When all are electricity went one evening Jamie was the only one who answered his phone & then came out straight away. He investigated fully before providing advice to get the power back on and even came back the next day to make sure it was the shower that caused the issue before we went out and bought a new one. Very friendly and efficient with reasonable charges. Would definitely recommend.

James did a few jobs for us this year: all the electrical work for the bathroom remodel, fuse vox replacement, added sockets, light and isolation switches, and did all sorts of diagnostics on the wiring. He's very diligent, has excellent communication, and what's very important to me as a diy-er, did not mind explaining things and never talked down to me. 100% recommend and will be hiring him again. Oh, and all this for a reasonable price, I think.
I lost all my power in my house randomly one night, and as desperate i needed it back on at 11pm, i called many electricians to help me out but no one came. Except James, he sorted out my issue with professionalism, cleanliness and efficiency. And the rate of pay he did on a time like that was reasonable. Couldn’t thank him enough, and will continue to use his services in the future. Would recommend JER Electrical to anyone.

After only an hour of posting the job I received a text message from JER Electrical Services inquiring about the job, we arranged a visit on the same day to see what needed doing. They were both friendly and polite and professional, before they left they arranged a day and time they were available and told me they will send me their quote by the evening, JER Electrical Services beat a previous quote I was given by another company so it was an easy decision to hire them. On the day they worked hard without breaks and went above and beyond with their work, they used their initiative when needed, the 2 wall sockets are perfectly flush with the walls and straight and the socket in the wardrobe which was meant to be encased with trunking the lads decided to sink that into the wall as well because they knew i'd be storing items in that space and thought I'd need the extra few inches of wall space to allow some draws to be fitted, this was done at no extra charge as well which i was delighted at. They left the room clean and tidy and I didn't even notice any dust flying around the house due to the drilling. The best part of the job was that they were both accommodating towards my young son who wanted to watch what was going on and ask them questions he now wants to grow up to be a builder after seeing how professional the JER Electrical Services team were. I can highly recommend this business for your work and I will be hiring them for all my other electrical works in the future. Thanks again lads.
I recently had a new wired smart doorbell installed by JER Electrical Services Ltd and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. James called ahead to confirm his arrival time, worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and made sure everything was up and running properly before he left. He even filled in the old wiring gap, leaving the area neat and tidy. I’m really happy with the new camera and the extra security it adds to my home. Highly recommend!

James came and did some work for me a few years ago, originally I just wanted some extra sockets fitted. After receiving the quote, which was very reasonable, we went ahead with the work. When James lifted the floorboards we realised that we needed a part rewire, which was undertaken at an extra cost. The work was carried out in a timely manner. James was neat and thorough and I will definitely use JER Electrical Services again. This socket was completely new, all wires hidden in the wall.
