What a find after a quick call to the owner he explained it would cost £15 to look at my Makita site radio which had randomly packed in. I originally sent it back to Makita who said it would cost over £200 to fix. I left it with Ksa yesterday he rang me today saying he could fix it for £59 and take my£15 off. I honestly can’t thank KSA enough. After weeks of struggling with my Astra head‑unit install, wrong advice, and people telling me it wasn’t compatible, I went to KSA as a last resort before returning the unit. Other places had quoted me three and a half hours and a three‑week wait, so I wasn't expecting much. I walked in with no appointment, and were really welcoming, and had the head unit and the reverse camera fitted in under two hours and no wires hanging around. They even made the effort to fix one of my cables that was broken instead of getting a new one. The place is unassuming from the outside, but the level of skill is on another level. No messing around, no confusion, just people who actually know what they’re doing. Prices were very reasonable too. Everything works perfectly now and I’m genuinely relieved and impressed. Highly recommend.

Poor service!!! Media unit repair located in glove box, audi a3 2016. Taken 25 for a fee and 20 to try and fix it, total £45. I had a gut feeling he may not be able to do it but had to leave the unit. A few mins job taken him 2 days to get a call back but couldn't fix it in the end. Wasted my money. Then said will call me back for coding. Didn't get back to me. Said i needed a new unit then coding it which im looking around over £350. Done some research, found a guy and done it all for £120. I wouldnt recommend this place.

Avoid this shop, the owner is a cowboy and is only after your money. Dodgy wiring when installing speakers. Do not shop here, go elsewhere. Use GR ELECTRONICS on Bordsley Green Road, literally down the road from KSA. TEXACO FUEL STATION. PROFESSIONALS WHO KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING.

I would recommend this company to do any up dates on a Andriod car radio. Took mine in to be up dated had rang round about 20 supposedly car radio specialist. All I got from them was, you can not up date that model its an import. Fit you a new one. So Mr Singh is the best person I can recommend. 24 hours and everything done worth every penny. Sadly I have very bad experience spoke to him over the phone and when I went there with my dash cam he took £15 of me may be he charged the service fee but after 2 days he gave me the camera back and said he doesn’t know what’s wrong with the camera thn he said leave the camera for another day I will try to identify..very disappointed

I come in with a head unit and I had the wrong adaptor for it. I had went everywhere to sort it out and no one could do it. I come to ksa electrical where I spoke with mr singh (uncle) who had let me try out the right adaptor first without paying. Once checking the adaptor work I come back paid uncle. Turned a 4 day drama into a 5 minute job and made me a happy man. Come here for your electrical needs.

I had been trying to get the speakers changed in my girlfriends ford fiesta for over a month! Called multiple companies who wanted me to buy the speakers to fit them and would never give me a day to book me in. Called K S A electrical and they fit me in straight away with speakers supplied! Steer clear of this place , said they can fix my sat nav in my car . took £45 off me before they done anything then messed around for two hours then telling me they couldn't fix it and kept the £45 quid saying it was for the work they had done . I might as well of put the money in the bin . even had the cheek to try and sell me a cheap copy at for £350 quid which I found brand new on ebay for £139.99. dreadful dishonest people . They don't even deserve one star

I wish If I can rate minus. I went to fit my CarPlay screen, which I bought from overseas, The lady wanted to charge me £150!. I was shocked then I have bargained and I showed her quotations that I’ve already got for only £70. Once she Knew I have done my research, she went down straight away to £75 what a hustle!! I agreed since I was there already, but two weeks later vaults popped up. I wish if I went somewhere else.
Drove all the way from London to this shop. Had subwoofer installed in my BMW G30 it sounds amazing now and the customer service is unmatched. You won’t find a better Audio shop for your car, they really went up and beyond for me. Highly recommend their services.

