A great service, from initial enquire to install and follow up communication. Would highly recommend!

Arrived on time did job quickly and without fuss, reliable friendly decent prices.

All work carried out by Steve was first class. No problems at all

Excellent customer service. Timely and competitive prices. We were very pleased with the service provided.

DDR Electrical installed an EV charger at my home. A site visit was carried out and quotation received promptly. DDR arrived on time and I was impressed with the thoroughness and attention to detail during the installation process. When the work was completed the site was cleared and left tidy. A short tutorial enabled me to use the charger.

Had solar panels and batteries, plus car charger installed. Steve and the team did an excellent job with the installation and the solar is working well and already saving money. It was a bit of a complex installation due to age of the house but everything installed and all wires out of sight! Highly recommend them.

Excellent service from Steve and his crew. All of them quietly got on with their work, consulting with me for preferences where applicable. They left me with 12 solar panels on the roof and 6KWh of battery storage and control panel in the garage. Beautifully neat and tidy work - they are to be highly recommended.

Recently had Solar Panels / batteries fitted at our property, Steve and the team did a great job from start to finish. At no time during the initial scoping phase did I feel pressured to purchase the panels, Steve was very honest and relaxed when he visited the property and explained the facts in simple terms. The system was fitted, with no issues and with reasonable ease for us living at the house during the fitting process. Steve was also happy to accommodate doing some additional small electrical jobs around the house and did this without hesitation (with enthusiasm actually) which was a nice touch. Tori was very diligent with the communication and again no additional pressure was applied when it came to payment. Overall, a very good experience from DDR and I would definitely use them again for other electrical jobs. I would highly recommended them to anyone else who is thinking of getting panels or wanting other electrical jobs completing.

Steve fixed my solar panels, no fuss, just got on with the job. Steve doesn't do problems🤭 because he says there aren't any. I am one happy customer. Thanks Steve.

Excellent service throughout regarding an electrical fault on my solar system.

Would highly recommend Steve, Tori & the team. Excellent service explaining the process, installing the solar panels and aftercare. Work completed within the timescale.

We needed a small job doing and had been turned down by other electricians as not worth their while. DDR were friendly and responsive and did the job practically the next day of asking. I can thoroughly recommend them. We shall certainly use them in future for all electrical jobs great and small.

Have used Steve and the team on several occassions including rewiring our home and shop, they are always first rate, friendly, efficient and do a great job.

My local provider. A simple job of replacing a socket was completed quickly & efficiently & lots of interesting and useful information advice was provided, including future options in case the issue reoccurred. Perfect!

Thanks Steve for another prompt efficient job done. You've been sorting out our electrical problems now for 18 years! All good.

The team installed our Solar PV and battery system… in the pouring rain, poor guys. They were clean, tidy and efficient. Our installation is working perfectly and already saving us money even with the current dreary weather. Would highly recommend

Definite 5 star from me. I’ve used DDR several times now over the last few years and they are a professional, helpful and reliable team. I can’t thank them enough for their outstanding workmanship. Everything is high quality and nothing is ever too much for them. Thank you all so much for your excellent work!

Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly expertise to mend split cabling and re-set clock. Many thanks.

Since February 2016, Steve Geater and His Merry Sparks have taken care of all our essential electrical work, ranging from Solar Energy Panels 2016, Solar Storage Battery Installation 2022, Updating of Lighting System and the Fuse Box when required. DDR have been a pleasure to work with. Good-humoured personal and courteous contact are very important. All work has been completed with the minimum of fuss and the optimum of tidiness/cleanliness. Just ONE SUPERSTAR for SATISFACTION is called for ! Thank you Steve. Donovan Leaman of Leyburn

DDR Electrical installed a new fuse board & a few other small jobs for me. I have to say that they arrived on time, made sure they kept my home clean & tidy putting dust sheets down. The guys that done the work were polite & courteous at all times & real nice guys to chat with. The price they quoted I was very happy with & I have already had another quote for more work I need doing so they will certainly be coming back. Thank you DDR Electrical

We have been happily consulting with Steve and Tori at DDR for several years on all things electrical, including our Solar Inverter and iBoost, our outdoor lighting for the garden, and our air recovery system. We have always enjoyed a very efficient, friendly, fair and professional, value-for-money service. all the while being kept informed in all aspects of the project. Thank you!!

DDR did an excellent job within budget. Really pleased with their friendly personal service. Highly recommend.

Excellent attention to detail, excellent job. Highly recommend.

Steve came and fitted the car charger at our holiday cottage in the Dales. The job was done quickly and professionally without any issues at all. We are now getting some additional work done like extra sockets fitted outside and now DDR electrical are our go-to company.

Steve is a very competent electrician. He replaced my towel rail with a more powerful one and spent time finding a secure place for it on a stud wall. As I was not local he sent photos as requested. Very happy.
