Elec Tek Installations Ltd is described by reviewers as a company that fits solar, battery and EV charger installations, and also handles general electrical work such as wiring for extensions and new homes. Several reviewers mention a pre-installation visit to discuss options and describe the work as clean and tidy. One reviewer said the final price matched the quote, and another felt the team went to the extra mile with advice on decisions. Individual comments praise the team's knowledge of home automation, renewable energy and complex electrical work, and one reviewer said a faulty RCBO was sorted without a quibble. There were no material criticisms in the supplied reviews.
I couldn't be happier with the work Lee and the team at Elec Tek Installations carried out on our home. I got four different quotes for our solar and battery system, but every other installer just wanted to sell a standard, cookie-cutter installation rather than tailor the solution to what we actually needed. Lee stood out immediately. He was the only installer who took the time to understand my requirements and incorporate complete integration with our existing home automation system to heat our hot water, along with installing a Zappi Glo for EV charging. His quote was very competitive, and the execution was flawless. Lee and his team were courteous, efficient, and impressively knowledgeable about every aspect of home automation and renewable energy integration. If you want a top-tier installer who listens, adapts to your needs, and brings exceptional technical expertise, I cannot recommend Elec Tek Installations highly enough!
I have been using Elec Tek for over 10 years and they always provide a great service with great comms. Most recently they installed Solar panels (and battery) which was very hassle free and is over performing my power generation expectations.
Lee from Elec Tek installed our solar panels. Both him and his colleague worked efficiently and had our system up and running in 2 days. Communication prior to installation was brilliant. Lee paid us a visit 2 months prior to installation to discuss our options. Very pleased overall and would recommend this company to anybody hoping to install Solar Panels.
Lee recently installed an EV charger for us and we were really happy with the service. From the initial booking for a quote through to installation and aftercare, his communication was excellent throughout. The work was carried out neatly, at a reasonable cost and everything was completed to a very high standard. Lee was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable Electrician.
Very good service from start to finish. Installed solar panels, battery and EV charger at a convenient time for us. Very professional clean and tidy completion of the work. No stress and very relaxed service. Would highly recommend.

Superb job done by these guys.Great attention to detail and a comprehensive review of job prior to starting and final price exactly as quoted. Keep a very clean workplace and everything tidy after job finished. Highly recommended.
Lee and his team are excellent. Straight-forward, reliable & good value, Lee has been my go to since meeting in 2020. Wiring for an extension, substantial solar installation, car charger, Lee has done it all without issue. Lee also resolves issues without a quibble, for example sorting out an RCBO that failed before its time. I am happy to recommend Lee to friends & neighbours.
Lee and the team were great and helped our builders wire our new home. They expertly installed our solar panels and battery which we love. They were fantastic to work alongside and were incredibly helpful with all the many decisions that we had to make. Would highly recommend them!

Electek were chosen by our contractor to provide the electrical work for a substantial extension, plus partial rewire of the existing house and external wiring to garage and lights. It included two new boards and some complex light switching, Ethernet etc. They were certainly an excellent choice! I have some technical knowledge and I was extremely impressed by the depth of knowledge and experience they showed and the neatness and quality of the work. Their particular experience is in renewables. I would have no hesitation in recommending and would certainly use them again. An outstanding team!
