Absolutely amazing. My elderly mums gas fire wasn't working as its remote controlled and wouldnt always light. Previous Gas engineer changed a part and now 6 wk later same problem. Haroon attended, very thorough polite and explaining what he had done and diagnosed the problem which other Gas engineer hadn't. He told me I can leave fire on standby until the part arrives which I didn't even know. This now means my mum can just turn fire on when needed without fully turning off so this has given me peace of mind shes ok. So impressed with Haroon and now would not use anyone else for servicing the Boiler and Fire Thankyou for what you did today and see you when part comes. Thanks from my mum too shes happy

Rang yesterday evening (Saturday) to fix a boiler issue. Arranged to come out the next day, despite it being a Sunday. The gas engineer, Haroon, was very professional. Removed sludge, serviced the boiler (after another company had done half a job) and provided sound advice. Tidy, communicated well...will definitely keep his number to hand for the future.

I’m a retired ex BG technician no longer gas safe registered or have the equipment to work on the latest boiler models safely and as required by the regulations and I could see Adil took his time to carry out all the required checks and tests very professionally. Haroon is my trustee engineer for all my rental properties. On Saturday night I had a call from tenant with boiler issue, I was out of the country, Haroon visited Sunday morning. Boiler was leaking / rusty and he gave me option of repair or replacing. I decided to replace, Haroon had the new boiler fitted within 48 hours … excellent trustworthy customer service as always.

Rude and unprofessional! Stay clear! Kindly asked him to put back together the access unit door to the boiler (that he took off), he couldn't get the hinge back on so left it and said that’s not his job. He Couldn’t be bothered to bring in his step ladder so stood on my expensive dining chair to reach the boiler.. Haroon Does half a job and I would never let this man touch a boiler! Typical south asian male who takes short cuts beware! Have reported to trading standards and the company he is contracted to for emergency call outs CET on behalf of LV insurance.

I wish they had minus starsi could give this company, not happy with this company engineer turned said parts were needed. they said parts would be ordered and fitted in 3 days, I had to.chase my insurance 4-6 times before they sent in there quote and then came and fitted completely different parts and said to call back in a month and get them replaced. I have a tennant who has a thermostat hanging of the wall, very disappointed angry and upset.

I needed to have my gas cooker disconnected and the gas capped. Haroum did a great job for a fair price. He was skilled and professional, doing all the safety checks necessary before and after. This chap is an absolute legend! I tried calling numerous engineers and I got the same response to book in the future and as everyone’s too busy. However, considering this chap was not working on his day off and understood the severity of my issue. He FaceTimed me immediately and told me exactly how to fix my boiler (which was leaking heavy water) within minutes and didn’t charge a penny! The least I could do is leave a good review ! Not many people out there with this level of service! Highly recommended!!

From start to finish this was hassle free, exceptional service. The engineer (Haroon) came to my house after a boiler leak, checked what the problem was and went through all the options with me. He was very knowledgeable and didn’t try fob me off. His customer service was exceptional. Most importantly the engineer went above and beyond what I was expecting and his determination to fix the problem on the same day. I can’t recommend this company highly 5 stars doesn’t do it justice. Boiler fixed, heating back on. A very happy customer.

I had this company come out to look at my boiler as I had no running water. They diagnosed the fault and repaired it. They noticed another problem with the heating and sorted that too. First Response installed a boiler the year before last year and have done various boiler inspections and safety checks for me. Their engineers are very experienced and efficient. They also respond very quickly to requests for service without having to be chased.

Had a decorator round to paint the walls and at the last minute, we decided we wanted a protruding gas pipe capping off. We needed someone quickly before the decorator finished. FirstResponse360 came out within the hour and did a great, swift job.

I had a significant water leak from under my kitchen sink. Harun was prompt and immediately set to work to source the exact spot. The space was extremely limited and he had to become virtually a contortionist to define and fix the problem. I have had boiler cover for over 40 years and the engineer called Haroon that fixed the problem we had yesterday/today was one of the best I have every dealt with he was so thorough and made sure the system was working and gave some great tips to ensure we get the best out of the system. Kept us informed and explained everything he was doing. A credit to the company.

Our boiler broke down early today I contacted insurance and was told an engineer would phone me with an appointment time, this was at 8.45am. Actiserve LTD contacted me soon after this was followed by an engineer who completed the work including installing a new part, he told me another part needed replacing and that he would try and locate one today and install that one also, this was 10.15am. Another engineer called soon after installing the part and cleaned our boiler. This service was absolutely excellent and I can recommend Actiserve with no reservations, the engineers are polite and efficient, thank you. I don’t know the name of the first engineer, the second one was NAZIM, who did and excellent job. Thank you .
