Adam and team refitted our bathroom. Which included having to totally rebuild the door frames and architraves. They also installed some additional electrical sockets in the lounge. All the work was completed to a high standard, Adam and team were professional and tidy and turned up when they said they would. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Came at short notice to update cooker wiring and fit new cooker - did an excellent job. 100% recommend. Since I wrote the above 6 yrs ago I've approached this firm twice. The first time they failed to show for a pre arranged plumbing job. When I contacted them they said other work had come in and didn't even apologize. Then I rang them recently for some urgent electrical work. They said they would get back to me that day but never did. In short, i'll not go near this company again. 0% recommend

Aadam and his boys made me a utility room by halving my garage and knocking through into my dining room, they also bricked up a window and put a sky light in a bedroom for us. Mr dad gas engineer we use em alot for our Gas safety checks and breakdowns Mo is good at what he does he is Gas safe and also a qualified electrician . If we call him out for a breakdown 90.% of the time it's fixed that day awesome guy so if your looking for a good gas engineer he's your man his son is an electrician also .

Mr Dads have done a few jobs for us in the last couple of years and always top notch quality work at a reasonable cost. Recently had very low pressure on my boiler and phoned Mr Dads - in two minutes I was talked thru the solution with out having to wait for a visit. It was done as a favour rather than charged - that is one fantastic selling point for the customer experience you receive from Mr Dads. Excellent.

We hired Mr Dads twice now, once to move a radiator around, this time to correct a number of issues raised by our last electrical inspection/EICR (incl. new circuit board installation). Mr Dads is a meticulous electrician/plumber - good attention to detail, easy manner, takes time to explain what needs doing and what will happen next, and his work is very tidy (our electric cabinet looks brand new, all cables tidy). You do have to pester him to get him to come around, but alas, that seems to be universal in the trades. We would definitely use Mr Dads services again.

Really really amazing, they've been so quick and reliable about fixing every problem I've ever had or caused in this house, and that's honestly such a comfort. My boiler stopped working today and I sent a message thinking probably tomorrow since it was already late-ish, but he still called and talked me through fixing it and so patiently (I'm so sorry I have no idea what I am doing) so it'll work until bits can get replaced.

Mr Dad's Property Maintenance were recommended to me by a colleague at work and I can say today that it is the best recommendation ever. Mr Dad's did a fairly big job for us for a few months. Aadam is very knowledgeable and ensures that jobs are completed thoroughly. There's a lot of due diligence in their work, very professional, hard working and helpful. They did so much more work for me that is not mentioned above; plastering, plumbing, joinery etc. Aadam was always updating us on the jobs and communicating with us when needed. 10/10 Excellent service. Travelled from Leeds and needed some industrial cable sorting out asap. Mr Dad was available within 20 minutes on a Sunday to do this. Very professional and quick.

Once again Mr Dads to the rescue. I have used Mr dads twice now. once to fault find and repair some electrical lighting issues and more importantly today after a burst hot water pipe. Mr Dads was very professional and polite, I had no electricity going through my kitchen which meant I had no heating hot water, no cooker, fridge freezer, microwave kettle or washer due to a new kitchen being fitted the previous year and a junction box being fitted but could not locate it. Mr Dads stayed and went through everything including underfloor boards to put me at ease and ensure everything was fixed and I had the essentials I needed. Thankyou mr Dad would definitely use again.

Mr Dad's service and work has been nothing short of brilliant... After trying over 10 local companies who all gave me different prices, advise and timescales for my new boiler installation I contacted Mr Dad's late on Sunday evening and they were more than happy to speak to me and assess my requirements. My requirements were challanging as I needed to convert from a combi to a system boiler in a different location with under the house piping work needed, to add to this I was going away and needed the work completed over the following weekend. Mr Dads came over the next day assessed, advised and reassured me they will fit me in and guarantee the work would be completed on time which was a huge relief and nothing was too much trouble. All meterials were delivered on time, communication was clear and the installation team worked 12+ hours on a Saturday and 14 hours on a Sunday to ensure they kept their promise before I went away. The installation team were meticulous in their work and went above and beyond the level of service I would expect at such a busy time for the trade. The company stuck to their word. Price reasonable and only asked for payment when I was happy with everything which is true testiment to their honesty and pride in their work. Thank you to the full Mr Dad's team.

The service I received from this company was first class, a very nice guy came round to my house, within a matter of hours, he fixed our Decorative gas fire in no time, gave us lots of advice about the fire. Called on a Saturday after many others in the area didn't answer, got through and the gentleman was very helpful and arranged for an electrician to come out on the next Tuesday. Electrician Marcus arrived within the quoted time period on the Tuesday and was very helpful, quick and efficient. Helped me understand what had happened and highlighted some other work which could be needed. Overall very pleased, good value for money and very friendly & efficient throughout.