Top notch quality and service from Uncle, quick and fast fitting. I came to fit in a CarPlay unit for my Yaris alongside USB ports and uncle had sorted me out a good price alongside the labour. So far I have experienced no issues with any of my devices and there hasn’t been a better service then that of KSA electricals. The owner is very knowledgeable and has a vast array of experience dealing with car stereos and electrical for cars and I wholeheartedly trust him with my car and would recommend him to anyone else, so if you do have any work or anything fitted, KSA electricals is the man.
Amazing service!!! 5* Originally took my old stereo in to see if it could be repaired (it was unfixable) so Mr singh fitted me a new one in, such a speedy time quick service. They’re both so so so friendly! Honestly they really helped me so much as I was unsure what to have. **** DO NOT COME HERE AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME MONEY AND ENERGY**** Honestly when I first saw this shop on Google I saw a couple of great reviews from people who said the shop was great and whatnot, boy was I wrong. I decided to go there and test it out with an installation of an android car play unit for my Renault Clio. Bear in mind before I went for a quote, I had already received a quote from a guy in Liverpool who said it would be £300 for a reversing camera and car play unit that was 4GB ram and 64gb storage. I decided to give uncle kuldeep a chance instead of the guy in Liverpool because of the distance. Uncle said that it would be 375 for the camera and unit. I asked him why it was so expensive he said it’s a fixed price and it was non negotiable. I then questioned him about how much RAM and storage would be in the unit. Upon asking this question, within a split second I had seen uncles face turn into thought for a second and this implied to me that he wanted to give me a lower storage for more money which is a common tactic used to gain more profit off younger unsuspecting clients. Uncle has a way with words and was very convincing that even though he would offer me the lower storage, it would still be good quality and that the competing quotes that I had received would be due to a fake storage listing and that I would be scammed into buying a cheaper one for more money. I gingerly agreed, with a bit of doubt in my mind. I put 200 pound down as a deposit and was told to wait for a call back for the installation. 2 weeks went by, and I was called by the receptionist to come in. Admittedly on my behalf, I was 20 mins later than I was supposed to be, and the shop was supposed to close soon after. This is holeheartedly my fault, but what came next was a joke. I went and sat for an hour eating pizza and I was called by the woman at reception because apparently there was a “small” problem. I made my way down to the shop and I had been told that the wrong part had been ordered and that the part had been ordered was that off of a Renault Megane and not a Clio. So they said they couldn’t do the installation there and then and that if I wanted it done at that second, that it wouldn’t sit flush with the dashboard and that there would be gaps in it and all sorts. I was angry because it took them an hour to even identify it was the wrong unit 😂 and also I don’t have full time insurance on my car so I have to pay expensive premiums for the time when I want to drive it. I told them I didn’t want the botch job done and I wanted my money back for the time and money I had spent to get down there. They refused to give me any reimbursement. Uncle told me that it wasn’t him who ordered the wrong part and it was one of his partners or something that actually sent the order wrong. I was angry so I asked them to show me which one they had ordered and somehow uncle managed to show me the actual order on a phone and it clearly said on it Renault megane😂 the receptionist in the shop had seen me getting irate in the shop and tried to claim to me that it has happened multiple times. Uncle then also got irate and told me that it wasn’t his fault, he was in a rush the whole day and didn’t even look at the parcel (bear in mind it’s his job to look at the parcel to make sure it’s correct). As angry as I was, I calmed down and said no worries just order the right part and do the job properly. They did try to give me a refund but at that point I just wanted the job done so I went away and over the weekend I did my own proper research on the shop. THIS TIME, I looked at all the 1 star reviews and I will tell you now they didn’t disappoint. There seems to be a reoccurring motif here and many many people have said the same thing so there’s no point in denying it. Uncle kuldeep is a cash grabber who doesn’t take his own business serious. The only thing good about him is his sweet talking before he scams you. It’s like you can see the dollar signs in his eyes in real time. The guy will order the cheapest unit off of Ali express to overcharge you
I was costumer sience 2015 and all the time I was happy with service what Mr. Singh providing and prices. Today I went to see him because I had small job to do (2-5min job , identyfity in the fuse box with fuse is connected straight to battery and with one to ignition) unfortunately he wasnt there and I speak with lady in shop about price and she said 20-25 for that job , I was a bit confused but I drive from other side of town so I decide that I can offer 20 for that job (I think 10 for regular costumer its fair price) but she rejected saying 25 nothing less ! Im dissapointed and I was my last visit , in my opinion 25£ for 5 min job is overpriced specially from long time I visiting only that shop and most of the time I bringing some old car stereo what can be used like spares... I dont like greedy people thats why today was my last visit there...
Excellent service. Repaired the infortainment system on my VW Tiguan by fitting a new touchscreen while I waited. Kept me fully informed of his progress at each stage. Reasonable cost - a lot less than a VW dealer would have charged :-) Cannot recommend him highly enough.
Had my bmw m3 amp repaired. Initially charged me 65 for test which is fine, then quoted £240 to fix the amp. After a few days I went to collect it and they said £290 even after he said he won't change the price. My right side underseat subwoofer channel doesn't work properly even after fitting new subwoofers so the amp isnt even properly repaired and the PDC has gone super loud! I dont mind the price if it was fixed but it's annoying and I feel ripped off.
One of the worst experiences I've ever had involved spending £170 to fix a sat nav system. Despite having it for more than a month, there was no improvement; in fact, it seemed worse than when I originally handed it over. The only reason I decided to cut my losses was that I was there with my two-year-old and didn't want to cause a scene. They charged £45 for coding the sat nav, even though their purported Toyota CDs were not recognized by the vehicle. They appeared innocent and eager to help, but one must be cautious with these two; they are capable of deceiving you into siphoning your money. Even giving them one star is far more generous than they deserve.

