I couldn’t recommend Nicolas highly enough. He came to my house to replace the fuse board and fix the toilet lights, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. He was punctual, professional, incredibly friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The quality of his work was outstanding, and it’s obvious he takes great pride in what he does. He also left everything spotless, exactly as he found it, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a reliable electrician who does an amazing job and genuinely cares about his customers, Nicolas is the one to call. 10/10 service – I’ll definitely be using him again and recommending him to family and friends!

At 3:15 am this morning I called on Techfix as I had no power at all. I was really impressed with the service. He arrived at my house within half an hour fix the problem and gone by 4:30 am and I had all my power back on. Very kind and polite will definitely use them again hopefully not for that problem though Thank you, Sue

Not particularly pleased with their service. Not all good, but also not all bad. I booked them in same week that I initially called them which was quicker than other electricians. However on the day they were going to do an electrical certificate for my house, they turned up an hour and a half late, no phone call or any warning. Nicolas, the electrician did apologise, after prompting. Then when they came to made the fixes required to pass the test, the electrician they sent forgot to bring some equipment, so they were gone for 2-3 hours in the middle of the day, while I was just sat there waiting. Again, no forewarning, that he was going to be gone for such a long time. This meant that they had to come back again the next day to finish off the fixes, wasting more of my time. Overall payed about £1000 to change the fusebox, and change a few lights and the electrical certificate - I wouldn't call that great value for money, but also not sure if other electricians would have done it for much cheaper. And they spread the work over 3 days. Would have given 5* if they had got all the work done in 1 day and had been better communicators.
Techfix we're flexible with timing to perform the work of changing a Consumer Unit in a property. The work itself was carried out to a good standard and we now have some extra capacity in the Fuseboard

Utterly superb. Nicholas and his team were tasked with helping us transform our outdoor space at home by providing electrics to our cabin and gazebo. Right from the outset Nicholas was the absolute best; really friendly and professional, with an extremely clear and reasonable quote, great communication and he even helped us to make choices about what lights, cables and junction boxes to pick to get the look of our space right. When it came to working on site; Nicholas and Rash were incredibly polite, efficient and a pleasure to have around. To say we are delighted with the results is an understatement-thanks to Techfix Electric we've got an outdoor cinema room and power to an outdoor cooking space all in the style we wanted with industrial style fittings such as black junction boxes and brushed chrome light fixtures. All our friends and family have commented on how amazing it all looks and it really is down to Nicholas and Rash and the pride they took in their work. We couldn't recommend Techfix Electric enough and they are the only electricians we'd ever use in future.

Highly recommend hiring Nicholas. Having moved house, I've been in a rush to get things sorted before the end of the year. Nicholas has been very patient and accommodating, coming out as soon as I got the keys and ensuring he could fit the job in immediately. I needed an electrician to fit in a new smoke alarm in my property asap, in order to adhere to landlord regulations. I was concerned that I wouldn't get this done at such short notice and therefore had to consider delaying the tenancy date. However I remembered Techfix had completed an EICR for me a few years prior therefore I decided to contact them. When I called Nicholas ,the owner of the company, I was pleased with his quick response and was delighted to inform my tenant that he would be visiting the property to fit in the alarm the next day. A few days later I needed an electrician again. Nicholas went above and beyond to help me and I was so impressed to hear ,from my tenant, that he sent a member of his team to the property at aprox 9am the next morning to complete the job. Wow, talk about efficient!! Communication with Nicholas has always been easy due to his very courteous, polite and respectful manner. To sum up this review all I can say is that if you would like a good electrician who is thoughtful, well mannered, helpful, efficient, professional and actually cares about meeting their customers needs, then Nicholas from Techfix is the one to call! My washing machine plug burnt out and blew the plug... I thought I was going to have to buy a new washing machine until I contacted Nik, he came out at short notice, refitted a new plug socket and changed the plug to my washing machine and now it works like normal and my plug socket is back working! I had an issue a few weeks ago with all my upstairs power sockets losing power. Techfix came out the same day and did a thorough job to identify and fix the fault. They were also reasonably priced as well. I would definitely contact them again for any future electrical work

Very helpful and responsive. It was nice to speak directly to a technician when I called to enquire about the services TechFix can provide. That made it easier to have a technical conversation rather than having to go through an admin and a call out charge before even knowing if my repairs can be fixed. Nicholas and his squad arrived early, I barely got the sleep out of my eyes hahhaha!! They carried out the work to a high standard and left the scene nice and tidy. Im very happy with the work that was done especially with the lights, due to it being an apartment I was worried it would be very difficult, but Nicholas and the gang managed to get it sorted with no major issues. I was very happy from start to finish with the service and work carried out. Techfix we’re communicating with me throughout and finished the job on the day and in good time. This is the second time using these guys and they’re brilliant. I’ve had ceiling fans, Ring door bell, bathroom extractor fan and sockets fitted by these guys.

I contacted Techfix to try and get an EICR and PAT test done very last minute having been let down by another electrician. Although they were fully booked they managed to fit me in. Nick was very polite, helpful and efficient and price charged was very reasonable considering this was just after Christmas and very last minute. I would highly recommend Techfix and would certainly use them again.
Very good experience for my first time using Nicholas for my electrical work and will be using again if i need any other work carried out. Nicholas had completed everything i had asked for and the job done was very neat and tidy. I had a new fuseboard fitted and 3 single sockets fitted which Nicholas had completed to a good standard and had given my the electrical certificate as soon as the job was finished.