Previously had a few issues with the shower, boiler and toilet which Mo has always been able to fix to a high standard. (As well as carrying out the yearly boiler checks.) He came round ASAP when we had no hot water running (within an hour or so,) fixed the issue and taught us how we can fix it ourselves if the problem arises again. He does a thorough job every time and replaces any parts necessary, (especially when previous workers haven’t done the job properly) and makes sure you’re happy that the problem is fixed before leaving. Always willing to help with any issues and is very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Called mr dads about broken boiler and they came and diagnosed the problem the same day, after discussion we decided to have it replaced rather than repaired and they fitted the new boiler the next morning

Aadam and his team were an absolute dream. We had our 2 bed Victorian terrace renovated at the height of the first lockdown in 2020 and what should have been an incredibly stressful time, was made (dare I say it) enjoyable. We initially called Aadam to quote for a re-wire but (in addition to the re-wire) he ended up fitting new radiators in every room, fitting a new kitchen (including appliances), fitting a new bathroom, opening some doorways and countless other “smaller” jobs in between (sorry Aadam!). I’m pretty sure my partner has some form of OCD but each and every job was completed to an incredible standard. We recommend the Mr Dad’s team to all of our family and friends and know that we’ll use them again in the future. If you want a job doing properly, we would highly recommend Mr Dad’s Property Maintenance. Aadam goes above and beyond and we are very grateful that we found him.

Called out to fit a new Hive device to Boiler. Aadam was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in fitting and helping me set up the Hive App. He didn't leave till i was comfortable using the new Hive device which was really helpful. Would highly recommend!

My heating and hot water suddenly stopped working. Mohammed was able to come round within hours to replace a faulty valve to get things back on track. Good value, friendly service.

I contacted Mr Dad's after being let down by a plumber at the last minute (before having plasterers booked in to re-plaster our bathroom). Not only did Adam book us in the very next day, but when a problem occurred he went out of his way to return and fix the issue after hours. I would not hesitate to to recommend Adam and Dean to anyone looking for an electrician or plumber in the North West. We are so grateful and I only regret not being able to make them a cup of tea!

Rang Mr Dads to see if an engineer could come out but due to the outbreak non were available as full house had shorted out. Amazing service over the phone gentlemen guided me through the process and got me up and running for now. Definitely recommend just from the service over the phone.

DO NOT USE THIS FIRM'S PLUMBING SERVICE!!! - Used last month to diagnose a faulty boiler, the guy who visited stated it needed a new valve and seal. Ordered parts and then fitted, at a cost of £130, however, boiler was actually worse, noisier and not responding to the digital thermostat at all, which it had been previously. Called him back, only to be told that it was now something else completely ( expansion vessel) at a further cost of £160. Decided to seek a second opinion from Adam's Plumbers and am glad I did as within a minute of arriving, I was told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the expansion vessel but that a new heat exchanger was required and that the 2 parts which had been replaced (sump cover and a seal) had done nothing to remedy the problem and was completely unnecessary work. The lovely guy from Adam's suggested I contact the manufacturer directly, as the cost would be much cheaper. I contacted Ideal Boilers, who visited and concurred with the diagnosis provided by Adam's Plumbers. I now have a working boiler but have the headache of reclaiming my money from Mr Dad's via legal channels, as despite requesting a reimbursement, I am still waiting! Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this firm if you have any boiler issues, use Adam's Plumbers instead would be my recommendation.

Mr Dad had installed a new consumer box in my property over a year ago. This morning my appliances tripped in the kitchen and he assisted me straight away via a telephone consultation. Through his advice was able to ascertain what was wrong. Professional service.

Called Mr Dad's to fix my boiler. He came the same day. He does not charge by the hour, but only a small fee to diagnose and fix the problem. The boiler needed a pump which he supplied at a very good price (we checked online and the price was slightly higher online). I am very very happy with the service and value for money.

I would definitely not recommend this company I was told he would be here to my property before 5 and he came at quarter past to then proceed with the problem which was the boiler. He took something out cleaned it put it back in and said it was fixed. Only gone from our home 10 min and original problem back again. No heating or hot water. And he knew it needed a part to fix the boiler but just left without telling us.

Aadam and his team carried out various works at our Head Office whilst we were undergoing a refurbishment, works included plumbing and electrical works. Great job upgrading electric supply to outhouse. Overall - Reliable, friendly and professional, no rush happy to advice and job completed quickly and to a great standard. Job: Electric supply to outhouse failed. Mr dads identified problems with cable supplying the electric, (which was not a easy job) and provided a temp fix and advice regarding up grades needed to make the electric supply safe/match regs. Upgrade booked in for later date, good prices quoted. Cable to be replaced and breaker box fitted to ensure supply through the cable to outhouse did not exceed safe levels. This involved running a new cable under my garden to the outhouse. By the time work was completed you could not tell my garden had been disturbed. Breaker box in outhouse also replaced and mounted on wall in a more suitable smarter manner to previous breaker (showing good attention to detail). Would highly recommend and use again.
