FTS Merit Limited is described by some customers as a thorough, high quality electrical contractor with friendly and helpful staff. One reviewer called it the best electrical contractor they had used in 23 years in the construction industry. Another said the company was conscientious and paid excellent attention to detail. One reviewer strongly criticised the company after a member of its staff was involved in a road accident with their son, reporting a verbal and aggressive assault and saying that requested crash footage had not been sent after more than three weeks.
FTS have worked with us on various types of projects, inspections and remedial works. We have found them to be very conscientious and thorough in their work with excellent attention to detail. I would happily recommend them as a high quality, sensibly priced electrical contractor. Houndshill Shopping Centre
The best electrical contractor I have used in my 23 years in the construction industry. Service is second to none.
Excellent electrical contractor. Reasonably priced. Friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend.
nothing towards the work the company provides as I've had none done, but the staff they employee aren't the type of people I want doing jobs for me. one of there drivers who is still unnamed rear ended my sons car, when they pulled over to what my son thought was to be an exchange of insurance details etc. turned out to be a verbal and aggressive assault towards him. passers by later commented to the supermarket staff (were they pulled over) about how he was being treated and another man who was working on the car park came over to intervene but was also met with a verbal assault by the fts employee. I have since requested that the owner / director send myself the crash footage of what happened before and after the accident, this is now been coming to me for over 3 weeks and I've still not any correspondence from them about this issue I feel that this is a poorly run company and any issues of this kind aren't dealt with in the correct manner.
