SafeSpark recently assisted in completing the electrical work in my new garden room. They did the lighting both inside and out, sockets, heating and bringing the power from the back of the house to the new building. Job completed well, no issues other then one spotlight missed. So they will be popping back which isn't a issue. Bar that, very happy with these guys. They aren't the cheapest and I suspect they are tad pricey compared to some however when you're get trusted and quality workmanship, I'm happy to pay more. Doorbell fitted too and they took time showing us how to use and everything. These guys are polite and respectful. Got few more jobs planned and will certainly be using these guys.

Reece came out to check the job, which I’d been told by another electrician was complicated. Within a few minutes Reece had checked everything, explained how he’d fix the problem ( installing new cable) taken a video of how to complete and later sent me a quote the same day, on a Saturday. SafeSpark was able to send an electrician within 24 hours of my initial enquiry about a random tripping out of power. The work was though but he was unable to find the fault. He was able at a moments notice to thoroughly inspect the electrics and discover faults which needed addressing. He was also able to make suggested improvements which would prevent the original fault and make the circuits safe. h was knowledgeable able to explain issues in simple terms. Office staff quick to respond and provided a break down of future costs.

The team were absolutely excellent. They went out of their way to find the best solution to lay cable for my garden room. They genuinely cared about making it as neat and invisible as they could. They came back to do the second fix on the garden room and as the plaster wasn't dry they suggested they return to complete it on a different day so as not to cause any damage. Courteous and speedy service

Once again Safespark have provided a 5* service. We are currently having building work on the roof and at lunchtime today the roofer damaged an electrical cable. We called Safespark straight away and by 3.30 Safespark had been and the cable repaired. This allowed the roofers to continue without any delay or inconvenience. This is the 8th or 9th time we have used Safespark from a rebuild to changing a socket - they never disappoint. Highly recommended.

I commissioned the Safespark team, based on the recent local Facebook page recommendation, to install mains power supply in my garage, which is a separate building to my house. The team was very professional from start to finish. Ben was very thorough when assessing the required work prior to quoting and I received the quote very promptly within 24 hours. Booking the job was nice and smooth. The installers arrived on time and were very efficient in carrying out the installation of my immersion heater timer.

Called over the weekend to request a call out - was told Tuesday was fine and that a quote would be with me on Saturday. Sent photos which they confirmed were OK and again said quote would follow. It didn't. Heard nothing on Monday - phoned them Tuesday morning and they had no record of the booking and said no one would be coming today. No need an emergency call out which will cost more (if i can get one). Time and money wasters - avoid.

This was first time I asked them to do the jobs, and I was a bit worried about their quote, because they charged for first an hour, not for the jobs and I thought it would take another day. As a landlord it is a necessity of life to have a good electrician on call to keep tenants safe and well. I had a tenant with a failed interlinked smoke detector and my normal electrician was unable to help due to illness but he recommended Safesparks as an alternative. Within a day of my first call they had replaced all the smokes in the flat. This is the second time I have used Safespark. (They we’re great before!) This time was a lot bigger job for my mother who was moving to a new flat in Bedford after losing her husband of 60 years very suddenly so needed to move. The guys at Safespark were amazing! Initial dealings with Reece were excellent and he was very understanding and sympathetic. He quoted a fair price for all the work that was needed to modernise the flat, then Jay and Alex mainly carried out the work and I understand other electricians also came to do some of the work but I’m sorry I didn’t get their names. SafeSpark came out a few weeks ago to carry out an EICR. I umm-ed and arr-ed about it for ages but am very glad I actioned it. The consumer unit was incredibly old and there were a fair few bits that didn't comply with new regs. The three electricians were polite and professional, along with being incredibly friendly. They ensured no stone was left unturned and ensured they covered all bases. I've had poor experiences with different services in the past so am quite nervous when I call someone out for repairs, but am incredibly glad I approached SafeSpark. The EICR came through within days and I needed some improvements. The team fitted me into their busy schedules around my work commitments, which is something I am grateful for. I wasn't sure how long it would take but the team made sure I knew how important it is to take their time and make sure things are done properly. Electrical safety isn't something you should mess with and I am really glad SafeSpark actually take that into account rather than rushing a job and running off. The SafeSpark colleagues have a very keen eye for detail. Not only did they action "standard" repairs, they noticed a poor job that a previous electrician had done and fixed it. I'm not an electrician so have no idea what to look out for, and I have no idea what would have happened if it was just left in such a poor state. They made sure everything was safe, which is the main thing. They walked me through anything I needed to know just in case, and also vacuumed/wiped everything down before they left. SafeSpark delivered a full package in terms of consumer experience. Electrical safety comes first and they take it seriously. The colleagues are knowledgeable, whilst also being kind and considerate. I should be due a satisfactory new safety report soon and cannot thank SafeSpark enough for sorting out the mess of an old unit to a new one. So moral of the story, the team know their stuff, check every nook and cranny and won't leave until they know it's safe. Jay came out on time and worked efficiently and professionally replacing my shower cord and isolator and an inline extractor fan and grill. He was polite from our first interaction on the phone and offering to take shoes off on arrival. He kept me informed of what was happening (and showed me the damage to the original product) and wasn't critical when needing a different product because I had given the incorrect measurements. He cleaned up after himself, leaving the bathroom spotless. I can't comment on value as never needed these kind of services before but would definitely recommend using SafeSpark (and would use again) off the back of Jay's work.

