works, the team were professional, friendly, courteous and punctual. Unlike some larger national companies who quoted for the job, they carried out a thorough survey and were able to fit the charger where I wanted it to be fitted rather than limit the cable run to 10M. If you need an electrical job doing well, I'd recommend engaging Tectonic.

They have just installed solar panels together with batteries and back up circuits. It looks superb. Over the last few years these guys have replaced our old fuse board with an RCD, installed various new plugs and lights, CCTV, a home network, a TV distribution system, multiple smoke/CO2 alarms and a car charger. As engineers they just seem to know everything and the quality of their work is impeccable. As workmen they are friendly, tidy and punctual. And they don’t come with a transistor radio.

Another superb job from Techtonic, professional, clean and knowledgeable especially when dealing with a challenging building. Nigel will find a solution to the most challenging problem quickly and cost effectively.

First class service excellent workmanship

Really excellent service from Tectonics today. I needed some urgent electrical work in a kitchen refit and Nigel fitted my work in at short notice. Efficient, organised service and James did the work for me with great skill, calmness and good humour - the job was a bit tricky! Very grateful for Nigel's and James' help and I would highly recommend.

Nigel May was super sensitive to office environment and time-scales, so dialogue with him was really productive and kind. Mutually convenient date and time adhered to; the works were completed professionally and functioned; best of all, he tidied up after himself, truly marvellous. I would highly recommend Tectonic and Nigel, Eastbourne local company. *****

Excellent- good service and helpful. Engineer was quick, polite and thorough. Would recommend.

Excellent service with friendly and knowledgeable staff - would recommend highly.

Installed dual zone nest system in the house. Installation and set up was quick and efficient

Extremely professional company with excellent pre and post customer service. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and will be using them in the future.

Great service as always. Nigel’s knowledge of rules and regulations is nothing short of an encyclopaedia. Always happy to take the time to explain anything and everything to you. Would recommend to anyone and would love to meet Bilbo the dog one day 🐶. He looks like such a cutie.

5/5 Stars. Quick and very professional installation !

I have been using Tectonic for a number of years. They are always so helpful, very professional and get the job done. Being in property management I need contractors that can respond to any given situation and Tectonic have never let me down. From call out to various electrical faults to EICR reports, they are simply fantastic. Rhian Nigel and James - thank you!

Tectonic installed a car charging point for me and I'm very pleased with the installation. The engineers made an extra effort to conceal the cables. They were clean and tidy and carried all the necessary tools. They explained the operation procedures clearly. Highly recommended.

Great service, on time & did a great job. Certificates completed & emailed same day & I will be booking back in soon for other quoted works.

Called Tectonic on a Monday for TV Ariel Installation, Rhian in the office was very polite & helpful. Nigel & James turned up the same afternoon. Fitted the ariel , cleared up any mess that was made. Very professional would definitely recommend.

Tectonic are always quick to help me out. I can call them up, tell them what I need and they will arrange the visit with my tenant. Next thing I know, it's all done. I get a full report and perfectly reasonable invoice. I never bother to phone any other electrician in Eastbourne!

Another absolutely brilliant install from tectonic Professional from the quote to completion of the job and after installation the communication has been amazing. Probably not their easiest EV charge point installation but overcame any issues that presented themselves Top job Many thanks

Quality, reliable service, would recommend!

I had poor internet connectivity, so I called on a Friday and they had someone round to check and quote for Cat6 cabling that afternoon. It was a good price, so I accepted the quote, and they had it all fitted and working by Monday afternoon. Great service.

James was professional in all that he did regarding the TV, explaining what had been found and how to put it right. Excellent. Thank you 😊

Tectonic are very professional. Installed my NEST for central heating system. Took time to explain how to use. Much appreciated.

I highly recommend Nigel and James from Tectonic for any local A\V, data and electrical installations. Professional service and excellent workmanship.

Get trouble shooting over the phone - sky box refused to work after the storm, was on the phone to Sky for 30mins with no change, called Tectonic and was back up and running within 10mins. Highly recommend, local and friendly professional service.

Rewired our house and did an excellent job, they are always there to help when we call and give great advice. They recently helped us when we drilled through a wire and fixed the issue within 30 minutes in the late evening. Highly recommend, by far the best electricians in Eastbourne from minor electrical work and TV aerials & satellite to CCTV and door entry. Thank you

Full wiring installation, test and certification. Quick service. Excellent !!

They came round within three hours of our call, quickly identified the reason for our loss of signal and gave good advice on the options available. The solution we took was a new dish and upgraded cables, but installation was complicated requiring discrete internal trunking as well as secure unobtrusive external cabling from front to back of our older property. They carried out this work quickly and expertly, managing to do a very neat very professional job, all completed by 4pm same day. We could not be more pleased with the result and have no hesitation in recommending Tectonic.

Impeccable service, very professional, with an impressive call out response time, will definitely use them again and highly recommend to anyone needing electrical, or tv works.
