J.R Building and Maintenance services limited is described by reviewers as friendly and quick to respond, with several saying they would use the firm again. One reviewer reports a full rewire carried out with no problems, while another reports faults with shorting downstairs electrics being sorted in no time. One reviewer describes a kitchen rewire a couple of years earlier that left wonky sockets, a badly placed socket for the extractor fan, and a chunk of plaster knocked out, and says they are now having the work put right before selling. Others describe office lighting problems fixed quickly and a fault another electrician could not fix being sorted fast.
Fantastic service, friendly and even helped me out with more than originally asked for. Would definitely recommend and use in future.
Do not recommend at all. This company rewired out kitchen a couple of years ago. We are now in the process of putting the work right. We have got to straighten out the back boxes as this company left us with very wonky sockets, They left a socket to the extractor fan than was half way over the covering so we could not put the top part of the covering up to the ceiling. After the walls had been channelled out and we had had the plasterer in, they managed to knock q chunk of plaster out, when all they had to do was put the switch plate on. We hide the wonky plates with utensil jars and have a finger plate around the switch. The reason we are putting the work right now is we are thinking of selling.
Fantastic work. Came out straight away. Best prices and services by a country mile. Highly reccomend
