We needed our home alarm system repaired/upgraded. Several companies were contacted for pricing/survey. Ian from Caretech stood out with his ability to understand exactly what we were looking for which included a fully functional system which was easy to operate at a reasonable price. We agreed a date paid a deposit and he arrived bang on time! His work was outstanding. Our control panel was replaced and all the existing components pir’s, panic alarms, external alarm (found to be faulty), entry/exit switches etc were checked for functionality/compatibility and finally he provided detailed instruction on how to operate and adjust the system to suit our needs. We finally agreed a price and date to replace our external alarm. Ian’s attitude throughout was patient, supportive, sympathetic and there was no mess to clear up. We couldn’t have asked for more.

We have used Caretech for many years, always prompt, professional and friendly. Belatedly realising they do much more electrical work than we realised. We will be using them more I’m sure.

I heard of Caretech systems through word of mouth and I am pleased I did as I intend to use them for any future electrical work. Tom the engineer arrived at the planned time and explained how the work would be carried out and was polite and professional while completing the job. The area was left clean and tidy. Thank you.

Very impressed! New security lights and alarm (plus sensors) fitted. All work was done efficiently, tidily, the chaps who undertook the work were courteous, confident and professional. We will use them for any electrical work we need in the future, and so will our neighbour!

Very professional, knowledgeable and sorted any issues quickly.

Excellent service from this company. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I was needing a replacement service Contract for my previous supplier of Intruder Alarms and came across this local family firm. I was lucky and they are very, very good, polite, efficient and Professional as they undertake the work in a seemless fashion.

Each time I have used Caretech Systems Ltd I have been impressed with absolutely everything they do, from the cheery lady who answers the phone who simply cannot do enough to make sure you are kept up to date, fitted in promptly and is so helpful, the prompt service of Ian and his service team who are very knowledgeable, do a great job and always seem to fit you in at a time that's convenient for you even when they are busy. They do a great job at a reasonable price. I've had a few very small jobs done by this company but always feel like I've had excellent service as if I've spent a million pounds!!! Well done to you all.

Very professional and well mannered team, had no hesitation giving them a key to my house, very happy with the work carried out, I would highly recommend them

I hired the caretech team to carry out a variety of electrical work after moving into a new house. The work which included a bit of everything like replacing an old electrical board, replacing light fittings and supplying and fitting outside lights. The Caretech team were top class from the moment they stepped foot in the door. They were professional, friendly and nothing was too much for them. I felt very comfortable just letting them get on with their various jobs around the house over the two days they were here, and could not be happier with what they were able to achieve over that period. The standard of work and service I received was exceptional and I will not go anywhere else now for future electrical work.

Just had Caretech fix a camera on my cctv very professional and helpful explained everything in detail found the fault a broken wire had a bit of a struggle with a screw had to drill it out but not a problem even had a used cover for camera which he replaced free of charge. First time used this company and very happy will be my first call if any other problems crop up.

We've used Caretech now for several years and have always been extremely pleased with the standard of their work and their attention to customer service. They have quickly responded to calls in the past when we have had the odd repair job and have just today completed a full lighting rewire. As ever they have completed the work to a high standard and have ensured we've been happy with each stage before moving on to the next one. We'd fully recommend Caretech without reservation.

Courteous, careful and fully competent service.

Very professional and efficient service which I would recommend

Ian and the team recently installed our new camera system. Their work was very well organised and extremely tidy. We would highly recommend them.

I have used Caretech Systems many times for various electrical work and have always found them to be professional, friendly and reliable. I’m confident that Ian recommends the most economical option and doesn’t advise getting work done unnecessarily. Leigh rewired our bedroom lights and installed a new remote switch downstairs for the garage and utility room. As always he was friendly, punctual and tidy. I’d definitely recommend Caretech and frequently do to friends.

