DeenFix - Birmingham, England

I had an electrical issue with the front main cooling fan on my VW Passat GTE. I first took the car to a local garage, where they only carried out a diagnostic scan and reset the fault codes without properly investigating the root cause. After that, my air conditioning, which had been working perfectly before, stopped functioning, and the car also began losing communication with the main ECM. After searching online and speaking to several garages, I came across DeenFix. At first, I wasn't completely confident because he was busy at times and couldn't always respond immediately. However, once he started working on my car, I quickly realized I had made the right choice. Unlike other garages, he didn't replace parts unnecessarily or start checking random wiring and engine components. Instead, he took a systematic approach, identified the actual fault first, and then repaired it correctly. It took some time, but the quality of the work was absolutely worth the wait. With nearly 20 years of experience, his knowledge and diagnostic skills really show. If you're looking for someone who genuinely understands complex electrical issues and fixes the root cause rather than guessing, I can confidently recommend DeenFix. Thank you for your excellent work!

deen fix came quick worked around my schedule and made what some people told me was not possible, possible, would highly recommend him to anyone and will have his number to hand

Excellent electrician, honest and trustworthy. Fixed my issue in front of me and saved me a lot of stress and money dealing with other folks who were trying to scam me. I will recommend him any day.

I had several issues with my vehicle, including a front wheel speed sensor fault, a hybrid battery temperature fault, and one of my brake lights wasn't working. I took the car to DeenFix, and he carried out proper diagnostics to identify every issue instead of just guessing. Everything was repaired correctly, and the car is now running perfectly. Deen is very knowledgeable, professional, and takes the time to find the root cause of the problem. Fair pricing, honest advice, and excellent workmanship. I highly recommend DeenFix to anyone looking for a genuine auto electrician who knows what he's doing. 🚗⚡

Very efficient service he was polite and knowledgeable I would definitely recommend

Contacted him after reading reviews on Google, was not disappointed. Rear wiper arm and windscreen motor needed replacing. He ordered the parts and came to my location to sort the issue. The price was fair and any electrical issues in the future I'll definitely be contacting him.

Took my 1.4 TSI Mk3 Leon to DeenFix after it had been in limp mode for over a month, with multiple mechanics unable to diagnose the issue. He carried out a thorough investigation and identified the root cause as a combination of faulty sensors, throttle body, and turbo actuator affecting the 5V system, along with a minor ECU issue. The time and effort he put into properly diagnosing and resolving the problem was clear, and he went above and beyond to get the car back up and running. Communication and service throughout were solid. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for this type of work.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Took my car to DeenFix after another garage couldn’t fix a power steering issue. They had no clear answer and were just guessing. Deen diagnosed the fault properly, explained everything clearly, and fixed it without replacing unnecessary parts. You can tell he knows exactly what he’s doing when it comes to auto electrics. Car is now driving perfectly again. Professional, honest, and reasonably priced — highly recommended.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ DeenFix is on another level when it comes to auto electrics. Doesn’t guess or throw parts at the problem — proper testing and fault finding from the start. Issue was diagnosed and resolved quickly. Professional, knowledgeable, and worth every penny.

Fantastic service. 10/10 Automotive electrician, Solved problem within minutes with years of experience. Highly Recommended

Not Recommended. I have a lot to say but would keep it short

Deen came out to my home address and provided excellent service. He arrived quickly, was very professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He diagnosed and fixed the problem with my car within the hour, which was really impressive. The price was very fair and affordable, especially considering how fast and convenient the service was. It saved me the hassle of arranging a tow or going to a garage. Overall, I’m very happy with the experience and would highly recommend Deen to anyone who needs reliable and efficient car repair service.

Very good electrician knows his stuff came out straight away got job done very quick I would recommend to my family and friends

Fantastic service from DeenFix! I was having some tricky electrical issues with my car and was dreading having to get it to a garage. The technician came right to my house in Birmingham, diagnosed the fault quickly with professional equipment, and had me back on the road in no time. Transparent pricing, honest advice, and very professional. If you need a mobile auto electrician in the West Midlands, look no further!

I went to him for a DPF regeneration as my car was showing warning lights and going into reduced performance mode. From the start, he explained the condition of the DPF, checked the fault codes properly, and assessed whether a forced regeneration was safe to carry out. He didn’t just plug in a machine and press a button — he checked live data, soot levels, and made sure there were no underlying faults that could cause the issue to return. The regeneration was carried out correctly, and he monitored the whole process to ensure everything completed successfully. After the job, the warning lights were gone, performance was back to normal, and the car felt much smoother. He also gave advice on driving habits to help prevent future DPF problems. Very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. Fair pricing and no unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing DPF or engine diagnostics done properly.

