Having initiated a new EICR I was very pleased with their professional approach, including agreeing a suitable appointment with my tenant. The outcome of the report identified some remedial work which need to be completed. Having a supplier which could competitvely quote and resolve all the issues made the whole proces process very easy. After the work was completed they issued a new EICR report. I would happily use them again and recommend their services to others.

William performed comprehensive electrical inspection and remedial work - all done on time and to the quote. He kept us informed throughout and provided NICEIC certification for the job. He left things tidy and our cat felt comfortable in his company. We would use him again.

Haven’t paid me for last month after being laid off effective immediately and also haven’t paid their workers for this month under the false promise that they’d be paid for last month and this month as well. They recently let a load of other people go. I have chased a payment update several times and have been ignored or told that an update was due soon but still no avail. I have bills to pay and I’m sure the other workers do as well! Very unprofessional and has left me and many others in a financial hole.

What's more, the invoice was reduced as the initial estimate was incorrect and, although I had expected to pay a certain amount, I was delighted to save on this task. We have used Heath Electricals several times. Most recently because we had no power to half of our house. Dan spent several hours checking each electric item, socket and wiring to find out what the issue was, and to give us power back. He was professional throughout, keeping us updated, talking next steps and even checked in with us the next day. I thoroughly recommend this service, and will use them again in the future. I haven't used this company in years but they consistently send me marketing material. I've opted out of marketing and written to them but it seems they have ignored all requests. I received 3 emails today. I wouldn't use them again, purely on the fact that they are pests with their marketing.

Brilliant service. Electrician arrived on time and the office checked in to make sure. The electrician was thorough and identified the fault. Very courteous and tidy. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I 've sought to use Heath Electrical twice. The first estimate was way too high for the job and I had the job done for one quarter of the costs proposed by Heath Electrical. The second job was assessed incorrectly. When the electricians came to do the job , it transpired that there would be too much damage to the flooring if the job went ahead. I appreciated the lads honesty. I decided to cancel the work. While the lads were with me, they kindly put up a shelve for me. This consisted of using 2 screws and took them less than 5 minutes. The office charged me £75 for that! Of the £250 deposit, the office has offered me £150 refund! However, Health Electricians are lovely, kind lads.

The electrician arrived early thank goodness as we had no power to the downstairs sockets. After 30 minutes he had isolated the problem and by 45 we were back up and running We were delighted with the service provided and will definitely be back next time we get a problem , we'll done.

Fantastic team!! They have come and fixed a lot of issues we have had, moved lots of sockets and lights, installed a car charger and fixed our heating and hot water system. They did all of this really quickly and were so helpful explaining as they went along. Very neat and tidy and very efficient! Thank you so much to them!!

The staff here are very knowledgable. Michael came and looked over the issue with our solar panel system and arranged a full inspection. Max arrived on time to carry the inspection out and could not find the cause of the problem. He then spoke with others in the team and they recommended works that would hopefully rectify the problem. This was the most cost effective way to try to solve the issue. So far it seems to have worked. Excellent service.

Truly very professional and efficient company The two lads (Thomas, sorry I can’t remember the other guys name) that come were incredibly good. They encountered a couple of challenges during the number of jobs they did for us, with patience and perseverance until it was resolved. Nothing was to much trouble. Really efficient response. The electrician understood the issue which was complicated. He tested everything and contacted both others in the company and he EV charger manufacturers to get information.

The guys from Heath did a fantastic job. Placed the EV charger exactly where I wanted it. The cabling was attached to the wall in a low location so was not unsightly. We had several electrical jobs undertaking by HES, end of March. The 2 guys arrived on time and did a fantastic job, they were very professional, extremely tidy and courteous. I was particularly pleased with the new lighting they sourced for our kitchen area, and the advice provided prior and on day was much appreciated. The timeframe given was very precise and the quote provided didn’t change! We would definitely recommend HES and would not hesitate using them again for future work. After a flood from my upstairs neighbours flat into my shower electrics I needed my shower checking as it was no longer working,Max quickly got my shower working again . I also received advice about my electrics ( which were installed in 1980s ) but there was no hard sell . Max was friendly and efficient so I would recommend this company .

We have used Heath Electrical Services a few times and every interaction is always a positive one. We had Mitch and Max attend our property after the lights kept tripping in our property and although there were serious problems due to a third party they worked tirelessly to get the lights working for us. They then checked back with me to make sure I was happy and that the third party had rectified the issue. I cannot recommend them enough Mitch and Max were very respectful, incredibly helpful, and patiently explained everything in detail to help me explain the problem to the third party. They were genuinely concerned and engaged and took the time to return to the property to check everything was safe before the weekend. We would highly recommend Heath Electrical !!

