I used Andrew to conduct an EICR check. Initially talked a good game. Did the report on time as promised. The report was sent to me with a cost of remedials quoted at £550. I challenged some of the observations and he quickly said he made some typos, he then made some changes to the report and sent it me back. I thought this was unprofessional as how could he be so sure typos were made. I then took a second opinion and found that the observations made were actually false and when I tried to speak to Andrew about it he did not want to get into a conversation. Poor professional competence and a complaint has been submitted to NIC.
I have used Andy's services on two occasions and will do so again. He turns up at the agreed date and time and does an excellent job at a reasonable rate.
I just wanted to say a big thanks to Andrew for the electrical work on my home. He was very friendly and thorough, double checking everything and making sure his work was safe and to the highest quality. I would definitely recommend him and use again in the future.
