Excellent service from Paul. Professional, thorough, highly skilled and personable. Arrived on time, very friendly and gave a clear explanation of Hive thermostat and hub he installed and how to manage it. Thanks to his colleague Sal who was equally helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend them .