Very happy. Outside and inside porch lights installed. Mark just got on with the job and we ended up with exactly what we wanted. Would use again and recommend. Used Heath Electrical for the third time now. They installed a CCTV system for us, and would definitely recommend them. As before, they were polite, professional and respectful of our property. Heath seem to have a great company ethos and it shows. Would certainly use them again. Needed an emergency electrician for 90 year old mother-in-law, whose lighting had gone. Having used Heath Electrical three times before, it was them we went to. Again their service was exceptional. The electrician Max was there before one of us arrived and had diagnosed the fault and restored the lighting. Max deserves a special mention for his professional and considerate approach in this situation and was a real credit to the company. Brilliant.

The two electricians ( one of whom was on his first day of training) were both very polite and worked well together. Sadly i received a terrible service from Heath Electrical. I chose this company as they were highly rated and well reviewed. First, they cancelled an appointment on the day. No problem. An electrician came to the rescheduled visit and I told him the issue I was having and what I've tried to do. He said he wasn't experienced enough to figure out the issue and he would send another electrician needs to come over later that day. Nobody came. I called to ask about it and was told nobody could come and I would need to reschedule. It would have been nice to be informed. I rescheduled a further 2 times where nobody arrived. On both occasions I had to call when nobody came and was told that they couldn't make it. It was frustrating that I was not informed about this until I called and asked. On their last time cancelling, I was told by the receptionist that they would make sure they attend my next appointment and were very apologetic for multiple cancellations. The next appointment comes around and they fail to attend for the 4th time. I call to ask and they say I had nothing booked in for that day. I mentioned that I had a text and email conformation which says I did have something booked. The person on the phone then lied to me saying they did see my booking but it was for a later time. I said that contradicts my email and message, and I would never book in a time that I am unavailable. Again they were very apologetic. I finally said I don't wish to go forward with their services and asked for a refund. The refund was denied. They took my money and didn't provide any service. I just wasted a lot of time expecting their arrival on multiple occasions. I hope everyone else is luckier than we were with this company. I did receive a call a few weeks later to rectify the issue which I do appreciate. Some electricians came over and attempted to solve the problem we were having. Unfortunately they were unsuccessful but that's of no fault of theirs. They tried many methods and were very polite so I appreciate them coming.

This company obtained my personal data from an unknown source (I’d had no prior contact with them) and has spammed me for months. I asked them directly to stop, my requests were ignored. I’ve reported them to the Information Commissioners Office (“ICO”) and their requests on my behalf, with reminders of legal obligations for data governance, have also been ignored. Absolutely scummy company.

Had a plumbing emergency and reached out to Heath. Even though I’d never used them before, they were at my door within 30 mins. Could not fault their hard work and dedication to fixing the problem. Thank you so much.

Winter ready boiler service I specifically mentioned a problem with my gas boiler before service on the phone when I booked and to the plumber on the day. I was issued a certificate after the service and was told there are no issues but still have same problem. I called very next day and was left to hold and not called back after promising to do so. When I finally got through to the right dept. a day later, I was told that it would cost Additional £75 per hour plus VAT to diagnose the problem. How am I winter ready? What was the point of paying for a service and how could they issue a certificate when the boiler in NOT in good working order? Very disappointed with the customer service! Would not recommend, do not waste your time and money. On the positive side, the engineer was polite and tidy.

Lee, one of the gas engineers, did the service on my combi boiler. It had not been serviced for some time. He found that the viewing glass gasket had perished. He went to buy a replacement and fitted it. He did all this, in an hour and charged me less than £90. Then, he also supplied a gas safety certificate, as a surplus. I cannot be complimentary enough about Heath Electrical. I've had work carried out at a previously owned property that every other electrician was afraid to get involved with and even quote for (Wiring up a shed to previously run cables). Heath had this completed in an afternoon and for less than £300. More recently I was in a bit of a bind, needing a distribution board, sockets and a light fitting to a derelict property with only a recently enabled supply, and at incredibly short notice. I spoke to Lincoln at 2pm on a Friday and by 6pm that same day I had working electricity in said property. It was quicker than ordering something on Amazon Prime! Proper company doing proper work and proper prices.

Fixed my Hive heating receiver error.

Assuming everything continues to work (they only came today!), we were impressed with this company and would use again. Fixed 3 toilets, one tap and replaced 2 radiators.

Called Heath Electrical Services back again to have a new circuit board and replace spotlights in kitchen and a light in my bathroom. Had Jim and Tate on a previous job and they both returned this time also. Was very pleased once again with their work and their customer service they provided. Tidied up behind themselves and always explained what they were doing to make sure i was happy. Both lovely guys. Another 10/10 for me. 🙂

I needed to update my consumer unit to meet current regulations. Having been told by an electrician that my whole house needed a very expensive full rewire due to multiple, irreparable faults I contracted Heath for a second opinion. James F at Heath methodically surveyed every circuit, identified and fixed an issue that several other electricians had failed to fix, and completed the consumer unit replacement leaving me confident that my home electrics are safe and up to date. James’s knowledge was second to none. His experience shone through along with professionalism and a real enthusiasm for his trade. He explained everything I needed to know clearly. I highly recommend Health electrical and will use them again.

