The job was to replace 12 kitchen downlights. Rene arrived exactly on time and changed the lights efficiently. It wasn't possible to 'plug-in' the new lights so the existing fittings had to be cut off and the new ones wired in. A good job and would recommend.

Paradigm has been my electricians of choice for a while now. they have provided the electrical certificate required by my insurers, renewed prt of my lighting system and most recently provided and installed an electric vehicle charging station on my drive. Without fail there work has been exemplary and I do not hesitate to recommend them. I have also found their customer service in organisation and follow up so much better than I have found with other services.

The job was fitting a smart towel rail and extractor fan I had purchased for our en suite. Excellent from start to finish. High standard of work and the team went the extra mile to identify where the existing extractor vent, which had been plastered over by the previous owner, was so it could be reused. Highly recommended, will use for future jobs.

An excellent experience from start to finish. I had a very competitive quote for an EV charger which I accepted and the work was scheduled in. There was great communication and I received reminders by text and email of when they were going to do the work. On the day, Rene was the installer and they did a brilliant job. The cabling was exceptionally neat and tidy which my other half was very impressed with! We wouldn't hesitate to get them to do other work for us and would recommend them 100%.

I recently had Paradigm Electrical Solutions install a Searchlight Marie Therese 5-Light Chandelier at my home in Aylesbury (HP19 9BJ), and I couldn’t be happier with the job. The electrician arrived on time, was professional and friendly, and got straight to work. The chandelier was fitted perfectly—securely wired into the ceiling circuit with no fuss, and they even adjusted the chain to the ideal height (about 60cm drop) for my dining room. The finish was neat and tidy, with no mess left behind, and it’s been working flawlessly since. For a local, NICEIC-approved team, their service was top-notch and fairly priced—around £90, which felt like great value. Following a major electrical issue we contacted Paradigm. A initial inspection was arranged for the following day, however as another job finished earlier than expected and they sent the electrician to us the same day. They did some emergency work to get our hot water and heating working and quoted to do all the works in full which was done promptly and to a very high standard. Definitely a good company to do business with and will absolutely use again.

I have used Paradigm Electrical Solutions for several jobs over the last two years. These have ranged from large projects to emergency breakdowns. Carl and his team are extremely accommodating and work to very high standards. They are smart and polite and all of the work has been completed as per the quote. I have had to call them late at night when we had a major issue. The team responded within the hour and resolved the problem quickly. I would recommend them to anyone.

On both occasions the electricians [Renee and James] were painstaking in their approach to locating a major fault in our system and then finding an efficient way of restoring full service at reasonable cost. calls to Carl and Lesley in the office also proved to be useful in scheduling the visits and selecting the right replacement components for the repair. They carried out thorough tests and asks questions to build an overall picture of where the issue may lie. A painless installation, professionally performed at a good price.

I've used Paradigm x3 times now and every time they've done a stellar job. Really happy with the quality of the work and have never had any issue with the work or the customer service.

Paradigm was fantastic when we called them out for a light fixture installation. They came next day, carried out the work quickly and professionally - I would definitely use them again and would recommend them 100%.

Tried several electricians and was let down on the day by one. Paradigm Electrical saved the day providing someone that afternoon installing new sockets and removing / making safe another appliance. Extremely professional and helpful.

DO NOT USE Paradigm. I paid promptly for the work done, over £700, but they then charged me an additional £90 for coming out to quote for the work, even though they did nothing on site at that time. I have asked them several times to correct this error, but they have not, and they are now taking me to court. DO NOT USE

Keep arranging then not showing up. 4th time now. Disappointing as work they have completed is ok.

Prompt and professional intervention. The management had given me the cost of an intervention beforehand. Then when Kian found out the reason of the call out, he said he could repair it on the spot, and mentioned that the cost of goods and repairs should be added, which is fair enough. The management instantly called me for approval, which I gave. The work was then completed to my satisfaction. Paradigm sent an invoice the day after : to the penny it was exactly as it had been quoted over the phone. Congratulations for a job well done within 24 hours of my call for help.

I first encountered Paradigm Electrical many years ago when they came out on an emergency call to fix a bathroom light. They arrived promptly, did the job with minimal fuss, in a timely and personable manner allowing me to get to work. We have since used Paradigm to relocate and add electrical sockets, fit lights and install outside lighting. They have not changed. They are still as good as they were the first time we used them, which in my opinion shows that they really do care about their work and there customers. They are our go to for all electrical work.

