Simply fantastic. Not a clean energy resource that we knew much about but all was explained thoroughly. The after-care has been superb too. Very cost effective bearing in mind the future long term savings. Highly recommended.

We’ve had our Bison air source heat pump and cooling system installed for just over two weeks now, and it’s been brilliant. The cooling has been fantastic, especially during the recent warm weather, and the heating works just as well. The hot water has also been excellent—we’ve had a constant supply of hot water without any issues, which has been a huge improvement. The system is really easy to use, whether through the mobile app or the remote controls, and it’s much quieter than we expected. Both the outdoor unit and the indoor fans are very quiet, so you hardly notice they’re running. The whole experience with Bison was excellent from start to finish. The installation was carried out professionally, the team were friendly and knowledgeable, and everything was left clean and tidy. We’re very happy with our decision and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bison to anyone considering an air source heat pump and cooling system. Aftercare was great too.