My reverse camera was damaged on my Honda. Took my car to DeenFix and within an hour I was good to go. The picture is what my reverse camera looked like. I did not take a picture of the replacement and repair (sorry). Highly recommend DeenFix for your car electrical repairs. Thank you DeenFix

I recently had a light fixture repaired and installed, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service. The electrician arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and fixed it efficiently. The work was neat and professional, and they made sure everything was functioning perfectly before leaving. They also explained what caused the problem and gave helpful advice on preventing future issues. Pricing was fair with no hidden charges. I would highly recommend their service to anyone needing electrical or lighting repairs.

Highly recommended, great communication, great work, does all he can to help

I had a serious electrical issue with my Range Rover, and honestly it was a nightmare. I spoke to several local mechanics and people I know, and everyone said the same thing: “Sorry, we can’t figure it out.” Then someone gave me Deen’s number — and that completely changed everything. I called him, and within 20 minutes he was at my location in his mobile van. He took his time, properly diagnosed the problem, and within about an hour he had identified all the issues and fixed them. Something no one else could do. Deen is fast, knowledgeable, honest, and extremely reliable. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing and doesn’t just guess or waste time. The service was professional from start to finish. If you’re dealing with electrical issues and want someone who actually understands the problem and fixes it properly, I can genuinely say Deen is the man to call. Highly recommended.

Really good experience. He identified the snapped driver door cable, explained the issue clearly and got it sorted properly. No messing about, fair price and the door works like new. Highly recommend 👍

My car was showing a gearbox fault. I took my car to audi to get a diagnostic done which they came back and said that the wire for the parking lock actuator was damaged. I found deenfix online and took my car to him. Not only did he replace my parking actuator wire he also found several other wires that were frayed and completely severed. He repaired all wires and reset the faults on the car. Outstanding work done by him.

I had a good experience with he’s work highly recommended.

Can highly recommend Deen he is very knowledgeable and professional he came out to fix an electrical issue which I was originally told will need the whole wiring loom replaced. Called Deen in the morning as my car was experiencing electrical issues, he said he had a few jobs to do but got mine done within the hour with no complications. (We had the same name so was meant to be lol)

Avoid at all costs❗️ These 5-star reviews completely misled me. This person took payment, stripped parts of my car interior, and left the job unfinished. Highly unprofessional and zero due care to his customers. ------------------- In response to this trader’s reply: Before booking, I sent him a video of the job. He quoted £380. The moment he said, “I don’t issue invoices,” that should have been my sign to walk away. He came, did part of the job, left the interior uncovered, and even damaged a switch. He pushed hard to get paid I refused at first but later he became very polite and asked for a partial payment of £200, assuring me he’d come back to finish the job on Thursday. He kept saying he needed a “diagram,” but Toyota confirmed no such diagram exists. The job has since been completed properly by someone else without any diagram. It was my mistake to trust him and pay before the job was done. I had every right to withhold payment until completion. He could have called and said, (I am coming to fit the interior back on, and say sorry that I cannot do this part, I just don’t know how and I apologies). But leaving me and the car in miserable situation for 3 days then say, “sorry I changed my mind”, and then lie in his response… he is just digging himself a deeper hole! Bottom line: this trader lacks both technical ability and basic customer service skills. He simply isn’t capable of running a business. 20 Oct 2025

Super helpful, went above and beyond for the service and made sure he was transparent. He was honest and upfront about prices. Was done in an amazing timely manner. I would recommend him to all family and friends. Made it really easy and quick to deal with. Top quality service!!

Was very helpful with my electric issue. I recommend

DeenFix provided excellent service to fix my issue with the circuitry of my car which was causing my battery to drain on a daily basis. Communication was great, was able to get my car in quickly and the issue, even though it was complex, was dealt with in a day. He stripped the electronics down and identified where the short circuit occurred and fixed the issue. The car now starts no problem. Very knowledgeable and professional help and also affordable, despite the complexity of the issue. To top it off DeenFix offered to help out should I find there was any issue with the service, making feel comfortable as a customer that DeenFix takes pride in their work and customer satisfaction and will not seek to extort his customers, something that can worry an individual taking their car for repair. Highly recommended 👌

Charged for a false diagnosis of issue And caused me to spend a lot of money, later to find out it was what he said was actually okay and a cheap fix. However did help with a bonnet latch sensor issue

Great guy knows wat hes doing

I took my 40 year old porsche 944 to deenfix. With 6 electrical faults, to be fixed. These faults were mainly causing electrical shorts from windows, lights rear wiper, mirror and central locking, etc etc. Deenfix made me feel confident, he could resolve, fix the short circuits. Rectify the problems, have everything up and running professionally and properly. There was a lot of checking, inspection and fixing to be done, right around the porsche. He kept me updated as each problem was fixed and after several man hours all the issues were resolved successfully, correctly and professionally. Im very greatful to Deenfix , so much so in future all electrical work to be checked, carried out i will be returning to Deenfix. Ps his rate(charges) were very reasonable and he kept things in the budget we agreed. A win win for me. I will recommend Deenfix to family&friends for sure. 5th Sept 2025