Absolutely 💯 avoid this place if you don't want to be ripped off, the first thing when going to hear they will ask you £15 service charge which is ridiculous when they can just tell you straight forward, everytime I've come here I've had a bad experience the prices are extortion and I'm never ever come here again.

Mr Singh sorted my car in literally 5 minutes after rejected twice by other audio techs saying my stereo was cheap trash he found the problem in seconds and sorted within 5 minutes 100% professional and cracked the odd joke which was good. Thank you Mr Singh.

I’ve had more than one experience with KSA, I believe it to be 5 actually. The first one involved a basic ‘Parrot’ hands free device …. Which if memory serves, he actually did a perfect install (while blindfolded) …. The second was the top of the range Parrot device, which was speech activated, lots of functions, so he couldn’t manage it blindfolded, but didn’t appear to struggle with one hand tied behind his back. Can’t recall job 3, but 4 & 5 were very recent. I have spent a lot of wonga on my car audio, and KSA is one of the ONLY places that I would allow to touch it. The car had been in the garage for some work that involved disconnecting the battery …… when I collected the car, the Alpine Halo9 was dead. Off to KSA I went, and after checking fuses using a meter, he confirmed it was time to contact Alpine. This I did, and (happy days) Alpine are dispatching a brand new replacement. Now to job 5 …. Not even car related, it was a wiring harness from a power recliner and the repair I requested was replacing wires which terminated in a sealed box. Did KSA manage to fix it …of course they did and it works great. Have total confidence in KSA, many years, many repairs have shown this to be true. Very nice gentleman with equally nice wife. ( his wife is nicer if I’m honest) Thank you KSA

I bought a head unit from EBay and got it fitted here. These guys know what they're doing and professionally fitted my head unit along with the a front dashcam + rear parking camera for a very reasonable price. I'm going again to get my wifi boosted as Carplay is a bit slow but they offered to increase the connectivity for me. Amazing service and professional.

After a recent purchase I found my car radio locked. Mr Singh promptly got to work on reprogramming my radio to work for my car. Unfortunately as my car had its ECU replaced using a used one (in a previous life) the vin number didn't match the one on my car body (which was number we used to code the radio) so the radio was still locked when we tried it. Mr Singh, however, unfazed from the work he had already carried out, allowed me a bit of time to get the number off the ECU, to which he then reprogrammed the radio. And hey presto I now have sound. Thanks to Mr Singh for his knowledge on car stereo systems. Fully recommended. Sammy

Went to mr Singh enquiring about my car speakers, recommended me the speakers and fitted them the same day. Service was 10/10 and the price he charged was cheaper than most audio places around Birmingham
Audio/info system on my Skoda had failed - wouldn't boot up, so as well as having no radio/media playback, I couldn't use the phone connection, sat-nav or various car settings. After our local Skoda dealership quoted a ridiculous price (thousands) for fixing this, I contacted KSA. Mr Singh and his team removed the unit and verified the fault on their workbench so I left it with them. Took a few days, as they seem to be very busy generally, but they called to say it was ready to be tested in the car. All is now working fine, and cost less than a tenth of what Skoda garage had quoted. Great service from friendly people. Only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is the paperwork.... My receipt and warranty is just scribbled on a post it note, so it gives the place a bit of a dubious feel. But in terms of the work, they certainly know what they're doing and I feel like it was reasonable value for money.

