ZA Electrical Ltd.

Excellent service. Quick response to call on earth bonding. Dune arrived 30 minutes later and completed work efficiently. Very reasonable cost. Nice friendly guy too. Would highly recommend.

Dune hooked up our garden office to the electrics and was fantastic! He was very quick at responding and did the job to a good standard. Would recommend.

ZA carried out 3 electrical inspection and condition reports ( EICRs) for us at short notice. Great guy to work with.

Always happy with whatever work Dune does for me. Professional, tidy, great guy. Highly recommend.

Great service and price. Would highly recommend Dune. We had some flickery lights around the house and Dune came and did a prompt quote-sourced the parts and fitted them all within 24 hours.

Dune came to our aid when changing a light fitting that was not as simple to change as expected. He was fast, very tidy, precise and great attention to detail, and ended up doing all the electrics in the room for us for a great price (changing lights and sockets). Really appreciated!

Dune was fantastic- came around quickly to quote at very fair price. Advice, punctuality, workmanship etc. all fantastic (floodlight installed, downlights replaced, television wall mounted with recess). Thrilled with the result and would recommend with absolute confidence. Would definitely use again.

Best electrical services you can have in Sussex. Whether it is spotlight installation, electrical services, or installing an electric appliance, like an electric oven, or a smoke detector, they are the ones to call. They helped us with so many things during the last 10 years! I highly recommend them!

Amazing work, they installed spotlights in every single room. Brilliant work and reasonable prices! Thank you Dune & team!

As someone who has very little knowledge I had an issue I thought was going to be major and as it was Sunday morning I thought was going to get charged an arm and a leg to rectify it. A 10 minute WhatsApp conversation later all was good thanks to Dune. Very quick, precise, knowledgeable and reachable. Much appreciated

I used ZA Electrical for an electrical emergency and they were great. Dune initially checked some things on the phone so I wouldn’t have to pay for a call out unnecessarily. When we realised it was more complicated he came round quickly and managed to sort it all out. Helpful communication and thorough work, I’ll definitely use again. Thanks!

I called ZA Electrical LTD and got an immediate answer. They were able to advise me on exactly what the procedure is for a EICR . They also came and did the EICR and were punctual and professional.

We called Dune out on a Sunday evening, he was with us within 20mins and had our electric back on within an hour. Fantastic service from Dune, I would recommend him to everyone.

Great service & reasonable priced. I got in touch at 9pm the night before and by 8am the next morning Dune had already got in touch & booked us in. Sorted issues by lunch time. 10/10 👍🏼

Dune has always provided first class service. Recommended.

Have used Dune and his services for a few years now and can’t sing his praises highly enough. Always on time and always lets me know where we are at with the projects he works on.

Dune removed some unneeded electrics from my garden (with not much notice!) and was very communicative, friendly, punctual and efficient. I'd definitely recommend his services - thanks so much again Dune!

Had an issue with my taxi meter and roof light that was sorted with great patience and knowledge. I was guided step by step through photos and even over the phone, and when I couldn’t manage, I was helped in person on a Sunday. Really impressed with the support and very thankful for the time and effort given. Thank you again for your help🙂.

We had a great experience with ZA Electrical. They came out to our restaurant immediately and first diagnosed the issue with our cold room and then identified and repaired a problem with our extractor fan. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated, and were very proactive in their communication. They also understood how critical this was for our business and responded quickly and affordably, which we really appreciated. Overall, excellent service — professional, reliable, and highly recommended.

I used ZA Electrical for my home safety testing. Dune and Alister were fantastic. From the first contact, Dune responded really quickly to my emails and the job was booked in for the following week. They were very thorough, left everything spotless, and were so easy to deal with, incredibly polite. Fantastic service and they deserve the 5 stars given. I would definitely recommend this company. Many thanks.

Called Dune regarding an issue with my main circuit breaker tripping from time to time he came the same day. He found a few issues with my consumer unit and rectified them. I had no power to my garage and he ascertained that the cable from the house to the garage was the issue - the wrong cable had been used by the builder and it had deteriorated causing the fault. Another electrician had looked at it in the past and installed new lighting and supposedly rectified the issue but they did not solve the issue regarding the house/garage cabling. So no point in the new lights as 2 weeks later the mains power was tripping again. Dune and Alastair dug up part of my path and grass to replace the cable. You would hardly know it’s been dug up. All my garage lights and sockets are working now. Dune is pleasant to deal with and is a very tidy worker. Will definitely use Dune again for any electrical issues. Excellent fault diagnosis and knowledge recommend.

Dune was great. Called late on a Wednesday night and was over within 15 mins. Managed to find the fault with our ground floor circuit breaker which hadn’t been connected properly when installed. Worked quickly and safely taking the time to explain to us what the problem was. Highly recommend and reasonable rate

Dune responded immediately to my call. He went out of his way to help, kept communications going, and did an excellent job of installing an exterior light fitting. He is reassuring, friendly and reliable. Recommended!

Very late in the evening my partner decided to put up a shelf in the kitchen, yes he went straight into a wire (above a socket) and blew the whole circuit causing two of the fuses to switch. For safety had to leave this off which meant the WiFi, fridge/ freezer also off! Whilst he was fiddling through building insurance details whilst ‘chilling’.. I found Dune’s number on the internet at 21:45PM and called after reading the good reviews. Dune answerd within seconds to my panicked voice asking if there was any chance he could come out at this late hour. Dune asked for my location and over WhatsApp confirmed he could be there within 5 minutes!I was amazed at the speed and sure enough when Dune took a piece of dry wall away the wire was completely damaged. It was then repaired and dust tidied away within the hour for an amazing and affordable price. Thank you Dune for a class service, we will definitely use your services again. I highly recommend this friendly and competent service! 5*

Called Dune Sunday evening, was a great support and stayed calm in the face of a fair few challenges. Arrived so quickly too. Great guy, sorted the problem, highly recommend.

