The first time I used CIR it was great. Fuse box fitted very comfortable with using CIR very good at their job and I was very happy to use them again. In November I had a problem with my isolation switch on my oven. Called Neil and he explained to me what he will do with it. But getting an appointment was difficult. I was patient and understanding that they was busy so I waited, I eventually got a date for him to come on the 4th of April booked through the office.. I waited in all day that day and no one showed up! And not even a message to say they can’t make it At least tell me that you can’t make it. I would have been understanding. I would have been a loyal customer using CIR … didn’t wanna leave a bad review and it really disappoints me that I had to as I feel let down. And now have to find a new electrician
Can not praise highly enough. Neil was very through and polite. Fitted the car charger quickly and left everything tidy.
Contacted them for an EICR and booked them in. They confirmed the timeslot in advance and Neil turned up on time, no waiting around. Everything was tested / checked and no remedial work required and picked up a couple of diy tips. No hard sell, fixed pricing and on time, they get a 5 star rating.
Neil was a recommendation from a friend, needed a kitchen rewire doing when it had been gutted out. Smooth sailing from getting a quote to end product. Neil's attention to detail was exemplary. He went above and beyond to help and also advise. His work was on point, very clean, very knowledgeable and his prices are very good. Even disposed of all electrical waste. I will be recommending him to friends and family and will now be my electrician moving forward for all future projects. Thank you.
Neil completed a full rewire of our old Victorian property and did a great job. Fair price, guided us through the process, explained what he was doing and what he'd recommend. I don't usually recommend companies in case they have a bad experience, but I've recommended him to 3 people so far who have all been impressed with his work.

Excellent service provided by Neil and Keen, we had a partial rewire completed and light fittings changed, Neil was very informative and proactive the entire time helping us to make sure that everything was exactly as we wanted it to be and went the extra mile coming back out afterwards to help us tidy up some final bits.