After the navigation screen in my car stopped functioning, I turned to Mr Singh because the garages that I took it to were unable to diagnose the problem. In ten minutes, he had identified the problem and fixed it. You won't regret seeing Mr Singh if you have a problem with your car's screen. Except for one person who complained about the pricing, the reviews I read were mostly excellent. Nobody made you pay. You paid for a Service, and it was delivered.
Did the job but grossly overcharged for basic parts from ali express. And the staff never specified what models and exactly what equipment they would install. Some of it was good, other parts were very poor

Please kindly avoid this man, the truth is that his a thief and a fantastic liar. He charged me £450 + installation for a car stereo that I later found on eBay for £97 a month later. Other shops charges only £70 for installation. It hurts that people are so greedy and can take advantage of people lack of knowledge about something. Now I learned to always check prices online and not solely rely on this scammer called Singh. A Liar claiming to be religious.

I live in Dudley, and arranged to go to KSA electrical services. The owner opened up early for me, and took out my old CD unit and replaced it with a multi play CD radio unit. Recoded and installed the unit all for an excellent price. I am very pleased with the service, and although I am not local, I would go nowhere else but here in the future. I would highly recommend for a first class service.

I have just had a Blaupunkt Bremen radio fitted by KSA this afternoon. My 1985 BMW M535I had been flood damaged which had knocked the two amplifiers. I arrived at their premises mid afternoon not expecting much more than a diagnosis. But they made time to sort out the problems, fit my new radio and ensure that I drove away with a fully functioning HiFi system playing Bluetoothed music. I would recommend KSA to anyone who wants a good friendly service at a reasonable price.

Fitted a stereo in my Yaris and i have to say he has done a cowboy job charged me a ridiculous price to fit in a stereo and he also used glue to put the stereo in place with fascia i asked him why dont you use the brackets that came with stereo he said it wont work the glue is the best way. few weeks later the glue comes off and my stereo pops out didn’t bother taking it back to him done it myself by putting all the brackets on and stuff. Stay away from this shop the guy knows what his doing but he does a cheap job with an expensive price to pay. Zero stars for me :)

I drive a Volvo S60 which are notorious for Volvo specific accessories. I required an aux port replacement and Volvo was quoting a robbery rate to do so. KSA managed to bypass the Volvo connector and soldered a new aux directly into the car; with attention to detail so it fitted in to the original standard issue Volvo port cover.

Guys this man was Fantastic I went to see him on a Saturday afternoon and I could see he was busy. He kindly looked at my car stereo and told me he could fit a new broken connector. He was very reasonably priced and he managed to fix the loom and connector and I will certainly use him again. To think he fixed it for me there and then even though he was busy doing other things and his wife also looked at it. I have a laptop that needs repair so I will be using his business again next month. A big thank you and like he mentioned if I had gone to the Ford dealers they would of charged me double. I have a 2004 Saab 9-3 and have been trying to find a way to connect my phone to the stereo. I'd had numerous garages including specialists and Halfords look at it with no solution due to the nature of the car. I was recommended KSA and thought I'd give it one more shot. The person I spoke to was excellent. Gave me two options straight away. Was very open about the price and work required but suggested he could simply put in a modulator for £25. Works brilliantly and couldn't be happier. Can't recommend them enough.
He charged myself £35 or more to fit a camera to my car which I already had bought online, literally just needed a bolt unscrewing and the new camera fitted on which I already had purchased. I drove off borrowed my friends tools and done it in less than 5 minutes myself