Excellent service - thanks for your help!

Great work from ZA, very effective, helpfhul and thorough work, Thanks again Dune!

I’m beyond grateful to Dune for his exceptional service from start to finish. He responded very quickly when I contacted him after accidentally nicking a wire behind our kitchen wall. He arranged to come over that same day and solved the problem quickly and efficiently. He was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout, even taking the time to offer advice about how to properly fit my shelves in the future to avoid issues. It’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his customers, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him (in fact I’ve already recommended him to my family and friends) - thanks Dune! :)

We have used this company many times and we can't rate them highly enough. Quick response times, punctual, reasonably priced and courteous.

Great service provider by ZA Electrical, super fast and efficient and work completed with no issues Happily use them again!

Very grateful to June Kitchen circuit kept tripping and after determining it was not being caused by an appliance, I texted June who was round within 20 minutes on friday evening. He investigated and thankfully found a badly done joint that was hidden in the plaster of the wall (as photographed). Corrected it and put a blanking plate as it should have been done. In and out super quick and now we have power back in the kitchen. Thank you very much!

Exceptional service and work, polite friendly and very neat and clean. Would Highly recommend.

I highly recommend James! I’m really happy with the work he’s done. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and professional. Thanks again mate! :)

Super attentive, professional and thorough. Speedy replies to questions and giving updates throughout the process of sorting our issue. For any future works we will know where to go! Would definitely recommend!

Friendly knowledgeable electrician who is fast reliable and competitive on price. He replaced my consumer unit in under a day including upgrading a couple of circuits. Absolutely brilliant

Called Dune today (Sunday) and he offered to do a video call and was able to identify the issue quickly and efficiently! Electrics were back up and running! This saved him a visit and us the call out charge and didn’t want any payment! Definitely recommend ZA Electricals.

We lost power in the recent storms and ZA Electrical was so helpful! Dune did a video call with us straight away and was able to sort our electrical issues very quickly. He was very communicative and knowledgeable. Will certainly continue to work with ZA Electrical in the future.

Dune was an absolute star! He offered advice over the phone and then once we realised it was a bigger issue he was straight over and fixed the problem we were having with one of the sockets tripping. So friendly and kind and we will be using him for any future work we need doing and recommending his to our neighbours! Highly recommend!

From the outset Dune was 100% engaged providing advice over WhatsApp in the first instance and then coming out late in the evening to swap out a defective shower pull cord (melted switch!) and install an outside light. He worked effectively, tidily and considerately during his time in my house, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Early call-out on a Sunday morning due to a tripped RCD, Dune arrived within less than 30 minutes and was able to resolve the issue and get us back up and running within a couple of hours. Very friendly and price very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you!

Dune was recommended to us for a full rewire for complete house renovation + CCTV. Very happy with the service we received and the team are a really nice bunch of guys. Will definitely use again for future projects.

Dune done an excellent job at a very short notice, very professional. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Dune and Jochen enough, we had an extractor fan fitted in our bathroom, Dune came out for us in the evening and gave us a quote by the next morning, Jochen carried out the work, he was super neat and tidy, and talked us through everything he’d done. Genuinely couldn’t recommend enough! We’ll be using them again in the near future!

Ethical, responsive and efficient. Dune was great and I will only use him for all electrical issues from now on. Thank you Dune!

Really swift response, got the job sorted and provided recommendations. We reached out to ZA Electrical for some work (set up Chandeliers etc) back in 2020 and again last week. Very reliable and can tell ZA Electrical care about their customers Michael

Exceptional service. Needed a late night electrician to assist with a broken alarm - ZA responded immediately and were able to guide us through the various ancient circuit boxes step by step by WhatsApp and did not need to attend despite the complexity. What an outcome. Thank you!

Thank you so much! Our RCD tripped at 7:30am and after turning off all our appliances and trying to isolate the issue to no avail, I looked to Google for an emergency electrician. Dune came out within the hour and quickly found and isolated the issue (with the help of some amazing intuition and clear technical skill) and restored our power. Brilliant, friendly, highly knowledgable, and efficient!

Thankyou to you guys and your team, I would recommend you as an excellent, professional, experienced & empathetic company that would be willing to help wherever possible, you were prompt & extremely gracious in what we thought was a situation that could have been much worse! Thankyou x

Really friendly and effective electrician. Highly recommended

A First Class Service. - My father is in his late 80s and found himself without without electricity and the fuse box tripping around 7:30PM. I was away and unable to get to assist and so I contacted ZA Electrical. They were available at short notice that evening (or the following day if preferred). When ZA arrived the house was checked, the fault Identified and I had a happy father who thought I was a genius. - Everyone was a winner :-)

I don’t usually write reviews but this was a great service, super fast (arrived within 15mins of call), friendly, efficient, thorough, reasonably priced and solved complex problem systematically. Came out on a Sunday and had our ground floor power back up and running in no time. I have no hesitation at all recommending this 5 star service.

I am glad I was sent this awesome electrician when I requested, a joy to work with, fun, simple conversation, helpful and his open mindedness with work is unparalleled. Thanks Dune. No doubt you will make more people happy with your professional ethics and service

Dune responded instantly to an issue with the consumer unit I had on Boxing Day! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, providing a temporary fix until Dean arrived the next day to permanently resolve the problem. Both Dune and Dean were professional, efficient, and friendly, and I'm extremely satisfied with the service. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and trustworthy electrician.