I used SafeSpark for an EICR. As expected, remedial works are required to issue the certificate. The estimate is fully itemised and less than half the price of another company I used. The other company just provided a quote with no justification for the price and weren't willing to elaborate. Very impressed with SafeSpark!

Underfloor heating connections

A while back we unexpected found that our RCB had tripped and wouldn't switch back on. At first we'd contacted another company who were unable to come out to assist but had recommended Leon at SafeSpark and said he should be able to come out if he was available. Leon was able to come and temporary fix our electrics so that we were safe for the weekend and had power. Then on the following Tuesday he came back to sort it out. One of our upstairs circuits had a short and it was tripping the whole board. At the time we had a newborn too so it was very helpful to have our electrics sorted out promptly and so efficiently. Always look to family/friends for tradespeople recomendations however none had recently had electrical work done so we found SafeSpark via Goggle and now happy they are our electrician of choice should we ever need work doing! They have installed a number of indoor lights and recently a new security light for us. Always fast workers, tidy up, and they always seem to arrive with spare parts just in case which saves them coming back another day or have to go off site to source a certain part/fixture

We had a problem with our landing lights, an intermittent problem which baffled us. I called SafeSpark who sent someone round that afternoon. He was very respectful and proficient. He found a loose screw and demonstrated how that had caused some of the flickering that we had noticed. That same evening we were going up and down the stairs as usual, but then found that the lights would only work on some combinations of up or down switches. I contacted SafeSpark again and before 9am the next morning the boss of the company came round himself as the other electricians were all busy, and fixed the problem himself. Excellent!

1. Had two external sockets and armoured cable fitted to outside bar. Very neat work. 2. Repaired junction / fuse box circuit to prevent a fuse tripping when electric oven was on. Job completed very professionally.

I've used SafeSpark for interior and exterior fittings and installations at 3 separate properties now and have always recommended them. They've fitted lights and sockets and installed my external Ring devices as well. I had them install my TV on the wall and they did an excellent job; it was wired so that I could switch the TV or add more wires if needed which is great for future proofing. They're a friendly bunch too which makes it even easier to welcome them into the home. Will definitely be using them again for a couple things I've got in the pipeline.

We required a follow up visit as part of the work, this was booked for just over a week later, with email confirmation. A different electrician attended, he was also professional, polite and tidy. He completed the work efficiently, explaining what he was doing and why. He completed the required admin prior to leaving site which meant it was sent to us within 24 hours of the visit. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I would highly recommend safespark and aneal. I needed all lights sockets and video doorbell installed. When calling aneal there was no issue in carrying out the work provided samrter ways of installing than some other companies i had spoken to. He was over the next day installing the above.