Came here a few months ago to get my Seat speakers fixed as no one else could fit them. The staff were very friendly. I was given a variety of speakers to choose from which was very helpful. AVOID AT ALL COST I’d give a zero if possible. Time wasters and extortion. Zero customer service. My shed is more organised. I waited 6 weeks for a system to arrive after it arrived I was booked in for fitting, upon arrival for my booking I clearly noticed it was the wrong screen after he checked that I was right he stated that it won’t take long for it to come and put the blame on the company rather than accepting blame and apologising, this is where it gets worse, so I said no problem I’ll wait for the replacement to arrive next week, I text him a week later he ignored me this is Mr Singh by the way I texted him again another week later he ignored me so I left it he text me back another 3 weeks after that to state it’s arrived, I stated that I don’t want it done anymore as you never had the decency to update me or you could do it but knock £100 off my bill which was originally £400 but he wasn’t happy to do this considering I found out who his supplier is (alibaba) Ali bab sell these systems with facias for around £60 he charges you £340 for labour, absolutely shocking and disgusting. I really dislike people who waste other people’s time. If you haven’t got it just say you having got it. I paid a deposit in December it is now April. Shocking customer service
This shop has been here for as long as I can remember. Inside, it's stacked, wall to wall, with electrical parts. It looks like a graveyard fir electrical parts. The guy tried to pull a fast one on me, by telling me that I needed a part and that the motherboard was damaged..etc. It wasn't. Definitely not recommended.
After reading reviews on KSA electrical I thought I'd try it out as it were local Big Mistake! Walking into the shop looking like a bomb hit it and secondly having to wait half hour for Mr Singh and when he finally arrived said I have to wait because they are too busy... there was no customers in the shop. All I wanted as agreed was my sub fitted to my backseat at the agreed time, rightly so I took my custom elsewhere and had the job done immediately on arrival. KSA are Time wasters with overpriced stock and lack customer service!

I initially came to KSA for a screen to be fitted and was quoted what I was expecting. All I was really after was Bluetooth installed. KSA brilliantly came up with a (£50!!!) solution. Expertly Bluetooth was fitted behind the stereo and I can now play music from my phone directly using Bluetooth. Brilliant service and hospitality and also a great chat and laugh along the way. Nothing but respect for KSA. Please don’t hesitate to come here for your stereo needs they go above and beyond for you.

So, I went to Mr singh with a problem in my car regarding no sound coming from the speakers. I had to pay £50 for a diagnosis. He or his worker took apart whatever they thought needed changing/fixing. I get a call from Mr singh who told me what the problem was. Very pleased, I ordered the part required from ebay. When the part arrived I went back to Mr singh to have it fitted. It didnt fix the problem! Now...should I ask for my £50 back as his diagnosis was incorrect? My car is still not fixed and Mr singh has given up. I feel I just handed £50 over for a guess job! Really not pleased. Read the negative reviews guys! The positive reviews are definately from his family and friends.
Very disgusted at the service. Charged ridiculous money for a very cheap and unprofessional job. Likes to rip off younger customers and doesn’t fix or resolve the mistakes he makes. The lady there has no basic people skills as well as the guy who refuses to help you after he’s taken money off you (£70 job that I managed to fix with my brother inlaw for £10).... This place has no decency to refund even partially the amount. On top of this the guy ruined a part of my car and refuses and denies it was him when i saw him play around with the wiring from there. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Brilliant. Called in at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon to enquire about a new car radio, sat nav headset. The owner listened carefully to our requirements, viewed our vehicle and quoted a price. We dropped the vehicle back to him an hour later and at 7pm we collected the vehicle complete with new radio/satnav. Superb installation. Must admire the owners expertise and can do attitude.

Very pleased with the service I got from KSA Electrical Services. They had successfully fitted in my after market fog lights as soon as I had arrived. Mr Singh had also upgraded the fog light switch free of charge and fitting it into the dash of my car without no problems. No time wasted and a successful job. Highly recommend.

Hi my experience with KSA was not good I paid MR Singh £13 for a stereo harness to be jointed together I thought they will do the proper job by shouldering the harness together later did I find out that they didn't shoulder my harness it was just twisted together by hand which does not give you the right connection I would not recommend anyone to go to MR Singh.i did ask MR singh if he could sort my problem out but he stated it would cost me a couple hundred pounds to fix my problem.my problem is that I brought a new car and the side door speakers are not working. I will be going to someone else as MR singh can not help me.