The service was very quick, exactly what we needed. Very professional and really friendly Would recommend!!

Very fast response and great service!

Dune responded to our call at very short notice to remove & install our new outside light & bell. He was extremely polite & helpful nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend him without hesitation.

Contact Dune as the previous electrical contractor had done a very poor job and the system was tripping out. Dune took a look and immediately told us what the problem was, what was required to fix it, how much it would cost, how long it would take and when he could do it. He turned up when he said he would, did the work and left the site all clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for anything else!

I’ve seen Dune (owner of the company) go from strength to strength. He’s always got electrical jobs on the go, keeping all his paperwork up to date and many of his jobs are through word of mouth. He built his own workshop by hand and has done all the electrical work throughout his home too - very versatile - can fix cars too, family knows him as sparky ✨ incredible work.

Dune replaced a couple of light fittings for us. Turned up on time, gave advice and is a sound guy.

Gary Worgan at ZA Electrical is the consummate professional with a formidable grasp of all things electric.  We had a challenging job requiring the installation of a new single phase in less-than-ideal terrain and Gary was consistently inventive and resourceful in overcoming a series of challenges while always remaining good humoured and can-do in attitude.  As well as being consistently friendly and punctual, Gary is also an excellent communicator something which makes a huge difference to the smooth-running of a project. I could not recommend Gary highly enough.

We were recommended ZA Electrical to help do a fixed wire inspection, Dune turned up within a few days to give us a quote which was reasonable, the work was completed in a timely manner. We have then gone on to use ZA Electrical for a number of jobs due to their professionalism, quick response and friendly attitude to everyone. The team have now started to use them if they need any work doing in their homes and we recommend them to other businesses.

Needed an emergency callout to fix a burnt plug and socket. Really responsive (was here in half an hour) and fixed the problem quickly. Great service and would highly recommend

Fantastic service - another electrician had left a number of faults in our system and we had experienced repeated problems culminating in a total loss of all power to our house on a Sunday evening when we were abroad and our daughter home alone - Dune was on site within the hour and got power back up - he has subsequently been able to locate and fix embedded issues and we have had no problems since ! Thank your Dune and would HIGHLY recommend you to others

Extremely prompt and efficient same day service. Issue was resolved and helpful advice provided. Would not hesitate to use again. Thank you Dune

I needed a light fixed in my bathroom. ZA Electrical were able to arrange for an electrician to fix it very quickly and at a good price.

Dune came out 6pm at night. He was a godsend as I had been let down by another electrician and had no power. He was very thorough and persisted until he found the origin of the fault; a newly fitted boiler. He provided me with video evidence of the problem and spoke to the firm who installed the boiler the next day. He was really great, very helpful. Would not hesitate to use again and highly recommend.

Our house alarm went off 4.30 in the morning. Dune visited promptly to address our problem to the relief of our neighbourhood

ZA Electrical is all ready existing reviews convinced me to have them carry out the works as they are top of Google search for a reason guys! And affordable! Top man thx again Dune defo my new electrician from now on 👌 Many Thanks Gavin Williams

Dune is really nice genuine guy. I contacted him this morning before 9am in a bit of a flap, with issues with my fuse box tripping. He called me back within 20 minutes, and explained my issue was likely due to washing machine. And advised me to try a few tests to diagnose the problem. I am still in the process of following his advice, and monitoring the issue, but without ever even meeting Dune, it's easily 5 stars. He could have easily turned up, charged me by the hour, and left, and I'd have still felt I'd got a good service, and I'm sure lots of other trades would have jumped at the chance of an easy pay day. If my issue isn't solved with a bit of playing around, then I will give him a call back to come take a look, and he's won a customer for as long as I'm living in the area. What more could you want than honest professional advice, and the peace of mind you aren't being charged for anything that isn't necessary.

Dune was quick to send an expert round to sort a plug socket that had blown. Thanks for your help. Highly recommended.

Thanks again to Dune who added extra sockets and tidied up some previous electrical work at our cafe. Excellent service and a great chap. Highly recommended.

Absolutely brilliant service from Dune at ZA. It was an after hours call out but he arrived within 20 minutes and was extremely thorough after we had blown a main fuse in our fuse box. He tested everything to try and diagnose the problem and got us back up and running really quickly. Checked all the appliances as well which was really going above and beyond. Top bloke! Would 100% recommend!

Really good service, Dune was very fast to get out to us after our power went out and got stuck straight in to get it fixed. Very impressed!

Fantastically speedy and professional emergency call out! Proper life saver, would recommend!! 👍🏻🌟😃

Dune came out within 20 mins of calling on a Sunday! Really nice guy. Very quick and thorough. All sorted! Will definitely use again!

The guys from ZA Electrical (Dune & Sebastian) really did sterling work to inspect and update the dubious wiring to our fuse board. Initially ZA came out for a fuse tripping problem, which Homeserve's incompetant electrician declared a "fuse board overload" and promply ran away, leaving us without any working power sockets. Dune was called in and methodically tested, found and isolated the issue (the boiler control), so we could restore power to the house. We decided to fully replace the fuse board - and we now have safe and properly organised certified wiring (which took some considerable application on their part due to the odd configuration). Dune & Sebastian were friendly, patient, thorough and cleaned up properly. They accomodated the madness of our busy 6 person/3 generation household with its constant comings & goings. Bottom line: these guys are true professionals who won't let you down.