Electricians did an above an average installation of EV charger, my criticism is two fold. a) I received the invoice 6pm on the same day of installation, by 11am the following day they were chasing me for payment by phone and email. I was not impressed. I made the payment that day. b) I was told I would receive the installation certificate upon receipt of payment, three weeks later nothing received. Very annoying in light of the hawkish demand.

So far, so good. Immediate problem quickly resolved. Awaiting outcome of a further appt. to quote for less urgent issues.

I needed a kitchen tap changing and had an attempted a DIY job but failed due to lack of space under the sink and not having the right tools. I called Heath Electrical. They were very polite and professional on the phone when booking. The plumber called me before the appointment to confirm. He turned up on time. Was friendly, none of the normal tradesman waffle/tricks. He just got straight down to the job, completed it quickly and competently. Very impressed and would definitely use again.

Boiler Service - I can highly recommend this company, always on time (or early). Very polite staff, great communication and easy to pay on line using their link. Will definitely employ again in the future for other work.

Quoted £90 to come out to site and diagnose a issue with a generator and consumer unit. turned up 40 minutes late, no phone call to say they were running late. had a look at the issue and didn't know what there where doing, we had to keep pointing them in the right direction. wrongly diagnosed the issue. then send a invoice for £204, there were here for a ,maximum of 45 minutes. highly do not recommend and will never use again.

Very impressed with the service I received when I had my boiler`a annual service. Quick booking, nice polite engineer and very reasonable price, what's not to like!

Professional polite and turn up when they say they're going to. However..... under unit lights installed in the kitchen, the brackets crumbled after 18 months and the lights fell down. The response was that it's out of warranty. I can't help being disappointed that these were installed with an expected life of 1 year. I would have expected better from this company or at least a willingness to investigate why after 18 months the brackets crumbled. The only option was an additional cost to replace, not environmentally friendly and not cost effective.

I contacted Heath to check out my old consumer box, option to move it and also installation of EV charge point. Tom got back to me quickly with a quote to do the initial check. Joe and Mitch turn up on time and were very thorough on the check and patient to discuss options and explain the issues found. A short report was issued shortly. When I called them in between, Tom always patient to discuss and explain further. After the discussion, I have decided not the move the consumer box and not go forward (and the overall cost). However, I will definitely get in touch with them if I have other electrical work in the future

Excellent service right from Thomas in the Sales Dept to the Engineers that came to install...

Called Heath Electrical Services after discovering a leak in my bathroom from the toilet. They sent someone round the same afternoon however, was unable to fix the leak due to needing parts. Turned off the water supply to the cistern but I later discovered that it was still dripping which caused the leak to continue until the next day. I received a quote the following morning albeit was told it would be sent on the day of my first calling out. Accepted and the guy that came around did a great job off getting everything sorted. Just need to check that it's still not leaking but so far so good.

Installed a new EV Charger at our home. Engineers were on time, installed with no issues, cleaned up after themselves & explained how it works & the work they had completed. Would recommend & happily use again in the future.

Great work from the two men I had come out today. Knowledgeable, on-time, polite throughout and efficient. The were able to advise on best next steps for remedial work and even managed to finish the inspection and remedial works all in good time. Great job would reuse again.

Gas boiler service

I spoke to several plumbers but went with Heath as I had used them before for my Ring doorbell installation and I loved how professionally they worked and communicated with me. Explaining what they were doing was a bonus. Love this company and could recommend them highly enough.

Incorrectly fitted a boiler - voided the warranty. Wanted to charge a lot to fix their own mistake. Had to chase them for almost a year to get a response. Have raised a complaint to trading standards. [Update in response to the owner: We have actually spoken to you personally several times about this - and had to chase you many times over several months to get a response from you. Then we spoke extensively to Martyn (your plumbing & gas manager) - who I also informed about the complaint. Writing this review and complaining to trading standards was my last resort after getting nowhere with you or your colleague.]

I needed a smart electric bidet toilet installing requiring a fused spur connection and plumbing in. From the initial quote to completion of the work I can honestly say that the service I received was second to none and I would highly recommend, absolutely top marks.

I think these guys really charge a premium which is of course their perogative, but I regret using there services now. Nothing wrong with the quality of work, but its just overpriced by about 70% when I shopped around. Unfortunately we needed a quick fix and I made the mistake of not asking for a few quotes before going ahead.
