Excellent service, very professional

Brilliant. Jack solved a long standing issue with my hyper volt charger no one else could. Top man great chat.

I can't imagine anyone would leave anything but 5 stars for this electrician. I had the electrics tripping out in the house on an ad-hoc basis, James (electrician) had the problem sorted and rectified within 20 minutes. James was very professional and courteous, he explained everything and answered all my questions in layman's terms. .

Needed a certificate for my house. Very happy choosing this company. Got quote straight away and work carried out when I was available in the house straight away. Work carried out was done fast as needed to be somewhere for a certain time and they met the time. Very friendly helped a lot. Would definitely use this company again ☺️

Quick and professional, explained everything well, would definitely use again or recommend.

Installed LED strip lighting in loft. Job done quickly and tidily, with no mess left. Would use again.

Great work from Total Electricsl NE Ltd updating fire safety features in the flat I rent out. Would definitely recommend.

Swift, pleasant and willing to answer and questions.

I got an EV and needed a charger installing. I got in touch with James who was able to fit my new EV charger in a few hours. Great service and highly recommend.

Excellent work carried out by James and the team, had a fuseboard replaced and they carried out the work efficently ensuring the power was back on as soon an possible, spotless inside work upgrading sockets and everything to an impeccable standard. Turned up on time, excellent attitude - we are already thinking long term for future project and if we need an electrician I won't go anywhere else 5*

I encountered Total Electrical NE by happenstance - they were the subcontracted electricians for my recent loft conversion. The work didn't go smoothly - through no fault of Total Electrical - but the team of 4 stayed late to fully diagnose and remedy the situation. I was sufficiently impressed with the service and work ethic that I contracted directly with Total Electrical NE for my next project. Earlier this month James and the team from Total Electrical NE installed a new distribution board, 2x Easee EVSE car chargers, and 70m+ of SWA under my driveway. All fully tested, all certified, and I'm very happy with the work. Total Electrical NE will be my first port of call for the next electrical project I have.

Outstanding service, very good communication, brilliant job and cleaned up. Would highly recommend

Excellent efficient workmanship I would definitely recommend this company and will definitely use them again for up and coming electrical works

Friendly bunch of lads, nothing was too much trouble. Very thorough would definitely use again.

Brilliant company! I reached out to James and the lads at Total Electrical NE Ltd for some quotes on various jobs at work from additional light switches to moving air-conditioning controls. Always turned up on time and completed work in an timely and tidy way. Could not fault them.

Turned up on time and the work was completed to an excellent standard for a good price. They offered good advice and were friendly and knowledgeable.

James and the boys came and did a huge project on farm. Lights, sockets, roller doors, grain elevators and a grain dryer. It was all done in great time, the guys were so efficient and tidy and everything looks fantastic as well as working perfectly!

Excellent service very friendly

Approved Hypervolt EV charger installer which was fitted in a week from the initial survey. Great service from James and his team, hassle free quote and very competitive considering there was some additional work. On the day the fitters were professional and friendly and tidied up after the installation of the charger. The sign-up and handover of the charger was seamless and informative. Have charged a couple of times and no issues whatsoever. If you're after an EV Charger and a competent installer then I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Total Electrical NE. Thank you for speedy turnaround and hassle free installation!

James fitted a Rolec electric car charger for us yesterday with superb efficiency and professionalism. He covered up our internal floor area where he was working and even hoovered up the dust left and took all the boxing and packaging away. Polite and informative during the whole process, highly recommended.