Dune picked up the rewiring and other work from my kitchen. The work was done at very short notice, I rang him on Monday and the work was completed tonight, (Wednesday). I would thoroughly recommend him, very professional and helpful

Amazing service - coming to us in minutes as an emergency electrician on a Friday night and saving our weekend! If you are in Burgess Hill and need an electrician, don’t hesitate.

I’ve used Dune and ZA Electrical on two different houses, if I need any electrical work I will use them again. Reliable, friendly, professional, and always happy to explain, Can’t fault them,

Cannot fault Dune and his team. They were thoroughly professional and solved our electrical problem really quickly. Would defintely recommend.

We had an issue where we didn't know what was causing our fuse to blow(Essentially whether we had to replace the wiring or the oven). We called Dune and within 90 mins of the call he had come round and sorted everything out. Very professional, very reasonable and polite service. Would thoroughly recommend him to anyone. He also gave us tips on what we need to do with the power/source for our new oven.

Fabulous fast, empathetic service. Will use again.

Dune dealt with our many electrical requirements quickly and very efficiently - we have no hesitation in recommending him and his team.

I contacted Dune 10th October about checking our electrics, as we had not long moved into our house. We had some concerns about the wiring which we wanted checked. He sent along Gary and Phill. They came when they said they would, which was just one week after my call. They made sure that a couple things were sorted out there and then that day that they felt needed to be done. I look forward to seeing them again, when I have the full report. Thank you to the team. From Peggy

Amazing service, we were in a pickle with no power and you came out straight away - hands down the best service out there

Dune arrived when he said he would and did an excellent job of installing an electrical bathroom mirror quietly and without fuss. He left everything tidy and his price was very reasonable. I heartily recommend him for any electrical work around the house.

First rate, thank you so much!

Dune and the team done an amazing job chasing out existing and adding new sockets. They were professional, on time, reliable and trustworthy and I would definitely recommend. I'll definitely use them next time we need further work done.

Dune responded immediately to my call about a problem with my emersion heater. He was amazing. Hard work and well done! Very impressed indeed.

This is the 2nd time we have used ZA Electrical and it won't be the last. Dune is prompt, polite and thorough. He does an extensive diagnostic before making any recommendations so that you have complete confidence in his work. Would have no hesitation recommending to others.

The service provided was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Upon contacting Dune, my wife and I felt completely assured the work to be done was going to be of the highest standard and we were not disappointed. It was very clear from the beginning we were in safe hands that we could trust. Moving into a new home can be daunting especially when it is an older one. After Dune inspected, everything was organised and taken care of to update it accordingly. Every floor, switch, light, circuit, connection, control, has been looked into and revamped. Every step of the process was communicated clearly with both the design and cost of any changes made easily understandable. Even elements which we had not considered were given great care and attention. This for us is the sign of a great service and honest professional, and has made moving feel that much more pleasant. We will be recommending to friends and family and hopefully get to work with Dune again in the future. :) 5 Stars!

Can't praise Dune and the team highly enough. We had to phone him on a Sunday morning when all the power blew. He was at our house in 20 minutes and identified the issue, isolated some faulty wiring and saved our Sunday by restoring the power. The team then returned the next day to complete a full fix of the problem. Excellent service - these guys really know their stuff. Would give them ten stars if I could!

Dune wasn't the first person I approached but he was able to respond quickly to my request for light fittings and electrical sockets. Im so glad he did. He was really friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The work was done quicker than I expected and to a really high standard. I would definitely recommend him and will use him again.

I used Dune recently to install a new light fixture in my garage and and outdoor power-point. Dune was responsive, and able to come round at short notice, he did an excellent job at a good price. He was personable, and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I would definitely recommend to anyone and I won't hesitate to use him again in the future.

Fitted power to our garden Gym, excellent work!

I called Dune this morning to ask him to do a small job for me. He came this afternoon and the small job turned out to be actually quite a big one as a different electrician maid mistakes. Nothing was to much trouble for him and he spent so much time trying to get it right and his patience paid off, he got the job done and finished. I'm so happy with what he did was fantastic. Highly recommend ZA Electrical.

Great service, super fast response, high quality work. I would highly recommend ZA Electrical for any home electrical work you need.

Dune installed a Nest Floodlight and a new electrical shower at my house. Installation was done very quickly and to a very high standard. He was available at short notice and came prepared with all the needed tools. He's a very friendly guy and knows what he's doing. I've used Dune multiple times and he's always done an incredible job. I'd happily recommend him to anyone.

Brilliant service from Dune. He diagnosed the problem from a couple of photos via WhatsApp come round the following day to just confirm it then went to get the parts, returned and fitted it, tested it. Everything OK now. He was polite, knowledgeable and tidy and I would highly recommend ZA Electrical.

Za is very proffessional and tidy when working , very helpful with all aspects of our 1st and 2nd fix electrics in our new kitchen , also installed various outside lights and our latest job was a car charger socket .

Arrived on time, excellent work and all very easy

Very efficient and tidy.Dune was pleasant to talk to and understanding. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent work with a helpful attitude and great efficiency.

