When calling KR I didn't expect he'd be there within an hour and have the problem resolved immediately. (Luckily he was nearby). Professional, courteous and friendly i will certainly be using KR Electrical for any future work required.

Really helpful and you never have to wait long for an appointment. Friendly and reliable. Would definitely recommend

Kurtis did a fantastic job sorting out are electrics. He was very professional and quick to respond and was very professional and sorted out our faulty light, installed a light in our loft, which is so helpful. Kurtis also installed a floodlight for us, which is really helpful as when we come back in the dark, we no longer have trouble finding our door keys! Kurtis was also able to instal an extractor fan in our bathroom and recommended an excellent product, which has sorted out the build up of condensation on the ceiling. Kurtis's after care is also exceptional, on the end of the phone if we need any further help with the work he has done. I would recommend Kurtis to everyone.

Kurtis was on time, punctual, to the point and full of advice. He worked tidily and efficiently. We would recommend KR Electrical Services

Despite having a difficult problem to find the initial fault, the job was done professionally and relativy quickly. My oven is now fixed, thank you

KR Electrical is a great company full of energy, quick response and very efficient and professional. Highly recommended.

Curtis was very helpful and professional, did all the jobs required and some I didn't know needed doing. Curtis came back after the plasterers had been to refit lights, also a few other jobs i asked him to do whilst he was there. Highly recommended.

Kurt's- KR Electrical - recently replaced my old electrical fusebox/distribution board and also undertook an EICR for me. All work was professionally and timely completed. I would recommend KR Services to anyone planning electrical works on their home.

We have used KR Electrical services for a number of years and always found them reliable and professional.

I’m really pleased with the work. Quick, friendly, competent service and great at clearing up afterwards. I would highly recommend and will use again when we need more work done

Kurtis is a very competent and professional electrician, with extremely high standards. He is friendly and approachable and clean and tidy in his work.I can definitely recommend Kurtis.

I have used Kurtis expertise before and needed his help again. I had a faulty plug socket and I messaged him, he responded quickly, arranged to come over and he was there. He replaced a faulty plug socket with a new one and I am very happy and impressed with his service and how professional he is. Job well done and I would recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

Kurtis has done a few jobs for us, including changing a water heater and various light fittings. Always a professional job and clear with pricing etc in advance

A new timer was fitted for immersion heater, and came out as emergency when I lost power in thunderstorm. Very polite and would recommend him

KR was very helpful and thorough. I was a Landlord at the time and couldn't attend the property, he negotiated with tenants in a difficult situation.I was very pleased with the outcome.

We used to KR Electrical on a recommendation from a neighbour to install pendant lighting over island, install a new socket and install several lights. From the first interaction I was impressed. By asking for full details up front, Kurtis provided an estimate of costs (which was very reasonable and accurate) within 15 minutes (at the weekend too!). Once I accepted it, the process to book in was easy - I picked a date, paid a deposit and that was it. Kurtis offered a further telephone call to talk through the job in more detail; we discussed the best options and he gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. Kurtis turned up on the day, did a great job, was very pleasant to deal with and worked very hard to make a light fitting fit in a very tight space. I think most people would have given up, but Kurtis took the time to find a solution. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend KR Electrical to others. Kurtis was a pleasure to have in the house and did a brilliant job.

Quick to reply with prices, quick easy advice given, great quality work. Even helped us out quickly with something else whilst doing the main electrical work! Definitely recommend and will use again!

Very fast response to queries and to assess work required. Very friendly approach throughout assessing and completing the work quoted for whilst also offering helpful and professional advice. Thank you 😊

I cannot recommend Kurtis enough! He is so friendly, tidy, informative and fairly priced. Will be recomeding his services to everyone!

Very professional, friendly and did a great job . Fully explained everything and went a step beyond with helping find the correct lights, shower and alarms for us. Fitted around our schedule even when we had to change it slightly on the day.

Fantastic service, you can just tell when someone enjoys what they do and takes pride in their work. Went above and beyond, explained everything, offered options and discussed them with us. Will be using again for any more electrical work.

Absolutely amazing. No electrical sockets working at 6pm. I panicked. He kindly helped me over the phone and simply solved my problem after seeing one picture! So thankful. This is what I call an amazing customer care!

Used 3 times now always prompt or prompt professional and gets the job done well. Highly recommended

Have used KR Electrical Services quite a few times and will use again. Always a very reliable, professional and well-organised service.

Kurtis gets stuck in and offers advice. He is flexible in the way he works to fit in with your plans and is always there with a smile on his face. This is the second time (two different houses) I have used KR and he will soon get a call to finish off the current project.

Really happy with the work done to my house. Kurt was ever so professional and even cleaned up after himself. He is very knowledgeable and went above and beyond.

The use of KRs drone made the identification of a roof leak very easy and allowed me to pinpoint the problem and get a professional roofer in to fix the problem. I got a very good quality video of my roof in colour. Brilliant

Installation of network cable from living room to loft. We went with Kurtis due to being recommended him by numerous friends and family members, and he delivered. He even came back in his own time when an issue later arose, solving the issue where the ISP's Engineers would not

Kurtis and Mitch succeeded where 2 other electricians had not in terms of successfully installing screwless flat plate light switches across the house in a neat way. Such an improvement on where we were before and on the previous service we have received from others! Kurtis was polite, tidy, helpful and communicative - a breath of fresh air.

Great service and very responsive. We had no power in our home and they helped resolve the issue quickly.

Booked for a Saturday and so went out of his way to accommodate the request. Sourced a replacement socket, diagnosed the problem, fitted everything and cleaned-up all with half an hour. Quality service and great attitude, can’t ask for more.

This time we needed a three way dimmer switch fitted. He helped us choose the right one for the job. He was punctual, polite, competitively priced, good workmanship and above all trustworthy. Kurtis is always available if something wasn't quite right. We have been using KR Electrical Services for a number of years now and quite honestly I wouldn't use anyone else. Highly recommended.

Let me down. Job was agreed and quoted, but Kurtis didnt turn up to and then wouldnt answer calls or texts.

Kurt put in our CCTV system, extra sockets, outside light and a timer on our hot water tank for our solar system. We were very pleased with all his work...friendly, efficient, very reasonable and great customer service.
