Nene Valley Renewables

We’ve now used Nene Valley Renewables for three major projects and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. We first worked with the team when they installed solar panels on our home. Given the layout and roofline of our property, there were some challenges, but they took great care to make the installation as discreet and visually sympathetic as possible while still achieving the performance we needed. We were so impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail that when we later discovered significant electrical issues during an extension project, including the absence of earth wiring in parts of the house, they were the first people we called. They carried out a full rewire and were fantastic throughout. Rather than simply telling us what needed doing, they took a consultative approach, helping us think through everything from lighting design and socket locations to two-way switching, extractor fans and the practical day-to-day use of each room. It can be quite a daunting process as a homeowner, but they guided us through every decision and helped us create a home that works far better for how we actually live. Most recently, they’ve installed an air source heat pump for us. Again, their advice was invaluable. They helped us navigate the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant process, carefully assessed the heating requirements of the house, and ensured we had the right system size and radiator upgrades to keep the house genuinely warm and comfortable throughout the winter. What really sets Nene Valley Renewables apart is that they don’t just install products - they take the time to understand your home, explain your options and make sure you end up with the right solution. We always felt they genuinely cared about getting it right and it being the right decision for us. We wouldn’t use anyone else.