I cannot recommend Dune highly enough. I called Dune as we had a power outage in December in the evening and lights and heating were off. He found the problem by talking me through the fusebox on the phone and despite the fusebox not being marked up, he identified the source of the problem which was our boiler. He came round the next day and measured the power output of the boiler and said it needed a new part. We called in a registered oil approved plumber who said he was wrong and it was a pump. He replaced the pump. That evening the heating broke down again. The plumber came and changed the unit Dune had identified and it has all been fine since then. I was so relieved as I had family coming to stay over for an early Xmas party and had spent weeks preparing for it. Dune is very personable, helpful and knowledgable. Recently he came out to help my elderly neighbour who had a similar problem to mine and was freezing and struggling to find a plumber and quite distressed. Dune went round immediately (I think it was a weekend) and fixed her heating and helped with her computer as well! We both rate him as excellent, and feel lucky to have found him.

Fantastic customer service, really quick response to call out. Have used Dune twice over the last month and would 100% recommend and use again!

We needed an electrician urgently after being let down by a “reputable electrician” found on checkatrade. I was recommended Dune by a fellow electrician as they didn’t have availability. Dune was fantastic! The job was done from initial call to completion within 4 hrs! Highly recommended!

Dune was extremely professional and friendly and even though I called him with very short notice, he made the effort to come to our house and fix the problem there and then. Would highly recommend his services and am very happy that I can now call on him for all future electrical issues.

Dune and Sebastian at ZA have restored my faith in local tradesmen. What a gem of a company! Lightning fast response to my request and work was completed to a very high standard (and for a very reasonable price) within 48 hours of my contacting them! They are knowledgeable and professional and I will certainly be using them again.

On arrival they provided a friendly service and offered good value for money, I am really pleased with the work carried out and the equipment installed. When the job was completed everything was tidied up afterwards. I would happily recommend ZA Electrical and will use them again for any work I need doing.

Can’t thank Dune enough he is super super friendly and very professional and tidy. Rare to find these days!!!!!

Response time from my phone call to arrival was exceptional. Very good price and solved the issue very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Having just recently moved to the area, I initially contacted ZA Electrical last week to do a small job (wiring in an oven in my new kitchen). However, when Dune arrived to do the job we were facing a much more serious situation - our cellar had flooded and the lights were out in three downstairs rooms. Dune was not fazed at all and was immediately focused on what the best solution was. He managed to re-wire and connect the cellar pump (while standing up to his knees in water!) so it could clear the flood and he also managed to fix the lights, as well as re-wire in the oven. He ended up working late on Friday night with no complaints and I thought the bill was very reasonable. I was extremely impressed by his positive attitude and problem-solving ability and definitely plan to use him again.

I used ZA Electrical for a Power Socket issue. Very responsive, friendly and professional service. Identified and fixed the issue properly. I would recommend ZA. Arun

Dune replace an old fuse board in my flat and upgraded some old lights and then issued me an EICR Certificate. Fast service. Very happy

Dune is very passionate about his work, conscientious, professional and has good attitude. I can highly recommend him.

Genuine guy , very friendly. Arrived on time consulted again to check requirements and informed me of what he was going to do checking along the way I was satisfied with the work. Very good job, tidy and competitive price which was the same as the quote. Very pleased with the service provided and already asked for a quote for the bathroom fan and light fitting. Thank you !

Excellent, emergency call out, prompt attendance and a quick fix.

Excellent work by Dune and co. First rate from start to finish. Highly recommended. Installed a new breaker for my electric shower which kept tripping the old breaker. Thorough and efficient troubleshooting of the problem and once the issue was found he homed in on it and resolved it very quickly. Thanks!

Really responsive service to come out on a Sunday evening and deal with an electrical problem. Friendly and quick with problem solved.

Dune and Sebastian were super-efficient. Set to work diagnosing the problem, recommended exactly the right solution. Came back on a w/e to fit us in to their busy schedule and left the area spotless afterwards. Great customer service - highly recommend them.

We had just moved into a new property and the cooker triggered a fault which knocked out the whole house circuit. Dune responded really quickly, identified and resolved the issue, helping us find the isolation switch that had (unhelpfully) been concealed behind some of the units. Fantastic service.

I called Dune on Tuesday evening. He showed up to diagnose the problem at 8am on Wednesday morning. He sourced the item that day and installed it perfectly on Wednesday evening. Super responsive and helpful. [Unlike the other local electrician who I had been trying to reach for two weeks and then returned my call two days after the fan had been installed] I will definitely recommend Dune and will use again.

Excellent service, friendly and on time. As always very professional and tidy.

Dune provided an excellent service and value for money. He is very friendly, professional and helpful. We highly recommend his work and will use Dune again in the future.

ZA Electrical were professional and efficient. I enquired about a quote yesterday for the removal of a bathroom light fixture and they came to do the job on the same day. We are very happy with the service we received and would definitely recommend them.

I tried to replace our hallway lighting fixture and it all went wrong. I found ZA Electrical Ltd through a google search and read the good reviewS. I made contact and Dune was very responsive. Thank you so much Dune & Tim. ZA Electrical will be my go to for any electrical requirements

Friendly and knowledgeable engineer came to change a light fitting. He made sure all wiring was to specification and safe. High quality service, recommended!

Dune arrived within 20 minutes of my call to say we had no electricity to any sockets in the house. Dune carried out a lot of testing, checking and searching for the issue, which took some time, but that was down to the way the house is wired up. Eventually isolated the problem to one socket, although Dune had taken the time to fix a few other sockets in the process! He even managed to split the circuit so we could have the TV back on while he worked elsewhere in the house and watch England beat Germany 2-0. :) Next issue was a faulty RCD, which Dune has done a temporary fix on until we get the garage converted. Needless to say we'll be calling on Dune when this happens. Extremely pleasant to deal with. Very highly recommended. A+++

Had an emergency and the service was amazing!!! Saved the day!! Thanks so much!

