Absolutely amazing very knowledgeable very trustworthy excellent work i had a quote from a previous electrician for 3000 pounds clearly this wasn't correct Edward and Michelle advised they could re wire my maisonette for that there was a couple of switches that needed changing which they did even today on a Sunday they came back as my washing machine wouldn't work it was just a switch I hadn't turned on so lovely so polite very professional thankyou both 😀
I can't recommend these electricians highly enough. From the very first visit to provide a quote, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. The electrical work they carried out was absolutely fantastic, but what really stood out was their honesty. As someone who isn’t “in the know” with electrics, I’d had a few quotes from others who tried to convince me there was far more work needed than there actually was. These guys were the complete opposite, straightforward, transparent, and genuinely trustworthy. Not only did they do the job to a brilliant standard, but they also fixed and filled every hole that needed making along the way, which is definitely not something most electricians do. They cleaned up very well which was much appreciated. This duo were lovely people, respectful of my home, and clearly take real pride in their work. A rare find these days…skilled, honest, and truly going above and beyond. Highly recommended & worth every penny.

I recently used Allsafe Electrical Services Ltd as my underfloor heating thermostats required changing and sockets needed replacing upstairs. I asked this company to undertake an electric certificate for my rental property and carry out some maintenance which was all carried out to a very good standard of which was done very quickly and efficiently which I was really pleased with and will be using again .

We contacted Edward and Michelle regarding a switch for our oven. Their service is extremely efficient. They were able to come round within the hour. And the job was sorted straight away. Michelle and Edward yesterday fitted cameras and floodlights to the front and rear of our house as well as several other smaller jobs inside the house. Not only were they superb electricians but also lovely people to have in our home. They turned up at the appointed time (to the minute!), not a bit of mess, they took their shoes off every time they came into the house from outside and completed all the work in a morning. Their invoice was exactly as quoted (apart from an additional dimmer switch which we asked them to fit, and that only added minimally to the bill). We recently had to carry out electrical work at our victorian property; I thought would be an absolute nightmare (reposition/new sockets, bath fan and more!). I've used Edward for many years, initially to review and improve the electrics at my scout group HQ. Since then he's performed annual tests, several additions and serviced and upgraded our intruder alarm. Edward has carried out lots of work at my home and for several people I've recommended him to. His work is first class sat competitive prices. I recommend him to anyone who wants a good job doing.

We've trusted Allsafe Electrical Services for all our home electricals for over 15 years. The first time was a complete rewire, and more recently an electrical survey for moving house, remedial work, EV charger, replaced fuse box, added sockets and the like. I spoke to Michelle and Edward Sunday 11th May after the electrics tripped in my home they offered much support and details to contact National grid I was able to contact Edward back after been told by National Grid they was not responsible for the repair or replacement of parts Edward said he was able to grt the part the next morning and arrived on time with his Co worker Michelle. Edward explained he had brought the part needed and another part he believed was also needed to be replaced from the telephone conversation previously. Edward and Michelle were both fantastic and friendly They both worked very hard to get through old parts of and install the new parts Edward gave me the total of the job including the extra part which needed to be replaced due to burn damage I was very delighted with the price and efficiency of the time taken to complete the work. I have asked Edward who will be doing a full replacement of my old Fuse switch board and moving it further down and across so to be in reach from the ground without any need for a ladder . I have also hired Edward and Michelle to do future projects in my home. I Fully recommend Edward and Michelle to anyone who may need electrical work carried out in their hoem to hire these amazing people who real set the bar high in professionalism .
