Customer service was brilliant. From submitting my online form to receiving a call was minutes! Came round the same night to see the job and turned up the next day to sort it out. Great at responding on text too! Cheers Marc, will be using you again :)

Had an ev charger fitted from these guys the guys name was roscoe he was very reliable and friendly would recommend.

Marc turned up at time stated to trace a fault as my lights kept tripping…. Fault was under floorboards which he took up to rectify the problem….. he replaced the boards and tidied up. Top job, excellent price, will definitely use them again.

Marc and the team installed an ev charger for me. I needed it quickly and they were able to help. Prices were very good imho. I sent a few pics and explained what I wanted and proceeded from there. Marc was super professional and clearly knew the product well. From the outset I had great confidence in them. I have no hesitation in recommending Marc and Lion Electrical Ltd. Many thanks also to Cheryl for originally arranging things.

I recently had an EV charger installed by Lion Plumbing and Electrical, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. After submitting a contact form through their website, I was contacted very quickly by Marc, who was extremely helpful from the outset. Rather than providing a rough estimate, he offered to visit my property to assess everything properly and provide an accurate quote, which gave me confidence that there would be no surprises later on. Throughout the entire process, Marc was fantastic to deal with. He was always on hand to answer any questions I had before, during and after the installation—even the stupid ones! Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and he took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was completely happy with the setup. The installation itself was carried out professionally and to a very high standard, and the whole experience was straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. I would highly recommend Lion Plumbing and Electrical to anyone considering an EV charger installation. The level of customer service and support was excellent throughout, and I certainly won’t hesitate to contact them again whenever I need any electrical work carried out at my home.

I highly recommend Lion who recently carried out electrical updating for me very efficiently, swiftly and for a competitive price.

I’ve used Lion Electrical a few times now, most recently an EV charger install. What sets them apart from 90% of other tradespeople i’ve dealt with over the years is their communication skills; prompt, clear and easy going. The work carried out has been of a high standard too. A professional operation and highly recommended.

Can't fault Lion Electrical, they are quick to respond and always do a great job. We have also used them previously. Wouldn't use anyone else for any electrical issues.

We’ve worked with Lion Electrical across a wide range of projects and have always been extremely impressed with their service. They’ve carried out large-scale rewires within our developments, completed EICRs across our letting portfolio, and supported us with ongoing maintenance and more specialised electrical issues. They’ve also assisted with door entry system repairs and even helped develop practical EV charging solutions for our sites. What really stands out is the reliability and consistency of their work.