Very Quick response and a friendly efficient service

Really impressed with the punctuality and service. In the same day of sending a whatsapp message a visit was organised and within 1 hour all four of my flickering and faulty light fittings were repaired.

Came out remarkably quickly and fixed the problem, very friendly and reasonable price.

Brilliant service. Fast and efficient

RCD continually tripping. Conducted in-depth fault finding. Identified issues with socket wiring, heating system and overall fuse board. Replaced fuse board, installed new main switch in outside studio, upgraded heating controller set up, installed new garage light. Excellent service. Kept me informed.

Fantastic service. Restored power to our compressor within 1hour of us contacting, keeping our business in operation. Great guy

All electrics tested at our home. Dune kindly explained all aspects of the process and returned with our condition report later the same day. Would use ZA again and will be recommending them!

We ran out of heating oil and switched on our immersion heater to discover it blew out the electrics. ZA got a new part and came within 2 hours and sorted it for us. Very pleasant and efficient guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Also they complied with Covid rules and regs.

Very fast service after contacting ZA Electrical. Really friendly and helpful as well as reasonably priced. We have used Dune several times and would highly recommend him.

Used ZA electrical to install lights in my new home. Both Dune and Tim were lovely. Really helpful, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them and I will be using ZA electrical again in the near future. Thank you both.

Had 2 new consumer units to replace an outdated set up, 8 LED downlights in the living room, 4 LED downlights in the office, nest doorbell and nest thermostat fitted. Very comprehensive testing after to ensure safety. Good comms throughout, quick and efficient quote meeting (same day), great work, clean, tidy, always on time, excellent outcome. Very happy, highly recommended. Will use again

Dune came and sorted out our problems very quickly, and was very thorough in making sure everything works okay. Also really friendly, and fairly cheap too! Highly recommended

Dune just came to our place after we've had our circuit breaker constantly trip. He arrived even earlier than expected which was a huge relief. Sorted our problem super quickly and I can definitely recommend him!

A1 electrician, neat, courteous and very reliable. Would recommend highly.

Fantastic service! We called Dune at 8pm this evening as we thought we may have drilled through a live wire. He was round within 15mins! Fantastic service, polite, friendly and knows his stuff! Gave a full run down of where wires will and won't be so we don't scare ourselves again! Would highly recommend and will be using again! Thank you very much for your great service!!

We accidentally drilled a hole through mains cable in wall. Dune came round really quickly, observed the Covid rules and repaired the cable in a short space of time. Was very proficient, tidy, reasonably priced and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend enough ZA Electrical enough. Excellent customer service, quality work and at a very reasonable price. I'd use them again for electrical services.

Very helpful and professional. Helped out with an electrical emergency quickly and efficiently, recommended.

Dune came and removed our ring system. He turned up on time. Totally observed Covid rules and was incredibly professional and very efficient. He was also very reasonable. Would recommend him highly

Excellent Service, Reliable. Will use them again Happy to recommenced ZA Electrical.

Dune provided a great service, came out within the hour of the call and acted in a professional way. Sorted out a few ceiling lights that were on the way out, helped source and fix some other niggling bits and bobs! Would definitely use AZ Electrical again for future works.

I was very shocked to find a SCORCH mark on a plug when my electric fire suddenly cut out and shorted my downstairs electrics out. I had the same problem in the garage caused by what I thought was an ancient tumble dryer. Dune from ZA Electricals came out immediately to sort this problem out. He explained to me that the tumble dryer and fridge in the garage were actually to many appliances for the plug and and changed the socket to a safer one. The electric fire was an ancient plug which Dune replaced. I could so easily have had a fire in both house and garage. Dune came out at once and did a professional job. Thankyou Dune, I really appreciate your expertise.

We had an electrical fault with our heating appliances, so needed a quick resolution given the drop in temperature. I messaged Dune early morning and he arrived mid-morning and managed to investigate, identify and resolve the issue in no time at all. Would definitely recommend.

Came out for emergency call out extremely quickly, performed a very thorough & comprehensive check of whole system in a highly professional manner. Was exceptionally helpful & friendly, completely satisfied with the whole experience. Can't recommend Dune enough, thank you

I cannot recommend this guy Dune enough. He has a wealth of knowledge and passion for his job. Professional yet super friendly and relatable. He was in and out within a half hour if not less. Does not mess about and is very efficient. I was in such a predicament and he was quick to respond and punctual. Definitely lives up to the reviews. I know who I will be calling in future and it’s definitely not ghost busters. Absolutely amazing

Very quick to respond, and excellent work. Would highly recommend.

Super friendly guy that came over at short notice, very efficient and professional at his job. Great stuff will call again!

This is the first time I had used ZA Electronics and found them most satisfactory. I had two wall switches replaced and would recommend this company.

I am a property developer and have used ZA (Dune) for many years and would not go anywhere else now. Very reasonable on his prices, always on time and very polite. See you on the next one ..

Brilliant service efficient, professional and affordable

I called ZA Electrical in an emergency situation a few days ago. One evening lights started to flash and soon the power was gone. Dune was on site in less than 30 minutes and solved the problem in an hour. It turned out the cause was a loose neutral line in the fuse box but he also cheched wiring in the kitchen to make sure everything was fine there. I am happy Dune came over to fix that and I would definitely use his services again.

Absolutely delighted to have found this company. Professional, reliable and honest. Highly recommend

Called Dune when all the electrics went off in the house. Arrived within half and hour and was incredibly thorough. Nice guy and very reasonable.

Definitely recommended. Very helpful and very professional.