Bought car from fort auto centre Bromford, radio did not work, and they had the car off the road for 7 weeks trying to get it sorted with tech2 whom I thought were useless. I found KSA elects and had a quote for a upgrade radio, touch screen and sat nav with reversing camera. I recently had a minor problem with the radio progs going back to zero. Contacted Mr Singh and arranged to take car in this morning. It took all of ten minutes to get it sorted. I cannot fault the service that Mr Singh and his company KSA offer. He didn`t want any payment and the job was sorted. I would certainly reccomend KSA to anyone who has electrical problems with auto or domestic. I had a sat nav and stereo system fitted into my car along with a reverse camera. I must say that the owner of the shop is very professional. Everyone I came in contact with was polite and friendly. I am so happy with the work I have been recommending their service to others. The shop also sells other electrical items for cars and home. I love my new system in my car.

took my A45 AMG to have a 10.25" android screen fitted, no instructions or manual,excellent job done( and they didnt break anything...), a few technical problems problems which they solved very quickly, Mr Singh is a wizzard, if he doesn't know it then it aint worth knowing... would highly recommend these guys.
Apsoletly west off time mr Singh just money maker n big liar. I advise anyone before you got there check the price online because he will charge you 3 times n very poor protect. Besacly china fake beware please. He never refund you just to let you know. Because hes lair.

Had really great experience from kind & knowledgeable staff who replaced my car radio today. Very customer orientated, they really wanted to resolve the problem. Cant speak too highly. This follows really dreadful service at Tech2..still waiting 4 months on for them to replace/repair or advise me of options despite 3 visits & a deposit request.
Mr Singh was a very good man with a good attitude and very professional at what he does. He installed an Aux in my Audi Q7 that looks like manufacturing built and the price was reasonable as well. I will definitely come to see in future for any need that I might have.Thank you Mr Singh.

KSA Electrical - Top Job. 100% highly recommended. I bought my BMW M135i for a reverse camera install which required tapping into other bulbs and wires. But Mr Singh installed the whole system without cutting into any of the wires need and still works as good if not better. He is a very reputable and highly knowledge guy with so much experience. Would definitely recommend and revisit! :)

Just had an after market touch screen Gps stereo installed in a CLK Merc. The unit which I had purchased on line had some in correct wiring which the men at K S A promptly rectified. No problems just solutions. Would recommend and use again. A1 service.

After reading about these guys online I decided to take my car there to get my radio fixed. The shop is well equiped and boss seems to be full of knowledge customer service was very poor though. I waited for a few hours as they attempted to get the radio out and I was promised a call back the next day with an update which never came. I asked for my radio back and a refund which the owner agreed to after an arguement. Not the best experience unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.
Great place to go for radio instalation and electrical bits very friendly used shop many times and have no complaints myself id give it more stars than 5

Purchased a new vehicle, needed parking sensors installed, Every shop in birmingham was either too expensive or not available at the time. Ksa were extremely busy also, but told me to come down to the shop and I was seen asap. Parking sensors fitted to a very high standard. Highly recommended.

A faimly run business this shop is full of so many things that you will have to jump over stuff and lots of repair services I.e tv's, radio's and installations it's not cheap certainly if you donot know these things best thing is to shop around get some quotations

Took my car key to get repaired after coming back FIVE TIMES he decided to give me a Refund but KEEP £10 like what the heck ,always stopped working after one day .. One word to put this COWBOYS that like to rob your money off you which they havnt earnt. Robbing people left right and centre unless you want come back 5 times and loose money this is the shop for you ....
Dropped my B8 Passat off for replacement of infotainment screen which I had purchased myself. They told me I had the wrong part, despite being advised of the part no by VW dealers and they tried to sell me a more expensive screen. When to another installer who managed do it for me with no issues.
Been there today. Fitted a brand new head unit , front and rear facing cameras. Mr.Singh is such a warm and welcoming man. I'll soon put up photos to reflect the good work he has done