PAT testing, I called Paragrim on Wednesday afternoon and they had the job done within 24 hours of the call. Friendly people who are willing to go that extra mile to help and get the job done! Found them on trust a trader as I needed some last minute PAT testing, the guy turned up at 8am on the dot and I had the certificates sent over a few hours after the electrician left, I am so impressed and highly recommend.

I used paradigm for ECIR test few months ago. I shared them my previous failed test and asked for the second opinion. They said they would never fail for those reasons. When they tested, failed for same reasons and some others ones and gave me a hefty quote. I got the issues fixed half of their quote. I would never use them again.

I experienced an outtage of all my power sockets in the middle of the night and the following morning - a Sunday - I contacted Carl and although he was busy personally he managed to get hold of 2 of his electricians one of whom was able to call in and restore the power in a very timely manner. Have previously used Paradigm for outdoor electrical installations and whilst this job was a lot smaller (bathroom extractor fan replacement), the service I received was excellent. I was kept informed of cost leading up to the work being done, Kian completed the work and was polite and professional with the installation not taking long and any mess cleared up and taken away. I had a problem with persistent power tripping to an outdoor room. Carl and his team quickly identified and rectified the problem and were very quick, helpful and efficient. I have used Paradigm Electrical several times since I moved to Aylesbury and have always found them to be knowledgeable, thoughtful and technically skilled, and I recommend them very highly.

Absolutely first class service. Booking was easy and the quote was reasonable. When the team arrived they were on time and had COVID PPE already in place making me feel immediately at ease. The guys were methodical and communicative and completed the task quickly without compromising quality (including an unexpected wiring issue they had to deal with behind a dimmer switch).

Carl and Amber managed to move things around to fit in a job for us, right before our painter was starting. We were so impressed with the customer service - and then John did the most amazing work, moving a light fitting to exactly where we wanted it (in a precarious place which we thought might be a long shot). Paradigm are very highly rated for a reason. Carl and his team were efficient, professional, clean, reasonable and provided great aftercare. The only downside is Carl is a massive Chelsea fan! Jokes aside, Paradigm are the best in town.

Paradigm did a fantastic job in getting underground electrics to my outside Endless Pool and fitness facility. Carl went above and beyond in speaking with the pool company beforehand to ensure that we had the right electrical set up for a smooth installation on the day of connection. They were extremely responsive, getting back to me very quickly and keeping me informed if timings changed. Very friendly and professional with great workmanship to boot, can highly recommend them.

Quote provided on the day of requesting, and was good value. I required four ceiling lights to be replaced in a bathroom, and a new central ceiling light fitted in a study. Work was carried out 2 days later. Punctual arrival and all work completed within 45 minutes. Pleased with the quality of the work and the attention to detail. Happy to recommend this company without reservation.

Make sure you get a quote in writing. They carried out the test which failed as RCD was tripping on their test machine. I didn’t have an issue as I’d seen the test result and paid as written quote. They returned to fault find. Told me the transformers for the kitchen lights were failing, then the cooker was causing the fault and said I needed new consumer unit, disconnected cooker and kitchen lights and left. Paid as written quote. Ordered new consumer unit and they turned up (only given a verbal quote over phone this time) on doorstep at agreed time but doubled £80/hour (1 skilled + 1 apprentice) charge telling me I’d got it wrong and the job would be quicker with 2 skilled men. With no cooker connected and no kitchen lights I had no option but to allow them to continue. Turns out I didn’t need a new consumer unit as fault was in the conservatory fan (which I found). £2.5k+ parts for the removal of fan and replacing with a pendant. Also justified it by telling me that other companies would not have followed through to completion! We never had any issues with tripping and only needed a Cert to sell the house. Remember they now charge VAT. BEWARE!! Get everything in writing

Altered our switching in porch so lighting was possible. He was really helpful and carried out the job really well. A reliable service. I would highly recommend Carl and use him again for any electrical work that we need carried out.

Carl longs company should be avoided if you are having any rewiring done in your home. They are inexperienced, messy and rude. The workmanship was shocking with attitudes to match. Had to be corrected by others 👎