Very happy with the service. The team were friendly and professional. Would certainly use ZA Electrical again.

Excellent prompt service sorted wiring faults in short time. Reasonable price can recommend this company and will use them again. Thank you Dune.

Required fitting of doorbell complete with new mains connection. Completely satisfied with the workmanship and attention to detail.

My power failed and the fuse would not reset. I called ZA who responded immediately isolated to the fault to my dishwasher and took the opportunity to address other wiring issues ensuring electrical safety. An excellent service.

Polite, tidy, professional, identified and rectified a potentially tricky problem which took out all power in the downstairs part of the house. Fitted me in although they were extremely busy. Would highly recommend.

I have never had anything but positive dealings with Dune. Very friendly and knowledgeable service, never too much trouble to help. Highly recommend.

I used ZA electrical recently to upgrade my lighting throughout to LED fittings, various new sockets and cooker supplies to my new extension and to upgrade my old fuseboard to a new one to comply with regulations. As well as this they did a thorough inspection and test on our existing wiring. From initial contact to final completion the communication was excellent, prompt and extremely courteous. Dune, the owner, guided me through the process smoothly and has a deep knowledge of his craft. His team of electricians were always punctual, polite and kept a tidy job. I cannot recommend ZA electrical enough. First rate job!

Having recently downsized we have employed ZA Electrial to carry out extensive works to the existing building and a new rear extension which have been carried out in their normal professional way. We were particularly impressed with Dune who has great vision at the planning stage of the works and his support through out the project.

When phoned Dune fitted new external lights within a couple of days of being phoned. A few days later, following a power failure, he had to find an esoteric fault with the lounge ring circuit and restored power very quickly. He also replaced one of the external lights under warranty that he had fitted a few days before. At all times he was friendly and professional and knew his job.

A very prompt, friendly and professional service.

So, l had my dual fuel cooker delivered this morning, and it needed hard wiring. I asked my iPad to find an electrician near me and when Dune answered the only phone that wasn’t on a message service, we told him what was needed. I was REALLY impressed when, less that two hours later, the oven was up and running. He also recommended a gas fitter/plumber to sort the pipe we needed to finish the job. Brilliant service from a really nice guy, and as an added bonus, the price was fair and very affordable. Thank you Dune, now we can have our roast tomorrow. 🥳😁😃

Great service again Many thanks Geoff Heath

Very quick response to come and fault-find various electrical issues in a newly-occupied flat. Identified the faults in a couple of hours and came back virtually next day by email with a quote and offer to do the work the following week once parts ordered. All work done in a day, on time and no fuss, including fitting a replacement shower unit for me which was above-and-beyond. Very happy, especially with the important job of updating the original fuse-box (see photos)

Fantastic work, turned up on time, knew what he was taking about and made excellent recommendations, work was carried out to a very high standard and he cleaned up after himself. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and will definitely use again.

We're a a care home group who required a fixed wire test and remedial work to ensure compliance. Dune came out with his team during the Covid-19 pandemic and worked tirelessly to make the buildings safe. We were kept in the loop by Dune every step of the way and i would not hesitate to recommend the Company or their services.

Professional and personable. Would definitely use again!

Dune remains punctual, professional and very responsive. Excellent work completed in double quick time. Can I have more Trades like you please. Dune is an experienced and professional tradesman with strong communication skills. He is timely, well organised and provides appropriate recommendations never failing to deliver to a high standard. His sensible pricing is a bonus.

Great tradesman and a credit to the profession! Very knowledgable and conveys complicated points so us normal people can understand: Highly recommended

EICR - ZA Electrical Ltd offers excellent service. Dune was always on time and making sure that all work was done to our satisfaction. He was always going the extra mile and his professional suggestions/input were very much appreciated. It was a pleasure to have him on the building sight and his joyful personality was an extra bonus. He offers good value for money and if we ever do a similar project he will be our first choice.

Excellent work ethics. We had an emergency in our gallery and Dune evaluated the problem via WhatsApp video like a champ and rocked up within an hour to fix the problem. He ans his co worker were very polite and courteous, funny as hell and within a very short period of time we were back on track. Highly recommend his services, not a single negative point.

Great service, called with a problem on a bank holiday. Dune was on site in under 2 hours and sorted everything out in under half an hour. Highly recommended.

We've used this electrician several times, and he's always been very good, very reliable, and very professional. Recommended very highly.

Really happy with the work Dune did to fix and replace our spotlights with LEDs, it's transformed our bathrooms

Dune and partner explained what needed to be done then worked effeciently to complete the job. They cleaned up after themselves then showed me what they had done answering any questions patiently. Highly recommend.

Dune and Joe were very efficient, polite and hard working. They made recommendations on what was needed and completed all tasks required for the EICR. Will definitely be using them again for future works. Great value.

Dune carried out a electrical safety check on a rental property for me. He and his co-worker were extremely professional, they completed the work and provided a report by the next day. I have several other projects on the go and would not hesitate to employ ZA Electrical for any further work I need.

Thanks for coming out so promptly and locating the problem quickly. At short notice ZA Electrical Ltd came to look at an electrical fault that I had with my fuse board. They informed me what the issue was and corrected it, whilst thoroughly checking for any other issues. My main switch had a cable that was loose, a potential fire hazard - as this was before the main switch. I would definitely recommend ZA Electrical to sort any electrical faults out. Friendly, tidy, thorough and efficient. 5* 👍🏼

Couldn't fault these boys, will be using them again.

Absolutely fantastic service. I have used ZA Electrical twice and the response and speed to attend was amazing, problem was fixed and the cost was very reasonable. Will always use and would highly recommend.