What can i say if u want a cowboy tonwork on your car then these are the guys.... Dont get me wrong very lovely people but the will hackninto your car and ruin it...... Took my bmw 5 series here was told 2 days to fit a gull bass sytrm and mid speakers which was expensive..... Got my car after 7 days settings was all wrong parts was missing and cracked the seat hadnt put in correctly..... So i had to take it back they fitted the seat was told to come back for yhe buzzing noise which i did then the sound setting was put on the rear only so had yo go back they sorted the distribution but not the buzz went back the amp installed was damaged (apprently) then i went back again for the buzzing noise..... Still to this day it hasnt been fully sorted out and ive given up..... If u git a banger and want cheap guys go there if u got a nice car u care about avoid!!!!!!!!!

I normally don't write reviews but this time thought this company needs a five star. I bought my car stereo needed to be fitted went everywhere in Birmingham bass bin and car audio centre all charging between 150-200 for fitting. Went to this company and they charged me £74 for fitting wow half of what I got quoted would definitely recommend this company to everyone. Thank you KSA

Having purchased a sat nav for my Audi A4, found out it needed decoding. As a result of a GOOGLE search found KSA, what a lucky find. Sat nav decoded and fitted, great price, great people. Very helpful, highly recommended.

Fantastic service from Mr Singh! Went to see him after reading online reviews. He was out of my way but well worth the trip especially as he ended up saving me both time and money! A few days before Halfords had quoted me £69 for a stereo, £30 for fitting and £9 for a cable they'd require plus TWO hours in which to do the job as they'd need to remove the dashboard! With two kids in the car I decided to go at a later more convenient time. I looked online for somewhere closer so I could just drop off my car and walk home with the kids while they did the job but didn't find anyone and spotted Mr Sigh's place instead. So I went there with high hopes and wasn't disappointed. It took him all of ten minutes to fit a new stereo! It may even have been less since I went for a little walk with my kids while he worked, came back fifteen minutes later and he was back in his shop serving other customers. Best of all it cost me £84 in total and that included a cable to connect my phone to the new stereo. There was no extra fitting charge nor a charge for the cable he used to connect the stereo. It's been a few days now and so far so good. If I have any issues I won't hesitate to go back and see him. Highly recommended - fast, efficient, economical personal service! Thanks very much.
After being left musicless due to having a new battery fitted, I went to Halfords who were unable to remove my factory fitted stereo and asked me to return a couple of days later. Upon my return 2 Halfords staff tried for an hour, dismantling half of my car in the process but still unable to remove the offending item despite their efforts. It was suggested I go to KSA and if they couldn't help then maybe a sledgehammer would be required. I arrived on a rainy Saturday afternoon, was provided somewhere to park in an otherwise difficult spot, without an appointment and to my surprise was seen to immediately by the polite staff who assured me it could be done. Mr Singh grabbed his tools and to my dismay the offending item was in his hands and heading inside for decoding within 2 minutes. In the defense of the Halfords staff who recommended KSA they also identified what the problem may have been and despite being able to over come the issue, they were right, one of the clips was bent. Without their recommendation, I would still be driving in silence. And thanks to Mr Singh we are now grooving back home, rockin and rollin. I highly recommend KSA who not only fixed our problem but did it promptly, courtesly and most importantly in this day and age, cheaply. Thankyou again Mr Singh
Well, what can I say ? I took my 2005 Mazda Bongo in to have a double din Sony XAV-68BT fitted. Although this wasn’t a straightforward “plug n play” they managed to find a way to get the reversing camera to talk to the head unit. All this was carried out in an informal but professional manner. The team at KSA led by Kuldip, are the most helpful and knowledgeable in their field I have ever met. I asked them to fit a multimedia system for my Rav4. They fitted, configured it and had all the extra little gismos working within an hour and a half, and I left a very happy customer. If you can get to his shop and want a radio fitting or repairing then contact him first. You will not go anywhere else, you can't get better service anywhere else.

Good shop, bad owner! The shop is well equipped with some handy things, which are pretty expensive for some reason. The owner, however, is very arrogant and cocky. You can never have a rational discussion with him as he's a self righteous individual who's arguments are based on his irrational assumptions. Please avoid at any cost!
