Ryan and Luke from Smartlec uk were challenged with an adhoc job for a community charity project. After handing over 3 pieces of equipment, some half cooked instructions (which you couldn’t class as English) the desired outcome, we had every faith they could get it to work. And that they did! Despite no full wiring diagrams, the lads took the time to get their heads around what had been thrown at them and configure it all to working order. Thank you so much for your time and patience, Teddy’s Rescue Kit is very grateful!
Smartlec I tried several electrical companies no one could be bothered, contacted Smartlec told them how urgent the job was, they came round at 8pm after a long days work. I used Ryan and Luke to fit an EV charger at my company premises. While they were there I asked them to complete a few extra electrical jobs I needed doing at the same time which they were more than happy to do. Their work is top quality, they’re reliable and competitively priced.

Fantastic job in fitting the electrics in my new kitchen, provided lots of good advice, changed my old fusebox and did some additional work that I asked about, will definitely use them for any further work in the future. Both guys were efficient, friendly and would recommend them to anybody.
After a recommendation, gave Smartlec a call to install some internal and external sockets, plus find a fault. They did a great job of installing the sockets and everything was left very tidy and a very neat job. They also managed to fix the fault without any drama, no upselling, just honest, hardworking, professionals.
Contacted Smartlec at short notice for EICR for rental property, they sorted in no time and completed some remedial work including replacement fuse board. Very professional and reasonable price, I'd have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I am very disappointed with this company, how unprofessional they are. I requested a job from them and they left it half-done. It took them two weeks to give me the EICR and then they didn't reply to my messages or answer my phone.
Have used this company twice now and they are a fantastic company to work with on time, great prices and seem to want to go that extra mile to make there customers happy..just a shame most trades don't have there job professionalism. Will be my go to electrician's in the future.👍👍👍👍👍