I asked Dune to install a fused spur for some new garage doors and would recommend him highly. He was able to fit me in a day early and did a very neat job. The conduit is a work of art. Thoroughly nice, professional electrician and would use again without hesitation.

Super fast response and quick resolution. All round great service. Highly recommend.

We called ZA electrical out for an emergency and the response time was great. Can not recommend highly enough, they went above and beyond expectations and all at a great price. I know who i will be calling in the future

Dune was the first electrician to answer my call on Friday night and he was Really helpful over the phone and walking through the steps over phone and very clear instructions given to to check the sockets after I couldn't resolve the problem Dune gave me a time and arrived on time with the right equipment. Dune perfectly checked all the sockets and within 30mins he fixed problem and explained what was going on. And he is economically effective Really understanding and helpful. Would recommend to friends and family 100%

Very happy with ZA Electrical. Dune is professional, he explains what he’s doing and goes the extra mile. Would highly recommend for all your electrical needs.

Dune came to see us at short notice to install a heating control panel. He was friendly, efficient, tidy and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend and will use in future if required.

Dune is amazing - helpful, positive and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Our mains had tripped while we were away overnight, and despite unplugging everything, refused to stay on. Dune took our call, even though it was New Year’s Day, and advised us how to get some power back and most of the house working. He then came round the next morning and isolated the fault to a perished socket, which he then replaced. Could not have been happier with the result. Highly recommended.

Dune is always very responsive, friendly and knows exactly what he is doing. He put spot lights in all ceilings throughout my basement flat, changed all the ageing sockets and provided a new circuit board. He’s very precise and efficient and trustworthy. He is our go to electrician and I would recommend him to anyone needing a professional electrician.

Dune was thorough, tidy and went above and beyond to clean up after himself and have the walls back to as they were after having to cut a section of my ceiling to locate faulty and previously poor workmanship of a separate electrician. Would absolutely use him again

dune is the best electrian guy to fix eletric faults, just call him.👍👍

Dune is diligent but efficient and completed the job in good time.

Brilliant service & excellent price! Called at 5.30pm on a Sunday evening & Mike attended our property at 9am the next morning. Very professional & extremely courteous. Highly recommended!!

I can’t recommend Dune highly enough. He’s precise and efficient, gives excellent, pragmatic advice and just gets it done. Quickly. And at a great price!

On a late Sunday evening and while having to drive a long distance to get to the house, not only did Dune arrive as soon as possible to provide excellent service, he was enormously courteous, patient, professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Dune was incredibly tidy and extensively helpful in resolving the electrical problem and then going beyond to explain everything he was doing along the way and at the end even offering guidance on fire safety measures. It is very obvious that Dune is highly trained and has international experience in the electrical engineering sector while also being very kind, pleasant and patient. I highly recommend Dune for any electrical work! He is a superb professional and an asset to a sector that often lacks professionalism, knowledge, training and humanity. Dune combines all this and would be an excellent choice for any electrical job!

We have since used two more times and he has been punctual and done an excellent job at reasonable price. He also a nice bloke.

Dune was great, I called him with a bit of an emergency and he was with us within half an hour and did a perfect job. Very friendly and very reasonable price for out of hours. Thank you!

Replacement kitchen extractor installed to existing housing. Very helpful, reliable and professional. No hesitation to recommend their services.

I used Dune to install a 4.7kw solarPV system as well as subsequent electrical work. He has always been a pleasure to deal with, arriving when he says he will and providing an excellent service. He is always ready to provide suggestions for better ways of doing things and give options and costs involved upfront. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dune for any electrical work.

I required some certification work carried out on some building work that had previously been done. Dune is as professional as they come. His work is thorough and his attendance prompt (a quality not seen in all tradesmen!). After his work was complete, Dune wrote up the report concisely. I even had a phone call from him a couple of days after receiving the report, chasing ME to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Dune and 'ZA Electrical Ltd', based on my experience. Thank you.

Good professional job

Dune recently replaced our museum piece fuse box. The new installation was completed very tidily and the result is impressive. Dune is polite, friendly and provided good advice, and we would definitely recommend him. Thank you.

Dune did a fabulous job on our house for solar panel installation. More importantly, over a year later, he went above and beyond to source and provide replacement paperwork which went missing and dealt with the energy company directly on my behalf. I am extremely grateful for his professional approach which really did go beyond anyone’s expectations. Thank you Dune.

Dune and his partner arrived promptly at the time arranged and immediately began sorting the problem out in an efficient and professional manner. They were both pleasant and helpful and we were grateful that they arrived in the evening when most others would be finishing for the day.

Dune is professional, responsible, friendly and committed to doing a good and clean job. I would definitely contact him for another electrical work around the house.

Dune is a great guy who came out at short notice on a Sunday after i had an electrical blow out on a Saturday night. Dune responded to my enquiry and fixed the problem on the same day. Great work. Thank you. Tony Warren

Installed an electric vehicle charging point at my home. Old Victorian property which needed cabling from fusebox at rear of the house to the front. Cabling was done sympathetically and hardly notices. Approved by Rolec and government to do installations and claim the grant. A big advantage being that they can do the whole job not just connect the charger to an existing power source. An excellent job!

Amazing service. Fixed the original radiator issue and helped with 2 other problems whilst in my home. One of which was moving my phone socket which saved me over £200 quoted from BT. Thank you for all your help. Highly recommended

He came when my tenant requested and replaced two mains smoke alarms which got the end their life. Good work done.
