. . .Asked for a quotation to convert my friends bathroom into a shower/wet room and they point blank refused saying the house wanted professional deep cleaning! . . .Why should we be made to go to all the expense of that for what is a major conversion job in any case? . . .Isn't that what P.P.E. is for? . . .All that is required is to make sure the bathroom is emptied and there is clear access upstairs via the hallway, stairs and landing and if they're not prepared to take on work just because it's not got a "newly–built" look about it with no one living in it they shouldn't be in business!
Hi I’m tracey kemp sister and got say absolutely fantastic work done ramp outside well done paul , Ricky and Hickman , changed my sister life now cause now she can get out in garden in wheelchair, they both worked so hard job was difficult even working in rain , kept us updated at all times , all them very polite and explained anything we wanted to know , times came was on time or bit earlier , always left clean tidy and most all safe cause we have dog as well, so absolutely fantastic thank u paul , Hickman and Ricky for all support and always there if we needed you , thank you, would also as well we have had new back door new wet room done in house so sister Can now use the bathroom even all them was amazing can not fault 1 of them as well thank you , would highly recommend Eden adaptations

This company's staff is very rude ,unhelpful and make false promises also very unprofessional. Most the staff spend most the time outside not working.
From the time the guy came to tell us what he would be doing , to the end results they were brilliant . My elderly parents are thrilled so am i it looks amazing. My poor mom has not been able to shower for 3 years, wow what a great thing she can now be wheeled into the shower. The guy did the room on his own I think he was from Poland I don't know his name but i Would like to thank him, he worked so hard to finish it, the electrician was brilliant too. Ricky the site manager was so helpful he came checked it out then proceeded to take all the bathroom rubbish away. Big thankyou to you all. Hilda Mick and daughter Jan 👍👍
