A thorough and professional job done at the church and hall premises, arranged at relatively short notice. Thanks Craig for scheduling and communicating, and Tracey for the testing.

Unbelievably kind, at short notice, Craig came to us to pat test some appliances that I brought back from Spain for an old lady who is returning to UK from spain.he changes the plugs, so when I return next week with the old lady, the care home will except her pat tested TV, well beyond the call of duty, and angel

Excellent service, excellent customer service too. Will definitely be using them from now on. Thank you!

Hate to be lone voice of dissent among the 5-star reviews here, but after 13 days of sending the details of a property I was buying, no effort was made to arrange for the testing. All I got were 2 emails one week apart saying it would be arranged. This delayed the purchase by 2 weeks. Edit: Contrary to the response here, I have email proof to show that they agreed to contact the estate agents to fix a time. They were not contacted. I was also told it would be done in 2 weeks, and was not told about a 3-4 week wait time. I have no desire to 'blackmail' anyone. Why on earth would I do that when there are numerous other businesses in the area that do this? The owner sent me intimidating emails after I wrote this review. I have ALL the concrete proof. Not just empty claims.