I have used the same electrician for over 20 years and he retired last year. I got the Caretech name from a friend of my wife and was wary, but I am happy to say the whole process from organising the appointment to getting the job done professionally and the billing were all a pleasant experience. Thank you. I have recommended Caretech to my Sister. I have had need for an electrician to check out an lighting fixture in the bathroom, the job was completed within two days of the initial phone call. A professional friendly service by all concerned. And at a very reasonable price. Thank you Ron

Deciding to have our house fully rewired seemed a big step to take however Caretech made this as painless as possible. They gave us excellent advice as to what needed to be done, how long it would take, what disruption to expect and what they would do to minimise it. They kept us informed and involved all the way through the work, accepting our preferences and guiding us with things we hadn't thought of. The team, including the girls in the office, were professional, proficient and skilful in all they did. They were friendly, polite, and left everywhere as tidy as possible each day. The standard of their work was excellent and we are very pleased with the results of their work. We highly recommend them. Thank you. Ann & Colin

Needed someone to check out our house alarm as the bell box outside had decided to sound late at night and worryingly there was no way to stop it but luckily it did stop after a while. After a frantic Google search I decided to contact Caretech, based solely on their consistently good reviews. The whole experience was seamless and very professional, from the initial contact with Heidi in the office, who booked me in and kept me updated, to Ian the engineer who responded quickly and explained clearly what he was doing and why to resolve the issue. Will definitely use again and would recommend to anyone.

I would not think of using another company. Very professional and knowledgeable and totally trustworthy and reliable

Excellent company who regularly service our house alarm. Customer care is top notch!

I can't say anything negative about this company. A really quick response to my concerns which proved to be very worrying. A professional job to make safe my fuse board until I get it replaced. I was taken care of by everyone from my first phone call to the finished job. Everything was explained thoroughly and I felt at ease. Prompt response and excellent job very professional , I couldn't be happier with my new fitted lights. I will be a customer for life now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Very professional service from Caretech, on time, no mess and very personable. Would highly recommend.

Responed to our query very quickly and the work was carried out the following day. Work was professionally carried out to a high standard by a pleasant young man Would certainly recommend.

An excellent, prompt and efficient service was provided. All issues were well explained by very helpful staff.

Caretech recently re-wired our kitchen, installed a new distribution board and installed & commissioned a Zappi EV charger. They also installed a 4.1 Kw Solar Pv system c/w battery. Ian, Leigh and the rest of the team did a great job. From the initial survey and structural roof survey by a specialist, to all of the certification they were thoroughly professional. While work was under way they were cheerful & friendly and kept us informed throughout. They used proper scaffolding to access the roof and a specialist roofing company to ensure that the mounting brackets did not affect the roof integrity. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very particular about making sure they left everything clean and tidy before they left site. I would have no hesitation in recommending Caretech Systems to any potential customers.

Caretech have been looking after our alarm system for 16 years now, and they have been brilliant at maintaining the system we inherited, and adding new sensors so our extension was covered as well. Highly recommend them.

We would strongly recommend these guys. We’ve had our home alarm fitted by them and more recently some security cameras installed. Their work and the service is first class. Arrived when they said they would, very tidy as they work, explained everything they were doing, answered any questions we had, absolutely nothing was a bother to them, if you want a good job then you won’t go wrong with these. Mr & Mrs Hawdon,

This company has sorted out our nightmare of a solar installation by another firm. They are totally professional in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any electrical services or solar installations. They arrived on time, and sorted the problem for us quickly and efficiently. I can’t thank them enough.

Annual service of my alarm system - prompt, professional and reasonable fee. Gives peace of mind knowing everything is in order

Fantastic! Iain and his team are fantastic, we have had solar panels installed on our house recently and it couldn't have been any more seamless and stress free if you tried. They have been very proactive and responsive throughout from texting me the day before to remind me of aspects such as scaffolding going up, to texting me a few days later to see how everything was going and if I had any problems or questions. The installation was all done very professionally with the house just as clean if not cleaner after they left and finished the work to a high standard. This is beyond 5 star service, thank you :-)

repaired intruder alarm, fast courteous and efficient

A very professional company. From the moment I first met Ian to discuss the CCTV and alarm overhaul projects I was requiring, I felt extremely comfortable with his knowledge and presentation of how this work would be carried out. There was no pressure selling whatsoever. The CCTV installation was done by Leigh and Aiden with the alarm overhaul seen to by Graham. All 3 were cracking knowledgeble people who were courteous, polite and professional throughout the project, even brought there own vacuum cleaner to clean up afterwards. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anybody in the furture they are 5 star plus

Recently had some work done by Caretech on light switches, a shower switch and light fixtures. I found them to be a really reliable company throughout the process. The work was really good quality and reasonably priced. Particular thanks go to Tom for the great job - will definitely be enlisting Caretech's assistance for future jobs!

