Sparkes Electrical Solutions Ltd

Very happy with the service. I hired Stephen for EICR and PAT. He is very positive and easy to talk to, came on time and did the job properly without skipping anything and spent a few hours doing it. My system is quite old and I was afraid that he would suggest some expensive unnecessary extras. But no, my system passed and final payment was exactly as discussed initially. It took a few days for the report to arrive, but it is acceptable and he didn't ignore me when I asked how things are going with it. Definitely would recommend and would use his services again. Thank you!

Great communication, accommodated last minute changes to the job and at a really reasonable price. Great guys too. Would reccomend and will be using again for any future jobs.

Steve's an excellent, very reliable electrician, had EV charger installed, very good price for work done as needed separate consumer unit. Steve turned up date and time as arranged for doing the quote and the work. Steve didn't leave until he new the EV charger was working fully and app setup for us. Electrical certificate received quickly. Very pleased with the work done by Steve, highly recommend Sparks Electrical Solutions Ltd.

Really impressed with Steve's services. Other electricians were messing me around, not returning after the first visit and then ignoring my calls and messages. I had one phone call with Steve, 2 days later he was at the property sorted out all remedial work and issued the EICR. He charged a fair price, and got it all sorted. Very pleased, would highly recommend.

Excellent start to finish. Quoted by text to replace oven and landlord safety checks - next-day the work was done! Happy tenants. Very glad to have found Sparkes.

Steve did a great job. He and Tyler spent a week doing extensive work around our house and we have no complaints about any of the work. Steve has a super manner and is easy to work with.

My Mums brand new oven had been fitted years ago in Coventry but as she had meals on wheels service she never used it and when we recently tried to use it, it didn’t appear to be working. So I contacted Steve through a recommendation as I live in another town and he kindly came out to my Mum’s to get it checked. Steve was very helpful and kind in dealing with my vulnerable mum and sister with learning disabilities in showing them how to use the settings and kept me updated. I would highly recommend Steve for his great professionalism and integrity. Thank you so much Steve for your kindness it’s very much appreciated. Mrs. Hathi