Great service from start to finish. Kept in touch with us before and on the installation date. Explained the system to us and ensured we understood before they left. Cleaned up after the job was done. Can’t fault any aspect at all and would recommend to others.

Having had a bad experience with a well known alarm company I contacted Caretech. I was not disappointed. Grahame was great. Explained everything. Fixed the fault on my system without an eye watering bill at the end. Can't recommend this company highly enough....

Very helpful, informed me of everything he was doing.

Prompt , efficient and courteous service effecting a speedy solution.

I’m so pleased I used Caretech Systems to install my solar system. My many, many questions were all explained and answered before going ahead so I understood all the technology, benefits and fitting. It was hugely reassuring that Iain was so knowledgable about how it all works and gave me confidence the job would be (and very much was) carried out to high standards. All the tradespeople (roofers, scaffolders, electricians) were lovely, pleasant professionals who did a great job. Would highly recommend anybody wanting solar to get in touch with Iain.

We had some new light fittings fitted and an external plug socket installed and Tom and his team fitted them exactly how we wanted. Wouldn’t use any other company for electrical works now. If we need anything else doing we will be in touch. Thank you so much.

Used after being recommended by a family member. Made So easy to contact and get quote from, on time, tidy, affordable and price didn’t change and appreciate the follow up text to make sure I was happy! Will be using again in future - thank you again :)

After having months of problems with my old alarm going off all hours of the day & night, and even when not set, I called in another company ( which I won't disclose ) to fault find, who were appallingly poor and of no use what so ever. I called CareTech and found them, very professional Father & Son team, courteous & knowledgeable. They installed a whole new alarm system in my house, cleaned up after themselves, took the time to explain how to set each zone ( several times ). Couldn't do enough, I'd have no problem in highly recommending these for alarms or electrical installation.

I’ve used Caretech on multiple occasions, both to install and maintain my alarm and also to do small electrical jobs. They have always been absolutely reliable, fairly priced and done a brilliant job. All the staff members I’ve encountered have been unfailingly polite and pleasant, and they always tidy up after they complete their task which is a good indication of how professional this firm is. I often recommend them to family and friends.

after just buying a house it was in desperate need of a full rewire. we had Ian and Leigh along with the apprentice Aiden. fantastic work and amazing attitudes. helped us in every way possible we were never left without at least some power. I highly recommend this company and the lads if you need anything done. they even hoover as the go so that you don't have to and believe me not every company care like that. can't thank you guys enough.

Caretech are my go-to firm for electrical work. Very reliable and professional service, would definitely recommend and have recommended to others for future works.

I’ve used this company a number of times for security lights and burglar alarm always found them to go above and beyond to help you and give you honest advice. My burglar alarm had its engendering code changed by its original installers to stop any one accessing it then stopped trading hence locking any one out from changing anything on alarm caretech sorted it out. latest problem I’ve had was the upstairs electrics kept tripping with nothing plugged in. Tom through a process of elimination traced it to a faulty trip switch even though all the tests he carried out were saying everything is healthy. With the main box being about 33 years old and there was redundant wiring like old water heater, old immersion heaters I got them to install an up to date one took about 3 to 4 hours. Highly recommend these guys who are happy to answer any of your questions you might come up with.

A very professional, friendly and courteous experience from start to finish. Punctual attendance, arrived when they said they would, and excellent communication from booking the initial quote through to having the alarm installed. Everything was explained clearly, and they listened when questions were asked. Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The work was carried out promptly in a professional and friendly manner by Ian who thoroughly explained the changes before handover. I would have no future hesitation in using and recommending Caretech Systems.

Fantastic professional company who installed full electrics in my man cave, did a cracking job and at quote stage felt no pressure to go with them, no sales patter or pressure and that made a difference for me and glad I did because they were lovely lads.

Caretech quoted for work in our Kitchen prior to a new kitchen being fitted. They were prompt, professional and gave detailed documentation. Paperwork arrives electronically before the electrician has even left the premises. They gave sound advice and always turned up when they said they would. First class service at a good price. Electricians you can trust what more can you ask?

Had a full alarm system and CCTV fitted. We used caretech after an attempted break in. They came at very short notice and were very knowledgeable and professional. Absolutely 100% professional company. We had a full rewire , being private tenants and having 3 house cats we couldn't move out.
